Beautiful decoration. I'm assuming this is a seasonal thing, so I would not expect to see it like this all the time.

Great view over San Cristóbal - for the most part. Unfortunately, trees block the way in all directions except to the front where the stairs are. Hence, it is not really worth it to go up here for the sunset. Yet, the church is a beautiful landmark which is well worth a visit - during the day. Also, for the fitness enthusiasts, the stairs are a great place to go for a work out in the mornings. You’ll love the view even more after having finished all stairs ten or fifteen times in a row… ;)

Very nice hike, if you choose to go thru the Sierra instead from the city side. The place is peaceful and beautiful. Provides a complete view of San Cristobal from up there.

One of the most special places in San Cris. It's generally quiet, a wonderful place for meditation, yoga, exercise, sitting with friends.

The kids counted 280 steps. Good! We did our math for the day. Haha, joking. Trees cover most of the view but it was still beautiful, quiet and sweet. You could also just drive up but if you can do the steps then just do it.

Great exercise because it is quite a climb! The view is pretty great once there. Walk around the back of the church to see the communal gardens from above.

Nice climb up to the church. Church is nice and you get a bit of a view. So nice street art of murals on the walls aswell
