IFE B&B (Inka Frog Exclusive)

We stayed in a room which I would normally complain about. The windows did not close in the bathroom , there was no heating and it was cold, the sink blocked up when you put the plug in. There is a poor state of repairs, but the bed was comfortable and to stay in Miraflores if you are on a budget then this is a good choice. I simply should have spent a little more and stayed somewhere less back packy. However, the place is clean, staff helpful and you get breakfast for the price. I would choose this over staying in downtown Lima. THe hostel is the perfect spot for some of the classier and popular restaurants here on trip advisor, a ten minute walk. Very safe with security guards on the streets around.

We really enjoyed our stay at Inka Frog- it is well located in Miraflores, far enough from the main square that it was quiet but close enough to easily walk to everything that was going on and close to the beautiful sea front path. The room was really spacious and well done, perhaps lacking one or two smaller details (no safe, no pictures on the walls) but it was a good place to stay none the less. The homemade breakfast starting with fresh fruit every day followed by eggs made however you want them was a real highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight complaint was that our room didn’t get cleaned after our first night but this was sorted after the second. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for 5 days at Inka frog. This is not an exclusive bed and breakfast but a basic hotel with a nice rooftop terrace.|Room sparse but ok, bathroom again pretty basic.|No fridge or minibar. Location in Miraflores is ok but quite far from the central Metropolitana busline going downtown. |The staff told us it was about 10min, but double that easily.|Small convenience store across the street, nice local restaurant|across with excellent Lomo Saltado. There is a bigger supermarket Vivenda (?) on the Main Street to the bus station.|Breakfast was simple but ok and freshly made eggs to your liking. Staff speaks limited English but are helpful and friendly|

I loved my room, was perfect, I loved the design! I had all I needed! Breakfast was excellent, I love pancakes so it was great! Also the scrambled eggs are amazing, the best I ate! The hotel is new, had a nice terrace. Receptionist are so helpful, they tell you all the tips to move around easy and cheap! I would definitely be back!

We came during the winter. It is a cute little bed and breakfast. No heaters or head in rooms, but blankets were somewhat sufficient. The detached bathroom threw me off, and it was clean, but I would have preferred something a bit nicer. However, for the price. I would return. The beds were comfortable. The location was clean, and they had tea ready when I arrived which I needed.

Clean hotel in Miraflores. Seemed a bit expensive for what you get. |Room 201 is very noisy, you hear the door bell ringing from 6:30 am on, and all conversation from the lobby. Staff were very nice. Breakfast is fine. Close to the coast.

Quite dull decoration but overall a nice experience. Clean, helpful stuff with all services available (coffee, tea, area info). It was really easy to get to the bars, restaurant and the Miraflores cliffs.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The rooms look completely different from the pictures in the website. The walls are dirty in room. No heating. Beds are hard to sleep on. I am ashamed to even call it a Hotel because the rooms dont have bathroom inside of them. Instead they say you have your own personal bathroom which is outside in the hallway. Its a bathroom that's yours that you have a key for but you have to leave your room. Walk down the hallway to the bathroom the unlock the door and lock it again once you are inside. So every time you go to the bathroom you have to put on your cloths like you are going out. This is especially not good for women because i saw women open the bathroom door in towels as they are running to their rooms wrapped in towels. Then once they leave the bathroom they have to lock the door from outside, walk to their room unlock it and go inside. It looks so bad that i felt bad for them. There's a sign all over the wall as you enter the place that says wet paint on the walls. The sign was there 9 days later as we left the hotel still hanging on the hallway and stairs. Looks so bad. Also if they tell yout about free shuttle service it is a lie. They charge you $20 usd where with a uber its 8$ or 9$. Do yourself a favor and skip this spot. Its not worth it.
