Ive been dealing with the switch to PPL for 3 weeks. Confused and no help. Thomas picked up the phone and everything changed. Helpful, informative, attentive, stayed on the line while i let my dog back in.... so he is patient. He understood my needs and articulated everything in a way that was welcoming for me to understand. Thank you bro. Honestly. World needs more Thomas's

Ideal Home Health is a great agency, they have seamless interface for their patients and caregivers, and their customer service is top notch. One customer service representative in particular, Areeb, was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and directed me on how to use the website and the application. 5 Stars!
