IHOP

Went for breakfast and to surprise a waitress with a Christmas gift of about $2,000! The manager was accommodating and the waitress was in tears of joy at the end. The food was good, I had the bacon jam eggs Benedict, the two flavors didn’t really go together but it was prepared properly, I also had a Willy wonka strawberry hot chocolate and strawberry crepes

We promised ourselves we wouldn’t be back because IHOP has become pricey but it’s very close and we were hungry. Food was very good, especially the hash browns. I got the Wonka Biscuit (promotional menu item) that didn’t have a price listed. It ended up being 8.99 for a biscuit with cream cheese icing and blueberry sauce. It was tasty but a tad overpriced. I have attached the receipt. Hubby asked for rye toast and apparently it was a side, which was fine since he wanted it. But 3.39 seems alittle on the heavy side. All in all, good food but not the local diner prices for sure.

Not busy. It's nice inside. Service was good. Our waitress was nice. Coffee not to bad. Food was good it came to us hot. The omelette is big and stuffed. The eggs benedict with the bourbon bacon was very good. Definitely will come bac maybe try the lunch. 👍

This new Meaty N Cheesy Crispy omlete is pretty good, super filling in the first few bites. And I always enjoy the Cinnabun Crepes!

This is my second time eating at IHOP in New Port Richey. The first time the service was very bad. We had a very rude waitress, but my daughter and I tried it again and the service was good. They were very busy. The waitress was pleasant, but the food was not done. I had eggs Benedict and it was very undone. I didn’t complain. It took forever to get our order and we were in a hurry, but I’m not feeling right now I realize they were very busy but food has to be done totally. Unfortunately, we won’t be back

Supposedly IHOP, or should I say IHOB actually has good burgers! After hearing the rumor, my girlfriend and I decided to take the gamble..... Oh boy did it pay off. This is like on the verge of a five guys smash burger, just a little thicker. The veggies were super fresh and crispy. The bacon was perfect! For a breakfast place, I was honestly expecting a sad frozen burger patty that was going to be fried to death. What I got in its place, was outstanding and delicious! The fries were also cooked and seasoned perfectly. Clean location with a friendly atmosphere. Show up for the pancakes, but do yourself a favor, and take a shot on the burger! 🍔 💕

Unfortunately this location needed fresher ingredients, the strawberries were not so fresh on the crepes, service was good. I'm not sure if it was a normal thing on the fruit with all locations or if maybe the managers inability to check all ingredients. The menu items were higher priced than expected.

It was a quick pick up and take gone deal but it was really quick on such a busy day and very friendly. The food was good but we tried different stuff than normally ordered and it wasn't bad.

Food was good for ihop and had the $6 special w 2/2/2 eggs bacon pancakes . Hash brown were good . Our service unfortunately this morning wasn't pleasant . Only time she was nice was at the end to give us bill . She snapped at me when I said " please tell kitchen not to break my medium cooked egg, cause that's the only part I eat " in a nice way . ( cause the last time I was there my egg yolk was broken ) she was like " we don't break eggs here unless they are hard ! " Then snapped on my mom when she asked about the price difference on a meal cause the price wasn't on the special menu advertisement . She was like just at it read it ! In a rude voice . Then threw down food when it came . Rolled her house and gave a look when my mom asked for extra butter . lol like she was not nice at all ! I know we all have bad days , I get it! It wasn't that busy in there yet and there was plenty of help in restaurant. But this was another level . Last time we went there year ago everything was great service was perfect, besides the broken egg yolk and the young man got it replaced fast and was so kind . Such a different experience. Probably not going back there again cause of that negative energy & service .

The food was OK, but the grand slam breakfast was $20.29. We had breakfast for three... A ham and cheese omelette, two small pieces of French toast, and one egg one piece of bacon, hashbrowns and toast, and it came to $54. The place is not clean either. Stay away from Denny's. Go to Madison restaurant or Jimmy's Blvd., Café or Sally's, but stay away from Denny's. They are thieves, and the food is not that great.

