Down to earth, welcoming people. Staying in an house around the corner, this was our vacation home bar for the week. Unfortunately, Iggy’s is closed. If you’re into kind dive bars, use it as a start for similar recommendations. The city is incredible for going out, all the music halls and cocktail bars you can imagine. At the end of a long tourist day, the night you’ve just gotten in, or that last drink before heading home, all you want is a relaxed spot to get your bearings.

Great little local bar. Friendly staff highlife on tap and a cool crowd. Great place to get a little hair of the dog while you wait for a brunch table at Ruby slipper.

Great hole in the wall. Bartender pours a mean drink. The only thing that could make this bar better is if they sold food or had someone on a grill out front..back in town and back to Iggy's.. it was a slow Thursday but that's just fine. The drinks were great as always and the music took me back to my childhood. Always a good time to be had.

Great local corner bar. If you're not from here and you stop in and don't make a friend before you leave, well the place was probably empty! Good starting off or ending place for your adventures or just good for a mid-day pop in. Filled with local colorful characters , great jukebox, sometimes they do free food which is always nice. Strong drinks and personality driven bartenders! Have fun tell them I said hi!

Small, homey atmosphere. Cash only, but that makes the drinks cheaper due to lower transaction costs. Perfect if you get weary of Frenchmen and need a break. Also, they're open 24 hours---what's not to love?!

Nice little neighborhood 24/7 dive bar with neighborhood people (daytime and most nights) who all know each other. Almost family-like. Avoid nights Friday thru Sunday if you are looking for that same feel. It can be extremely loud with not-so-neighborhood people.

It's an authentic New Orleans experience. It's a neighborhood bar with a great barmaid, and native clientele. They play kool music in there too. I wouldn't mind having a few more drinks at this establishment 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
