We stayed at Ignacio Springs Bed & Breakfast last December 2025 and had a great experience. The place was magical since you drive in, and the beauty of the resort surrounded by the palm oasis and river is truly captivating. The owners and all the staff were also very hospitable and the food and drinks were delicious. The yurt accommodation were we stayed was very comfortable as well. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful and peaceful resort.

One of the most unique places we have stayed. The shrimp risotto they offered for supper was unreal. You can’t stay at a better place in San Ignacio. The yurts were fantastic. And the beds were excellent.

What an incredible Oasis in the palms!|When you pull in through the gates the relaxation under the shaded palms hits you right away.|Instead of pitching a tent you have a spacious yurt with a Queen sized bed, full bath, & air conditioning.|All of this is on a private beach right on the river that looks like a lake.|There are lounge chairs ready to relax on and paddleboards & kayaks sitting there ready for you to use.|The onsite bar with it's craft beer & great margaritas was another surprise. |I enjoyed having a few drinks and had good conversations with our host of this incredible establishment!|The provided breakfast & strong coffee in the morning & community dinner with other guests was much appreciated.|The gated & walled in property provides excellent seclusion & privacy |but is literally located only 3 minutes from San Ignacio's town square!|Many people tend to visit San Ignacio during the whale watching season.|I will definitely be visiting again next summer when the weather is warm, |the humidity is low, and the crowds are gone! So happy to have found this gem.

This is a charming spot to stop on your way up/down the Baja. Comfortable "yurt" rooms, well kept grounds, on-site restaurant and bar, set on a natural fresh water "oasis" surrounded by date palms.

Google
Beautiful spot with yurts and casitas right on the lagoon. We stayed in a yurt right on the banks of the lagoon, next to a beach with lounge chairs, paddle boards and kayaks. The yurt was big, well-equipped and with a big bathroom. The property includes an outdoor bar and the owners are very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. I enjoyed it so much that we stayed in the same room on the drive back up the peninsula.

Google
This is a lovely little place that sits right on the river. I almost hate to write the review b/c I got one of the last rooms, last night and I would hate to jip myself out of one in the future. It's precious. They have adorable Yurts, kayaks, free and delicious breakfast, coffee at dawn, a nice outdoor bar and restaurant area for dinner... I loved it! Very clean--very well managed.

Yelp
Excellent place to stay. We were there to see the gray whales. We enjoyed the beautiful Yurts. We enjoyed the scenic river that runs through the property. Our kids kayaked the river. The food was delicious, definitely have dinner on the property. This was our second visit to the property. We will definitely be back. Mario makes the best margaritas.

Yelp
Breakfast was absolutely amazing Host and Hostess provided fun and exciting conversation with good recommendations on where to go. Yurts were perfect size and weren't exactly modern but weren't exactly wild either

Yelp
This bed and breakfast was very homey, with the amazing homemade breakfast and active conversation. The owners were accommodating and thoughtful. Scenery was beautiful, to wake up to fog on a glimmering river with wildlife scattered throughout. Design of yurts were a mix of modern and camping. Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience, to which our family loved. (13 year old) I was celebrating my 75th birthday with my kids and grandkids and it was wonderful eating family-style breakfasts with homemade breads and jams together in the dining room. We also loved being able to Kayak in the river and my teenage Grandkids fished from a small platform. It was December and the nights were chilly and we enjoyed sitting around a communal campfire.

Yelp
Probably the best place to stay in San Ignacio. Several yurts in a large compound, with modern conveniences. Great breakfast. Close to the main highway and the town of San Ignacio, too. Slightly expensive for what you get.
