Tallinn, Estonia: How to Plan a Trip in 2024

"Iglupark, in the Noblessner district of Tallinn, Estonia’s capital city, offers the most modern way to experience the age-old tradition: groups can book private sessions and sweat in sleek, black saunas with buckets of beer on ice, or chill in Adirondack chairs beneath glowing string lights." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Iglupark (Tallinn, Estonia) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Iglupark offers a distinctly Estonian take on city living, where saunas, sea views, and smart design meet on a stretch of Tallinn’s revitalized waterfront. Just outside the city center, this cluster of wooden igluhuts, offices, and saunas brings together work, rest, and ritual in a way that feels both local and refreshingly offbeat. The cabins are compact and cozy, with huge windows facing the Gulf of Tallinn and private terraces made for sunset wine and slow mornings. Whether you are here to switch off or spark new ideas, Iglupark turns a simple stay into something worth remembering." - Tablet Hotels

Stayed 2 years ago on the waterfront. Place was spotless with nice amentities. Sparkling water, coffee, tea etc. Was late October and was cozy with heat turned on. Walked every where, so close to many things. Staff made sure I had my ride to airport at 4 am and readily available when needed. Will stay again.

Awesome sauna experience in very cozy atmosphere. But there could be more showers available, as for 15 people in our company 1 shower is definitely not enough.

A perfect place to spend quality time with friends. We even had the unforgettable experience of jumping into the Baltic Sea after the sauna - in December, when there was no ice yet! Ordering drinks and food directly to your sauna is super easy, making the experience even more relaxed and enjoyable. The location is authentic and beautifully designed, with fantastic views of the port. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tallinn!

Beautiful location right on the sea, relaxed atmosphere and the ability to take a dip in the Baltic sea after sauna was amazing. Very chill place and friendly people. Definitely worth going for the morning sauna, a very memorable experience.

This was a very unique experience and we’re so glad we included it in our trip. We stayed in an Igluhut with a sea view and it was very nice. There’s a little porch in front of each hut and they all have little walls between them to create some privacy. There is a public morning sauna included in a stay here, and I would recommend it if you’ve never sauna’d before. Everyone in the sauna was wearing a swimsuit, so no need to worry about that. The hotel is right on the water which is super cool, but that also means it’s not very central. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to get anywhere, but Bolt (a ride-share app) is pretty popular so it’s easy to get around.

Probably the best place I've visited for the combined sauna and cold swimming experience. A fantastic set up and top notch facilities. There were 3 saunas in use the morning I visited and it wasn't too busy. Spotlessly clean chill out areas to unwind in and individual lockable showers which were great. I visited in late January so the Baltic sea water was beautifully cold and surprisingly clear. The view of the sea from the sauna was lovely and a perfect place after the cold waters. Loved it.

The Morning swim in the sea and Iglu Saunas were amazing!! The Wind can get a bit loud, but ear plugs are provided. It’s close to some Restaurants and Coffee Shops, also the famous brewery pöhja. If you like the sea and glamping, this is your spot!

A wonderful area, the igloos are located right on the shore of the Baltic sea, close to the port of Tallinn. There’s around 10 of them in different sizes, there is a bar and an info point office, and there are around 5 sauna igloos (wood or electric). The service is great, the staff very friendly! There is no restaurant!
