Love the vibe, the view, the food. Everything was great! I'm so glad that the owner still open this shop after I haven't visit here since 8 years ago. The taste of all dippings and the dosa is superb and it's tasted as same as it imprinted in my memories. The chicken seasoned well. Lassi made me feel super fresh.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A hidden gem! IDLI DOSA is a small establishment that serves some of the best South Indian cuisine in the city. The dosa here is absolutely perfect - crispy and expertly prepared according to traditional recipes. Their pani puri is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, exactly as it should be. This place proves that what matters most is the quality of food, not fancy decor. Despite its humble setting, the flavors are rich and authentic. It's often these unassuming spots that hold the greatest culinary treasures. The mastery of traditional South Indian dishes here is remarkable. If you're looking for genuine Indian flavors, this is the place to visit. Highly recommended!

IDLI DOSA Indian Restaurant. Fist visit after 10 years of just passing by. An almost literal whole in the wall kind of place. Inside the restaurant is this dark lonely place and quite scary to try, but tastewise, the Tali set was flavorful with South Indian authentic elements and with good volume. Papadam was also fragrant and nice. A good competition with Taste Budz.

I eat here very often, more than anywhere else in Phnom Penh. That is the best endorsement that I can give it! It is such an excellent South Indian restaurant. It's not very fancy, but it's a place you come for excellent food. The dosas simply cannot be beat, and the idly and vada are just exceptional. The sambar, the chutneys, the rasam . . . Just perfect. I'm so nostalgic eating this, and it reminds me every time of my wonderful years in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Everything else I have tried is fine, but the curry and masala is not to my taste; a touch strong on the cinnamon. So, I come here for idly and dosas. If you're coming for the first time I would say don't miss the dosas!

My usual go to spot for authentic South Indian cuisine. Dosa and Kothu Parota are my favorite. The best South Indian food in Phnom Penh. No fancy decorations but you will go repeatedly for their food.

This is the best south Indian restaurant I visited in Phonmpenh run by Tamil people. Their dosa varieties are super tasty just tastes like home made. Prices are of normal range. Location wise it is just right at the corner. People here are very kind and provide best guidance for people from India. After long time, I ate an authentic south Indian food.

Cozy hole in the wall serving staple south Indian fare. Came here because missed the kind of food i get back home. Had the curd vada and idly vada set. The vada was done just the way I like it, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Idly was also soft and went well with the not too spicy sambar and coconut chutney. Truly hit the spot ! Washed it down with two cups of coffee made for a just perfect breakfast.

Pongal $3 Fast service, generous portion, well-spiced. But it tastes dissimilar (wetter, no cashews) compared to what I ate every morning in Chennai. Rasam had drumstick here which is a plus. Cocoanut chutney was mediocre though.