Stopped in before our trip to Krystal river there was 9 of us a the waitress was training. But they was knocking it food game am out hit an fresh an they was attentive on our drink refills

Excellent steak tips, eggs, chocolate chip silver dollar pancakes & hashbrowns. Ashley, our server was top notch, attentive & sweet. Thank you Came in after midnight, we will be back. Everything Excellent

IHOP is one of the restaurants I miss frequenting in Jax (home). The ones here in NPR are just better- service, cleanliness, food. Just so much better. In fact, this would be a star higher- but hubby and I are suffering tummy-aches this morning. I blame the buttery- scrambled eggs we both enjoyed... They are no longer enjoyable, lol. Any-hoo, service was great- out server was smiling and attentive at 1am. And for any other IHOP regulars- weeknights they tend to have 1 server & 1 cook. So you need to be prepared for slower food to table time. This was the case last night- however, they were hopping! There were about a dozen tables for this one server and she expertly flew from table to table taking care of all of us. That was 5 star! She rocked! The food- i got the smokehouse combo- large split sausage, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns & 2 fluffy pancakes. And hubby got the sampler- bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns & pancakes. Very similar meals. Everything was hot & yummy! I actually was famished and dug right in without talking pics for yelp- sorry, not sorry. The actual visit was 4 star. The repercussions- knocked a star off. Sometimes that grease can tear you up. Could happen anywhere! Still love IHOP on this side of the state.

I love the harvest grain pancakes here, I'm not even a pancake lover. I typically order the same thing. I never finish it, there just way to much food. I appreciate the portion size because for $15.00 I get breakfast and lunch. The staff here is awesome, my serve was sweet and walked around with so much joy and pride; I loved it. Another server brought me my food, a second later Lisa my serve came to make sure I had my food. The waitresses and manager all work together as a team, the atmospheric at this location is so pleasant. I've ordered to go from here, this was my first time sitting in. I will be back.

Eh what can you say about a chain restaurant? I loved the separate bag for delivery for my utensils butter syrups etc! That was nice. Mozz sticks I meannnnnn they have THE best I think. Anyway that's why The cinnamon swirl pancakes HOLY HELL it's so sweet I was so happy they only put that nasty cinnamon gunk on 1 pancake so I was able to salvage the bottom ones! The kids burger, the patty itsself I'm surprised was good but the hun was so soggy and full of grease, GREASE! That's what really bothered me. So I'd rather so to a cute mom & pop diner than here for breakfast and food, you'll enjoy it more!

This was my first time at Tbilisi location... Staff was friendly P Food tasted Great and Food portions were generous

I did the order online and it said that my order would be ready at 12:26 the order wasn't ready till 1247 I don't think they even started the order in time arrived at the restaurant. My pancake sliders were cold! There is a random piece of plastic laying on top of my pancakes when I open the container??I was very unsatisfied and I don't want to go back to this location!

I've been back 3 times since my initial review, and maybe I was a bit harsh. This place ain't so bad, and the service got increasingly better with each of my subsequent visits. They haven't mastered the Colorado omelet yet, so I just stay away from it and order other items, all of which have been perfect.

I know it's hard to find a place late at night where you can eat breakfast or lunch so my husband I decide to hit the IHOP here in New Port Richey tonight forget it they jacked up the prices on the menu where I can find it at a local diner at least two to three dollars cheaper number one. I wanted to get a burger but they said it only comes one way and that's well done when the hell wants a well done Burger dry tasteless. I got to go ahead and at least maybe try it but then I wanted a salad with blue cheese dressing and it's we don't carry blue cheese dressing what the hell is that a restaurant that doesn't carry blue cheese dressing anyways for the third time in my life I walked out of a restaurant we walked out and we left so I just want to give you a heads up if you want to stop by this way overpriced restaurant late at night and have to have everything their way or not at all and perhaps things you want is not available then go for it if not just go to waffle House I know they've got everything that way

Blech... Substandard food that is way overpriced. I asked to have the hashbrowns well done. Typically they bring them out lightly fried on one side and totally raw on the bottom. So what did I get? I got hashbrowns that were lightly browned on top and raw on the bottom. Told the waitress I asked for them well done and she said the cook must have I ignored that note on the ticket. She scooped them off of my plate and said she would have them fixed. A little while later the assistant manager brought back a plate of hashbrowns with about a quarter cup of oil.

Our experience at this location was sooo much better than when we were in Orlando. Our waitress was so polite and attentive. When we got our food it was nice and fresh. My french toast was so delicious and the bacon had loads of flavor. It is safe to say my husband and I enjoyed our breakfast this morning. Definitely five stars for this location.

it's IHOP. It was late at night on GRAY Thursday/ Early Morning Black Friday. I really did expect it to be busier than it was. But when Mom and I walked in, there were 3 groups. One group of giggling teens, one group of 30 somethings and Us. The service was amazingly fast, our waitress was very polite and courteous. She knew her menu in and out. Answered any question we had without reservation and delivered our food very quickly. The food was Ok. Again, it's IHOP ,so it was nothing special, but it was tasty and inexpensive. It's chain food, a little better than fast food.

They have these new cannoli pancakes that are the best pancakes I've ever tried... it's an IHOP so you know what to expect.. was a little disappointed when a kitchen staffer had gotten dropped off in front of us and barely made an effort to hold the door for us.... on the clock or not I would've greeted and welcomed the customers and let them know the hostess will be right with them.. all in all though a good meal at a decent price

I'm only cautious about this place because I have now seen what the Colorado Omelet is supposed to look like at other locations. If you take a peek at Mark H.'s Colorado omelet pic where the omelet is untouched, dry, and covered with three strips of beef jerky looking meat stuff, then you'll understand. Also, how about Victor G's hashbrown on a pooled plate of grease pic? Hm...not sure whats going on there, but I'm keeping these three stars here until I return!

Will Never go here again. Was told this location does not participate in the Happy Hour 2pm-10pm deals that all the other IHOP's have. Should have driven to the other one as I know they have it. Will never eat at this location again. Made this 3x the price. Hopefully next time this one is closed down so it doesn't come up on my gps.

Totally disgusting smelled like sting chemicals when you walk in had lawn equipment in the front dining room.. people with allergies stay far away from this place!!

Went here this morning for breakfast with my family for my birthday. Everything was good until we got home and saw that we were double charged. So we were charged 104 dollars!! We called and at first the manager wouldn't get on the phone with us. He finally came on and said once in a while that happens and it should drop in 5 business days. Very disappointed that he had no other options to solve this issue. Basically said oh well and wrote us off. Not even an apology. 52 dollars is a lot to us to just brush off and hope it gets dropped in 5 business days. The service was great. Management with a situation like this, not so much...

We ate breakfast at IHOP, and the fried eggs were so runny they were nearly raw, so we had to send them back. The very same eggs came back to us, fried to the consistency of sheetrock. Amazing that IHOP cannot afford a new egg. We got the remains boxed just to show the folks at home, but our beautiful English Mastiff grabbed an egg. And that was the last thing he ate. A week later, after 7 days of awful diarrhea and massive vet bills, he was dead. Surely that's just a sad coincidence, and we really don't hold his death against the place. But on the other hand, we'll never go to IHOP again.

Called there to see if my order was ready and what they were waiting on, the lady on the phone said "the food". Real great customer service, really should pay attention who you hire.

Well, I wanted to see why they changed their name to IHOB. Also to see what all the hub-ub was about with the new addition to their menu of hamburgers prepared different ways. I wanted to see if they were any better than all the other places in this area-and I've tried them all, lemme tell ya! McDonald's, Five Guys Burgers n Fries, Wendy's, Steak n Shake & Culver's. In my opinion, the ihob burger isn't any better than McDonald's. Bcz I ordered the classic with cheese & onion rings on the side. Something was missing from this burger& that was the special sauce. The menu even described it as having special sauce. Otherwise it was good. But not better than Culver's. If I go back to IHOP, it'll be for breakfast, especially the fruit filled crepes! Or an egg-white omelette. I love fruit filled crepes. But they're better from that place at the Countryside Mall. Culver's hamburgers are the best of all. But there's still one burger joint I haven't tried, that's Burger-fi in Trinity( Is that sposed to be like wi-fi?) But now the young Latin-American waitress with the curly dark hair who waited on me this evening. She really ought to take a lesson on how to be a good waitress so she can get more tips!! I mean she should be orientated again. She served me in a timely manner, yes but she wasn't very friendly or courteous.

Had breakfast this morning with my sister. We ordered an appetizer sampler and the chicken fajita omelettes. We were served our started and then 25 minutes later, we received our breakfast. It was cold! Very cold. The server didn't apologize but huffed about it and had the cooks remake it. Another 20 minutes go by and we received hot food. No refills on drinks and she never returned after dropping the new plates down. She came back after a while, dropped the check down and left. We asked for a manager, explained the problem, and he just says "so do you want a box for the rest of the food?"... ummm okay. Very strange manager and didn't want to acknowledge issues. The server came back and said don't worry about the bill. All it would've taken was a nice apology, a quick fix, and a check up on the table. It's important to actually serve your guest and accommodate their needs, being a server is so much more than dropping food down and then checks over! I did rate three stars because the night shift is always perfect and the food is always awesome. I recommend guests going in the evening for better experience for sure. IHOPS food is yummy and great when it's fresh and hot!

Horrible customer service, took over an hour to get us our food. Sat us at a dirty table.

So i ordered TO-GO order here at 12:00 , i ordered 2 breakfast samplers , nothing too crazy , so they tell me that my order will be ready in 15-20 minutes , i show up at 12:30 and they tell me its gonna be an additional 30 minutes , so i was waiting at Ihop for 30 minutes after being 10 minutes later then what they told me , so if i would have shown up at the time they told me to I would have been sitting and waiting for my order for almost a whole hour , moral of this review is YOU GUYS NEED TO LEARN HOW TO COUNT MINUTES and stop lying to people , i would have no problem showing up at 12:50 when the food was ready , but y'all lost my weekly dine in after treating me like this

Great place to eat. Food is always hot. The place is always clean and the staff is amazing!!! When you go in ask for Barb, Jan, Brian, or Debbie to assure you get amazing service... They all know what they're doing and care about their customers. The general manager is a very nice guy his name is Jim and he will do his best to accommodate your needs!!! This is by far my favorite location!!!

Good Service! My husband and I will drive past Denny's to go here. The only thing is in the restrooms have such large gaps between the door hinges that anyone walking in can see you doing your business. Otherwise it's one of the better diners in the area.

Ordered takeout last night. Was told about 10 to 15 minutes. I ended up getting there 30 minutes later. I walk in and I am not greeted. So I'm standing at the hostess station for about six or seven minutes waiting for someone. Servers are walking back-and-forth but nobody is acknowledging me and the person at the hostess station is nowhere to be found. Finally, someone comes up and asks if I have a to go order. I said yes. It takes her about a minute and a half to type in then finally she goes and gets my food. Brings it back to me. I asked for whipped cream and it's not in there. I asked for syrup (I had pancakes) and it's not in there. I asked for bacon on the side and it's right on TOP of the hashbrowns. I don't eat meat and I was going to give it to my friend that's why asked for it on the side. So now I can't eat the hashbrowns or the scrambled eggs because they can't listen. Why was I not greeted and stood at the hostess station for over five minutes before I was acknowledged?? Why was the order so messed up?? Minimum wage minimum work, I guess.

I love IHOP. But we just used the IHOP app and it told us to come pick up our order in about 20 minutes. We get there and they're "closed for maintenance" and we're left hungry and screwed because they charged our card and left us with no funds to get more food elsewhere which is a bunch of BullShit!!! Don't charge my card if you're not going to give me the food I ordered. This is the only time I've ever been disappointed in IHOP and it's a big one. Hungry as hell right now and left with no options. Thanks for the option to order online but fix your shit.

Every time I eat here, the food is cold, the waitresses never check back on you no matter how long you wait for them to come back to tell them it's cold, or if there's some other issue, and the food is way overpriced. None of the waitstaff know how to manage a smile. The last time I was there, one of the staff had a meltdown behind the line and screamed out "I F***ing Quit" and slammed something against metal and the whole restaurant became quiet. Not very professional at all. The name IHOP stands for International House of Pancakes and I remember years ago they used to have all sorts of different flavors and types of pancakes and now you can get only about 3 or 4 kinds of pancakes. They've really gone downhill and the prices have gone up. And the food is cold, cold, cold. Every single visit.

Ihop is an amazing place to eat at. I was "wowed" at how good the food was and would come back any time. When I got the cheesecake pancakes,the red velvet pancakes,and the hot coco I was amazed when it tasted like cheesecake,cookies,and chocolate for breakfast. I rated this diner a five star restaurant for not only the food but the comfort I had there. (Luke, 11)

I have been going here for all of my life. They usually have good food. But, recently every time i go there the food is horrible. I'm not sure whether or not if ill ever go back.

First time at this IHOP. Walked in to place a to go order. I ordered the original french toast no powdered sugar (I am diabetic) and a side of bacon. May I add that it took 2 waitresses to take my order and they looked and acted like they had never heard/seen someone place a to go order before. Paid for my order and sat down to wait. The "hostess" was not so pleasant. Watching her seat people without a hello or anything, rubbing her eyes and telling the waitresses how her eyeliner is smearing all over her hands and is annoying, was pretty bad. After about 10 minutes I noticed them take a bag to the corner near the register, I thought it was my order and I was right. We waited for another 15 minutes or so, and I thought it was taking pretty long to place a to go order of some french toast and bacon, so I went up and asked if it would be much longer. I was rudely interrupted by the hostess who said "did you pay yet?" Mind you, she was standing right there while I paid. Meanwhile, the waitress went back and asked about my order, went and looked in that bag that had now been sitting for about 15 minutes, then asked the cooks for a side of bacon and magically my order was ready. I got my food and began walking out, when I was stopped by the original waitress who took my order. She wanted to check to see if I "got the right bag". Upon looking at my order, it was completely covered in powdered sugar and the bacon was burnt. I got my money back and talked to the manger and explained that I ordered without powdered sugar as I am diabetic. He said he was the one who cooked my order. He told me they didn't mark it on the receipt and tried to throw his waitresses under the bus. After looking at the receipt, he says that it was in fact marked on the receipt. I would understand the mix up if it was busy but it wasn't busy. I would also question the cleanliness of this place simply by observing the waitresses and dirty hostess.

The food here is great. It is always cold though in this IHOP. Be prepared to wear a winter coat. Staff is very sweet. Food is always hot and delicious I would definitely recommend this IHOP. Open 24 hours and never squeezy. We go at all different hours and feel safe.

It's a classic ihop. Monday to Friday during the night it's always slow. Service is fast & they are all very sweet. Weekends it's packed up the service is still great.

When my mom and I first walked in, the first thing I noticed (during flu season) was how FILTHY the glass doors were! As the hostess took us back to our booth... I looked around..tables were not clean..there was food all over the carpet..this was after the breakfast crowd..there was only a few customers...the hostess set us at a booth that had glass decorative blocks.. OMG..FILTHY! You could see so many finger prints..smears from food or from what, I am not sure of...so, I looked behind me because "the wall of blocks" continued to the three booths behind me...ALL, SO FILTHY! All I can imagine is that children stand in those booth seats and smears the, food from their mouths and their noses.. I could just imagine all the nasty germs that were on every inch of the glass! There was a row of tables that were in an Atrium area..They were all so FILTHY that you could hardly see the outside! I mentioned it to our waitress, who by the way, could not have been nicer..said, I know..they are all dirty! I ask for the manager, but there wasn't one on duty! My mom and I wiped ourselves down with sani-wipes and left. I never write reviews, but after there has been so much sickness with the Corona virus..Flu-B and stomach viruses.. WE all should be taken precautions, but I think especially, restaurants should be going the EXTRA mile to ensure that their place of business is as clean and disinfected as it can possibly be to keep not only the customers safe, but the staff, as well.

My family and I went there and the costomer service was horrendous! They got my drink order wrong, and the other costomer were complaining about the waiting time, which is not what you want to hear when you are eating out with your family, trying to have a good time. The waiting room was very overcrowded and when someone asked how much longer it would be, the server just said "Wait your turn lady" and walked away. I would not recommend this place to my family members or friends.

Good food, good service. Wide menu. Lots of seating, I would recommend breakfast there.
