Very clean and stylish place with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom and homely finishes makes it very comfortable. In a great location, very easy to get around and walking distance to restaurants and other great places to eat! The neighborhood is very conveniently located and theres lots of life around the neighborhood but in the apartment itself it’s completely quiet. Chrissi was very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to stay at III Rooms.

Great option for those who wish to ‘stay like a local’ - well appointed rooms that elevate the heritage apartments. Don’t expect to compare the rooms to hotels; it’s more an elevated serviced apartment.

Went with my family to stay at Three Rooms but covid hit after our first night and we had to leave quickly. We still had three nights left and was hoping we could use later in the year but we were refused. Not great customer service and definitely wouldn’t stay again.

So hard to find. The entrance is disgusting, we wouldn’t have even gotten in if it wasn’t for a nice man who was putting out rubbish. The rooms are not like the photos. Not worth the price they charge at all. Go to a hotel! And couldn’t even get a refund
