😊: It’s located close to the centre. Need to walk for 18 mins from train station. It’s decorated nicely.. 😢: Floor with sticky dirts. There’s a sloppy stair to reach the property. The air-conditioner doesn’t work very well..

😊: Everything was good, the neighborhood was quiet and 3 minutes from the historic center and the rooms was exactly what we expected, the staff was helpful and kind, I recommend it and I would chose it 100% if I will come to Lecce again..

Had a lovely stay while in Lecce. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is beautiful with nice design of the ceiling. Mauricio the owner is so hospitable and went above and beyond to help his guests. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Lecce.

Amazing place! We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated B&B. Right in the centre of Lecce specifically located in a typical Barocco little square. Cozy rooms, great breakfast and lovely and caring host. Our room had a super nice balcony with an incredible view of the centre of Lecce. Highly recommended!

Lecce is a stunning place, and this B&B is right in the heart of the old city. We were able to park on a main road within a 5 minute walk, and our host was quick to arrive and let us in a bit early. He was very friendly and helpful. We had booked two rooms (a standard room, and the upstairs suite). I would definitely say it is best to pay for the standard room unless you really want a kitchen, as the decor was much nicer than the suite. The suite has a roof top terrace, which was too hot to use during the day, was enormously inviting, and isn't really worth paying extra for. I would highly recommend staying here - in a standard room.

Very good location in a quiet street in the old town not far from Porta Napoli. Some websites give the impression that there is a privat garage/parking, that is not right. You must park at the big parking area close to Porta napoli, but it is not expensive, and you can easily walk from there even with a big 4 weel suitcase. Driving those narrow streets is worse.... We had the top suite with privat terrace. It is not what one expects for a "suite", it is a very simple bedroom. On the photos there were some big music arrangement and loudspeakers in the room, but there was none of that. It has a small kitchen and a small bathroom - for us a big bathroom and no kitchen would be better. It said to be 40 square metres, I doubt that, it must include the stairs... On the photos, the terrace has 2 umbrellas and 2 sunbeds, but there were none. But it had chairs and 2 tables, and in September it was comfortable to have breakfast there. Breakfast was nice even if we had juice only 1 day of 3. The host was wonderful, very smiling and helpful, made the place charming even if the interior was very common. The location is the best reason to choose this B&B.

We have just come back from a stay in Lecce and really enjoyed our stay here.|This B&B is a little hidden gem.|The rooms are spacious, very clean, modern with character and very central but nicely quiet as it is in a lovely quiet street. Everything is walking distance.||The owner is everything you expect from a perfect host: friendly, welcoming and very helpful with some great tipps in order to experience the best Italian experience and eat great food.|The breakfast is served in your room with only fresh products and delicious italian croissants. ||We are definitely coming back!

I loved my stay here. As mentioned in other reviews, Maurizio is a gracious and friendly host- nothing was too much for him. ||On my arrival I was here early; they finished cleaning my room quickly so I could check in. Maurizio's number is on the door- I called him and he arrived within 2 minutes. If you do struggle with stairs, this may not be the place for you, as there are stairs to get to the main apartment area. I stayed in the orange-room and loved it- it's really spacious with air conditioning and a little fridge. The shower is small- but definitely big enough to do what needs doing :-) The bathroom is slightly dated. Towels are provided and the room is cleaned daily. Upon checking you can put in your order fir breakfast and voila- they knock on the door at the appointed time every morning. ||On the booking.com website it mentions no hidden costs; I will mention that there was a small city tax added per night-which added another 14 euro to my bill. ||+ wifi|+ aircon|+ own keys to come and go |+ helpful, friendly service and advice |+ very central and close to bars and restaurants|+ coffee machine and water down in reception |+ very close to the Porta Napoli to catch the number 32 bus to the beach ||**This morning Maurizio took me to the bus (6,50)stop to catch the bus to the airport- he checked times etc to make sure I got the right bus. The trip took about 30 minutes :-)
