Anti-kids place, rather buy from Massimo. Nice ice cream, awful service and policies. Walked in with my 4 year old today at 14:00 (empty store) and had to wait while the store attendant hung out in the back before acknowledging our presence. We asked to try a flavor, and my boy wanted to try one more because (surprise surprise, the whole point of trying is to try one or two more if you don't like the first one). The store attendant refused as it's 'against company policy'. Poor policy in my view. Not everyone is trying to take advantage of free ice cream.

I think it deserves its 5 stars, I recently returned from Italy. But this ice cream shop brings me back to Italy again that delicious ice cream. The good thing is that you can also take it home, because they have a lid. I can enjoy from the comfort of my home in this beautiful view. Try Mocca with Pistaccio and you will thank me, it's sooo delicious.

Decent icecream, but flavours lack depth. Quality declined significantly. Value for money is significantly better at other places nearby.

The best ice cream that I’ve found in Amsterdam. It’s offered both in a cup and in a cone. It’s also fairly priced, but the taste is amazing!

Not great ice cream but it is cheap compared to some.of the places nearby. Maybe I just didn't get the right flavours but I felt like the ones I tried were just frozen flavoured water that had too many artificial flavours.

Always our favorite family spot for ice cream. We are spoiled with the best flavors that other places just don’t Measure up. The keep good hours in the spring and summer but look carefully as they are a seasonal location and change to something else in the cooler months. Enjoy 😉

Coconut ice cream is good here! 🙂 Pistachio was too sweet.
