Ive been dealing with the switch to PPL for 3 weeks. Confused and no help. Thomas picked up the phone and everything changed. Helpful, informative, attentive, stayed on the line while i let my dog back in.... so he is patient. One customer service representative in particular, Areeb, was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and directed me on how to use the website and the application. 5 Stars!
