I stayed at this hotel over New Year's 24/25, in a single room on the first floor.||The location is decent, just north of the center, in a safe and relatively upmarket area, but there is nothing to view or do in the area per se. There is a small supermarket in the same street close to the hotel, which is convenient.||The lobby and breakfast area (which I didn't use) is very small, check in seems to be exclusively staffed by young women who don't seem the most motivated and are on their phones quite a lot, but they were friendly and efficient enough. The plastic screen on the check in desk should be removed, Covid is long over.||The hotel has a cool 70s disco theming, which is nice, it gives it character. ||The room is, unsurprisingly for Paris, very small, but it's serviceable, even with the wash basin and even the shower being in the room proper. I just about managed to fit my clothes into the very small closet.||The AC/heating is noisy but effective, the TV small but modern, and it's nice to have a mini bar fridge with a little extra space for personal items. Cosmetics are by Nuxe, which is appropriate for a four star hotel.||The highlight of the room is the bed, which is wide enough to accommodate two, has an excellent, firm mattress and a good selection of pillows. I slept very well.||The room has an intricate lighting system which was not very easy to control (the buttons are not labeled), and I wasn't able to find the volume controls for the wall-mounted speaker. ||The main issue/downside is how poorly soundproofed the room was. I was able to hear, and was woken up, by guests above me, next to me, and out in the hallway.||Overall, a good hotel for a city break in Paris.
