iFLY Indoor Skydiving - Colorado Springs

​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Dream Come True! Unforgettable First Flight at iFLY! ​For over a week, my daughter was begging me to visit iFLY. Today, after multiple requests, I decided it was time. I called to inquire, and the staff was immediately so helpful and informative that I decided to schedule for 6:30 PM. ​The moment we arrived, we were introduced to her instructor, Bradley, and the entire experience shifted from a fun outing to an exceptional one. Bradley and the whole iFLY team were absolutely amazing, providing the kind of care and attention every parent hopes for. ​A special and massive thank you to Bradley for his patience and dedication. He took the extra time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident in the wind tunnel. Watching her experience was pure joy! She had an absolutely incredible, unforgettable time. ​If your child is dreaming of flying, we highly recommend iFLY! Go see the wonderful staff there—they truly create magic

We've had the chance to come several times and have had a blast each time. I'm not sure what happened with this last time but the package that were purchased were not honored the same as they were in the past. We ended up spending a lot more as we were already here. Front desk person was less than ideal to talk with. Made it feel like it was our issue for mis understanding Which was not the case. She ended up charging too much and issuing a refund but the refund wasn't as much as she first mentioned. Not the best experience this time around :( not sure we'll be back honestly. I'm not going to be treated like it's our fault, you tell me it's my fault, charged me more then found it was to much then you say you are refunding me x amount and then refund less. We had some friends visiting and this was their first experience. It was not a good look. Once we made it up stairs it was a much better experience the upstairs staff immediately was able to rectify most of the issues and made sure everybody had a good time. 1 ⭐ downstairs experience and 5 ⭐ upstairs.

My 10yo absolutely loved it! We will be back when we're in town or close to another location. Instructors were great. Great service. Very patient with everyone. Dane was awesome!

I wish I could give 10 stars. We did this during our trip to Colorado Springs and it will be something we will remember our entire lives! No experience or skills needed. The instructor will make sure you understand your role and what you need to do to get the best experience possible. Our instructor Collin was awesome! His energy and enthusiasm made us feel comfortable which made us trust him and allowed us to do our best. I cannot say enough about the entire staff of iFLY COS! The experience and staff were wonderful from the girl who checked us in to the manager who gave us hiking suggestions to Collin our instructor who was patient and explained everything to us. We cannot thank you all enough for giving us the best experience! This was our favorite part of the trip. We will be back on our next trip to COS.

What a cool and fun experience! We were first time flyers today, but it definitely will not be the last. We already purchased return flights at such a great deal (50% off)!! Tony was our instructor and he was excellent! He made us feel comfortable for it being our first time and guided us well! I believe Maggie was on the controls for the tunnel and helped to communicate some of the instructions when my kids did their high fly, which I highly recommend! She assisted in directing the kids on how their hands/arms should move as Tony was in the tunnel guiding my boys on their very first turn! One of the COOLEST parts is at the very end of my youngest son's fly, Tony spun him into a little barrel roll!!! Since we had some time during our reserved session after each flyer had their two rides, Tony put on a pretty cool show! We can't wait to come back and share this experience with my husband! FYI, we bought photos and videos of our experience and at $8 and $4 a piece the memories are priceless! Btw, there is a bar, some small snack available for purchase, and a plethora of options for great group fun such as birthday parties, field trips, and LADIES NIGHT 😉

Went to celebrate a birthday in the family. Staff was great with the kids they had so much fun and are already asking to go again.

Absolutely love this place! All of the staff, instructors and front desk alike, are all very friendly and genuinely want you to have the best experience possible! First tried this for my oldest son’s birthday but my youngest (12) fell in love with it so much so that we have continued with weekly lessons. As many of the other reviews state, it can be pricey but I knew this going into it and think it’s worth it! And as the saying goes, “the things we do for our kids!” 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 While I know that all the instructors are very knowledgeable and great at what they do, I have to give special acknowledgment to Dane!! His love and enthusiasm for what he does shows every time he steps in the tunnel and my son has a blast with him! With his knowledge and expertise, my son has completed his level 1 skills and is currently working on level 2. I highly recommend experiencing this even if it is just once but I don’t think you’ll want to stop at once 😊 👍🏼👍🏼 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Karen at the front desk makes this a bad experience. We went from dealing with her telling us saying things rudely and blaming us for our ticket mix up, to the top where we were ready for more of the same experience from the instructors but the instructors were really cool. The whole thing is insanely overpriced through.
