Rooms are cleaned and comfortable. However, it is not incredible. The note is mostly because of the breakfast. It is quite light. We have to choose a maximum of 4 options, including drinks (so if you get a juice + tea or coffee, you only have 2 options left). The options are bread with butter and jam (only 3 very tiny breads with a little butter and jam), ham and cheese toast (very basic but good), eggs (however you want them but no more bread for it) and fruits salad (quite basic really). That was the lightest breakfast I have ever experienced in a proper hotel. Worse one was a very cheap hostel. With a better breakfast, such as a continental buffet, I would have given better grades.

Good location, good breakfast, very quite room, friendly staff. Marcelo at the front desk was extremely nice. He patiently answered all our questions, recommended several nearby restaurants, lended a bus card to us, and brought us boiling water. When we moved in and out of our room, Marcelo and the cleaning staff were eager to help with our suitcases. We were trying to extend our stay in the hotel but unfortunately our room wasn't available for the following days.

We stayed at the IFE boutique for 3 nights with our extended family. Its a comfortable, family style little hotel in the heart of Miraflores. The rooms are comfortable, clean but not luxurious. This is a small hotel so that staff are all very friendly and you have the experience of staying in a boutique place. Some of the rooms are a little small (the ones of the ground floor). The ones on the 1st floor are larger. They have a basic breakfast. Again, not a massive buffet but it was ample options for our needs. ||||All Miraflores highlights are within 10 minutes walk. ||||I would recommend this hotel for people wanting a slightly different experience from staying at a large hotel. We have a lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cute boutique hotel for the end of our stay in Peru with a tub. It was a treat to ourselves after a 5-day trek and we would highly recommend them.||First, their staff was wonderful and helpful. They were so accommodating to store our luggage after check-out and when we returned and was trying to plan the last few hours in Lima before heading to the airport, they allowed us to stay in their lounge - they said, it is your home.||Second, the room was spacious, the bathroom and bed were clean.||Third, the breakfast was great, we had the IFE breakfast with eggs, croissant, bun, cheese, ham and fruit and juice and coffee/tea. ||It's near a main street so it was a bit noisy but later in the evening, the noise settled and we were able to get a restful sleep. Our only minor complaint was the lack of hot water in the night, they did try to resolve it.||We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The staff is excellent. The location isn't in the best area of Miraflores. Wouldn't recommend simply due to the location. The construction work in the area is horrible. Making what would be a decent hotel experience, a bad experience. Constant drilling, hanging, noise, 24/7. I also found the included breakfast to be inconvenient. It starts at 8:00 am and you have to order the night before. 8:00 am is too late to start serving. Especially if you are an early bird. I instantly regretted changing hotels to this one.

We had a satisfactory stay in this small hotel which is in a residential area of Miraflores close to the Barranco district. On arrival, we were shocked at the high security gates and fences around all the local properties, including the hotel.||Our room was enough for our needs. In need of some redecoration/refurbishment due to general wear and tear. No drinking glasses in the bathroom for water. But we found the room quiet and the air-con worked. Breakfast was essentially budget items and service was slow but again, fine for 1 night.||What we liked best was that there were local restaurants we could walk to, it was not a chain hotel and the price was reasonable.||We walked down to Barranco on our arrival afternoon and the following morning and enjoyed this slice of Limeno culture. Plenty of trendy cafes, street art, beautiful mansions converted into arty shops. We also did the free Barranco walking tour. Hotel staff did their job with a smile and spoke good English.

We have stayed two night at IFE boutique hotel.||The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Nice touch with the complimentary water and chocolate on arrival.||Good breakfast; the hotel is well located close to the cliffs and larcomar and close to the metropolitano to easily reach central Lima.||We will recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Miraflores.||We highly recommend trying the nearby Pasteleria y Panaderia San Antonio (for great coffee and pastries) and to try the sandwiches at La Lucha sangucheria criolla (chiccharon and lechon sandwiches to die for!!)

IFE Boutique was perfect for our one night stay in Miraflores. I wish we could’ve been there longer! It was my first time staying in a boutique hotel. Its super cute and clean and the bedroom aesthetic was very modern and cool looking. We had been staying in hostels prior to this so was very happy to experience unlimited hot shower water and a blow dryer too! Breakfast was delicious and included in the price of the stay. There was a lot of food too. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling through Miraflores!
