It might be advisable to purchase from a physical store, as Iittala's online shop sells non-existent items. I ordered two different products from them and paid for the order. Soon, I received a notification that the products had arrived. When I opened the package, only one product was inside. A day after picking up the package, I received a message from the company stating that the other product was out of stock and that they were canceling the sale for that item.
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, when a consumer orders and pays for a product, a binding contract is established between the consumer and the seller. The seller is obligated to deliver the product as agreed. If the seller later informs the consumer that the product is out of stock and cancels the order, this constitutes a breach of contract.
