Absolute disgrace of a company. First, I get told I have to get a taxi 20 minutes away from where I originally arranged to be picked up — no explanation, no apology. Then I’m shoved onto a completely different bus, crammed in the back with no room whatsoever, despite paying extra for VIP seats. We’re forced to wait 45 minutes for latecomers, and when we finally set off, they allow any food on board, so the entire bus stinks for hours thanks to people eating foul-smelling meals right next to everyone. I asked to move to the clearly empty, bigger seats I had actually paid for, only to be told I had booked “random” seats — which is a blatant lie. When I questioned it, I was told to get off the bus and stay in Nha Trang. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unbelievable. We ended up arriving hours later than scheduled, cramped, uncomfortable, and disgusted. This company is a scam, a joke, and a complete waste of money. Avoid them like the plague

On November 24, 2025, I travelled from Da Nang to Nah Trang on bus number 50F 034 00. I had asked the driver because I had difficulty reaching my reclining seat in the upper section of the bus due to a sprained leg and my age of 65. Many young people were using the bus and were seated in the lower reclining seats. I politely requested a lower seat so that a young man could take my seat, which was about two meters high, using a language translator. The main driver simply made a dismissive gesture and refused to allow or facilitate the seat swap. The bus smelled of nicotine. The reclining seats are adequate for people up to 175 cm tall and weighing a maximum of 70 kg; for others, they are a bit too small. Ich bin am 24.11.25 von Da Nang nach Nah Trang gefahren Bus KFZ Nr. 50F 034 00 ich hatte den Fahrer gebeten das mein Liegesitz im Oberen Bereich des Buses ich nur schwer ereichen kann ! aufgrund eines verstauchten Beines und wegen meines alters von 65 Jahen ! da viele junge Leute den Bus nutzten und diese waren auf den unteren Liegesitzen untergebracht - ich habe im freundlich darum gebeten das ich einen unteren Liegeplatz bekomme und das ein Junger Mann meinen Platz in 2 meter höhe bekommt das ganze mit dem Sprachübersetzer - Der Hauptfahrer hatte nur eine abwertente geste gemacht das wars ! und keinen platztausch erlaubt bzw. vollzogen - im Bus hat es nach Nikotin gerochen.Die Liegesitze sind OK für Personen bis 175 cm und max 70 kg für andere Personen etwas zu klein und zu schmal. Der Bus hatte 2 mal eine Reifen Panne.

Đi vào lúc tr nắng rất đẹp, cảnh cũng đẹp, vì đây là đảo dân sống nên nó k có gì ngoài cảnh thiên nhiên . Hướng dẫn viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ
