Great service, clean dining space, great food, great chef, most importantly, it's the only good restaurant in the area that cooks you a perfect vegetable omelette at 11pm in this area. I appreciate the delicious food and professional service. Love to see the staff's smile.

My husband and I came for breakfast this morning, 9/29 around 11am and it was AMAZING. We joined the waitlist on line so when we arrived, even though there were a lot of large parties waiting we were able to be seated immediately. Our server, Lindsey, was the sweetest. Our food was perfect, our orders were correct and we left very satisfied customers! We were in and out in about 40 minutes!

Got a craving for breakfast food…DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This used to be the best IHOP we’ve ever had which is why we ordered here frequently…but in the last few months the quality has declined significantly but we decided to try them again last night… BAD DECISION on our part!!! Not sure what’s going on in your kitchen but you need to fix it quickly…we ordered last night and it had my entire household in the restroom ALL DAY!!! My kids, my husband and I including my 2 year old has been ill the entire day… please get it under control before you really cause harm to someone or there child.

It's IHOP folks. This is in a very nice safe area. The waiters are nice. Of course it depends on which one you get, how nice they are.

Service was great. Our server Rosa was attentive and kind. Plenty of parking. Always good food. Came with my husband and decided to try something new. I Got the chicken biscuit sandwich and my husband got the big steak omelette with Mexican tres leches pancakes and hot chocolate. The food came out quickly, was cooked well and was delicious.

It works here and there. I do wish they'd improve their lunch and dinner menus. They are relatively boring, and I just can't find anything above average there. Breakfast is a whole other matter. Here's where this and other IHOP's succeed. Those pancakes are delicious. Also the waffles are, although I wish their coffee was stronger. Service for the most part is quite good. This location is not as busy as some, and I do like the laid back atmosphere. All of the staff are very friendly. Cleanliness's is good, but us taller folks have trouble with the booths. Don't worry as they aren't alone on this, and regular tables are available. If you're in the area this works.

1. Surprising visitor after we sat on the booth. It's half an inch in size so I assume that there are army of bugs in side of restaurant. 2. IHOP normally follow their SOP to serve customer and they have to do it under management. No Friday night management efforts here. Greet wrong, Serve wrong, Miss order item, Not checking back table, No refill drinks, Server Just seat side booth and play phone. This location used to be good but not anymore. Disappointed.

I can't say enough about this food! I have a pretty refined palate. Everything is first rate. They have upgraded their menus and it keeps evolving. One of the added components is price! I had two eggs, two strips bacon, two sausage links, one slice thick French toast and two pancakes and hot green tea for less than $20! It was amazing!

Probably the worst of the iHops I've ever visited!!!!! Slow as freaking mollases on a call in order that was estimated at 20 minutes. Well, an hour later.....still not available. On top of that, the food was near cold, lukewarm. Who wants a cold egg???? Then requested avocado that took an additional 15 minutes. Cmon people, get it together!!!!!!

Took the family on a Friday evening recently. Not terribly busy; there was only a small wait for the food to arrive at our table. Coupons enticed us but they had better deals without them. Good food for the value. Service was friendly and efficient. As many reviews have stated, this place is no thrills and not what it used to be. However, we didn't leave disappointed.

was chatting with my significant other when we noticed this cockroach climbing up the wall . Absolutely disgusting !! We moved over to another booth and let the waitress know. She did absolutely nothing about it. That thing is probably still walking around making its way to the kitchen .

We went for breakfast at IHOP in Ashburn. My breakfast was fine, but husbands biscuit and gravy was pathetic. It arrived as a large split and flat biscuit with a half of a condiment cup of gravy that would barely cover the top of 1/2 the biscuit. He voiced his displeasure and the waitress said, "Oh, you want more gravy"? He said yes and she returned with another 1/2 condiment cup of gravy. WTH? Aren't biscuits and gravy supposed to have big fluffy split biscuits with sausage gravy ladled over them? There are other breakfast places here in Ashburn that know how to serve this dish properly! Shame on you IHOP

Servers are amazing. Great restaurant for a family brunch. Branch owner could've hired more waiters because they are working so hard to get food to all the tables. Food was amazing and our server was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. The workers definitely need a raise after this review because they actually worked so hard to get our table food and drinks. If you see this please tip them.

Catalina and Angel are the Best servers, and Edwin makes some amazing pancakes!!! Yum!! I'll definitely be coming back for more!

iHop is hit or miss, if we are being honest, but this iHop sees a large amount of patrons on a daily basis. This location is 24/7 pre-covid and they always had tables available, the manager had served us a few times and all the food was fresh and hot. The service is always good, not exceptional, but good. I can always rely on this iHop when I want something easy and quick after a long night out. The menu has gotten better and there is plenty of choice. The restaurant is not the cleanest in some areas, but there are a lot of people coming in and out so the floors are not always super clean.

They seem to refuse give forks butter and syrup on to go orders. I guess it's the managers way to save a penny

Keep in mind this is a review for an Ihop so my expectations are pretty damn low. My bf wanted Ihop and I was sick of the one in leesburg so we ended up here. Plenty of parking and seating. When we walked in the whole staff was standing at the food window gossiping. I used to be a waitress so I know how it is when it's slow. Once they noticed us we were immediately sat. The coffee sucks I ended up getting water and Starbucks when I left. The food was good and the waitress was pleasant and attentive. I would return.

Pretty standard IHOP spot. Came in on a weekday morning and they separated tables so that there's always one empty one in between. Got the classic build your own pancake combo with sunny side up eggs, and the service has been pretty prompt. Their new special: the steakhouse premium bacon was really good. We got two strips, which were quite thick cuts. They're drizzled in a bit of honey, so savory and sweet at the same time.

Had server named Diego yesterday and they were very understaffed. He did an amazing job, getting us our pancakes. Food was great. Kudos to Diego dealing with the busy crowd.

This place is usually pretty good but the last couple of visits it has taken awhile for our server to greet us. I guess this only happens during busy mornings but the host makes a point to seat us so quickly for us to just sit at the table waiting for the servers to catch up. But the food is always good! So we keep coming back! On Sunday mornings don't come hungry...you will wait 30-45 minutes!! Be prepared!

A homey, friendly restaurant with equally friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner and any time in-between.

The food had obviously been sitting out before being served. The greeters were rude and kept muttering to each other while keeping us waiting for no reason. The server repeatedly walked by our table to help the tables around us and acted annoyed when we were forced to ask her for help.

Restaurant was very clean and we were greeted right away. Our table was prepared when we got and there was no wait (I know this seems like a very simple and mundane thing to note, but with recent experience, restaurants have been lacking in the basics. But no, not this ihop!) The server checked on us periodically without being abrasive, and I was content with the overall experience. Not a 4-star restaurant, but they get 4 stars for effort. I'd return.

Enjoyed a great breakfast and great service. The manager went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our morning with a warm greeting and to check on us. I am a bacon and eggs guy and give two thumbs up. My family enjoyed the fluffy, well prepared pancakes.

Sorry, Covid or no covid, the service here is ABYSSMAL. Yes, take out business is more robust, then indoor dining, but you need to have people who can KNOW about multitasking. The food, here,is OK.. the turkey was low end. I have not been to IHOP for a while because of service related issues. I decided to give them a try but NOTHING HAS CHANGED. They simply can't deal with more than one table at a time.

I've ALWAYS had a good experience with take-out. Call ahead and pick-up within 15-20mns. It doesn't get any better than that.

Post event grub session. Even though I was the only non-meat eating person, I still was able to sit at the table with the big kids LOL. Michael, in which we pronounced with an accent, since we had a Michel in our group, was just as fine and laid back as can be. His attentiveness in making sure everyone was situated and ready to order was cool and slightly humorous to watch as he was manning 15 customers simultaneously. He got everyone's drinks correct, which came out pretty darn quick with no go backs...pretty impressive thus far. He then took everyone's order with reading it back to ensure accuracy. My order was basic, an order of hash browns & veggies sauteed together and was even cooked on an individual grill, good looking out Michael. Among the other 14 eaters, there was a massive order of meat, eggs, potatoes, pancakes & everything else in between. About 15 minutes or so, the food came out, and we all were satisfied with our orders. Again, I may not partake in certain foods, but I do catch myself looking at other people's meals and such just to be nosy. We broke bread for over a few hours, having had a good time of multi conversations. & Michael was able to stay afloat with us & didn't crack under pressure of serving a table full of folks in post partying flow. We all chimed in for his tip as every last one of us was very pleased with his service. Michael was on his A-Hop game!

Ordered the Spicy Pablano Omelette with side of Red Potato Pepper Onion Hash. The Omelette was not spicy at all. If you like spicy food, I suggest asking them to add extra serrano peppers. The Hash was very mediocre. It looks good on their menu. Stay away from it. As far as service is concerned, I was told 5-10mins wait but I waited 45mins for a table. I prefer Waffle House and wish there is one in this area!

I mean really I have nothing to say but I have really bad coffee I think for a place that serves breakfast probably 90% of the time that she have a decent cup of Joe took my parents there the other day unfortunately was a Sunday we had to wait about an hour and we did but the service was really bad because of all the young people that are working there it took forever for them to get us the stuff I ordered a side toast I came like 20 minutes after I had eaten my breakfast but I still was nice enough to leave a $10 tip because like I said you get what you pay for it's not the Ritz Carlton breakfast lol

Can't go wrong with ihop! Had to go for their holiday menu with elf on the shelf! I love green desserts so their jolly cakes hit the spot! The hot chocolate was the flavour of the holidays The whipped cream on my pancakes slid off but the waitress was really nice and gave me a new separate cup of whipped cream with the elf sprinkles :)

Couldn't get waters for everyone at the table. Couldn't get any extra napkins. Pancakes came out wrong (how do you mess up the ONE thing you are supposed to be experts on?!) ***BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE!!*** cook staff went into the bathroom AND i to the stall with their work coat and apron on!!! GROSSSSSSSSS Mgr was right at podium and saw her go in. Said nothing. I went in behind her with my daughter. She made NO effort to even remove apron inside the stall to hang on the door hook. Later saw a male cook staff walk into men's room with apron on! Clearly no training or expectation on food safety. Notifying Health Dept ASAP. Will NEVER return to any iHop now.

We were served by Edward today, he gave the best service I had ever had at an ihop. Super amazing and he tended to all of our needs. he was so nice, fast and helpful!

IHOP has a special place in my heart, it stands for "international house of pancakes" after all. Their pancakes are light and airy, taste great and are porous enough to absorb their great syrups. You can even swap for a waffle for a small up charge. The cooks have mastered all styles of eggs to perfect execution and this will never fail. I really enjoy their hash browns because they have a wonderful golden crust and leave a great soft potatoie center. Their breakfasts are the best and that's why I choose them over other chain breakfast places. Today I finally got around to trying their burger. I chose the brunch burger which had bacon, a perfectly runny egg, cheese, delicious hash browns and a fluffy brioche style bun. The actual beef patty on the other hand was sad. It was over cooked, rubbery, greasy and bland. Moral of the story, they're great at breakfast and should stick to what they do best.

I could not give this place 5 stars because it's iHop and not a fancy brunch restaurant. This iHop is unique. The place is managed very well and the staff know what they're doing. The servers listen and communicate very well. Even the cleaners are on top of things and are friendly. You could go to a self-serve buffet, but you'll miss the great staff at this iHop. The cooks know how to cook every item on the menu. I've never had a bad meal at this iHop. I'm serious, never. Some comments are a little far fetched here. iHop has American style basic meals, so you won't find meals other than that. If you're not familiar with iHop, Please check the menu before coming. We had 5 in our party and we were seated immediately since we were almost the only ones in the restaurant. That should have been a sign to turn around and leave but we didn't take the hint. My husband ordered the ultra bacon omelette with the bacon extra crispy. When he cut into the omelette, not only was it cold but the bacon was barely cooked. He ate one bite. Waitress did not ask about the whole omelette being untouched. My daughter's hash browns, on the other hand were burnt. The rest of the food was ok.

It's about time that IHOP offers non-dairy milk as a healthy option for coffee. The same is true with the rest of the menu. They need to offer vegan options, at least a couple.

If you want a basic breakfast. Then this is the perfect place. The food is good for a fast breakfast but nothing to write home about. The service is good and the restaurant is clean.

Wife and I went in for breakfast yesterday, service was atrocious. We got our coffee and juice and ordered food. 45 minutes later still no food and people who came in 20 minutes after us got served by the same waiter, he didn't bother check our order. I stopped the waiter to complain and he said he would check (no apology). I told him don't bother give us a price for the coffee and juice. That was $11 Don't go to the Ashburn IHOP, they're a waste of time unprofessional and need corporate intervention. One star is too high

I had the most horrible and unpleasant experience here. Besides customer service been at its worst , I can honestly said that I wouldn't never be back to this location. Food was alright, waiter forgot everything we asked for and well seen that the manager didn't care about anything because even though we address our frustration. He didn't do anything about it

I rarely eat in chain restaurants, but we wanted a late breakfast and weren't sure where else to go. The food is to be expected-it's not bad, but it's not the highest quality. I do love IHOP Swedish crepes though. Service was awesome. Really friendly and efficient staff. Both times that day. See, we finished breakfast and went outside in the snow/rain storm to find my dining partner's truck had a flat tire. As we had a two hour wait for a tow truck (too cold, wet etc. to change it ourselves), we came back in. Both our servers took really good care of us. Food: four stars, Service: 5.

Waiter started off great. Food we received was good, but was told by waiter he would be bringing my pancakes out later as they weren't done. Kinda surprised considering we are at a pancake restaurant. But, they never arrived. Then got the bill and no discount.

Ordered a pickup order. Mistake. I arrived when the email said it would be ready. Called. Called again 20 minutes later. Finally received the order. It was cold. Lid wasn't even attached on the entrees box. Really disappointed.

I've been to this ihop quite a few times and I'd have to admit, most of the times, the service and food has been fine. I've gone a few fridays at 4:30 pm and when I go then, we get our food super quick since almost no one is there. When I go at more popular times, like dinner time, it definitely takes some time, but not too long. I get the original buttermilk pancakes most times, and they're amazing. Also, today I tried a red velvet and a cupcake pancake, and in my honest opinion, the red velvet pancake had good icing but the actual pancake was boring. The cupcake pancake had very sweet frosting (too sweet for me) and the pancakes tasted like the original buttermilk. Overall, this ihop is pretty good... but, it is nothing amazing.

Came in today because I had a coupon. I haven't been here in a long time and from what I can remember, my last experience wasn't good. Well today was much much better. I was quickly seated and Tori greeted me immediately with a big smile. She took great care of me and was very attentive, even though I could tell she was busy. My breakfast was yummy. Keep up the good work!

So I'm not sure where managers are tonight, but the service and staff are NOT good. We brought the grand kids and our daughter and in our section there is 22 people and our EMT guys have been waiting on food since we sat 40 min ago and just got our drinks. Looks to be about 45-50 people in the entire restaurant and there are way too many people waiting. There is food in the kitchen that has been sitting in the window for 8min and counting. This is the worst service I've seen in a long while and I eat out on a daily basis. Asked waiter for lemons and he brought lemonade... it's just not good!!

Food was tasteless. Service was awful. Server not attentive at all. Check was put on table at beginning of meal yet I waited 20 mins for server to take my payment-- still no server. Flagged server down and asked " do I pay you?" Server said yes and walked away. I later walked up to counter to pay, then the server shows up at to-go counter to take my payment. No sincere apology. Not good for business. Won't be returning. Not a good experience.

Great IHOP. The wait staff are always polite and kind when I come in. Can't go wrong with their pancakes and different syrups. Good burgers and I enjoy their omlettes. I recommend for breakfast and even late dinner (after 9 pm).
