I have never experienced a worse delivery service in my life. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I absolutely do not recommend their delivery service. Save your time and nerves and buy from another store where you will receive better care and more respect as a customer. I ordered shelves and a tabletop for a desk. The first delivery arrived completely damaged. Everything was broken. I immediately requested a replacement and specifically asked them to pay attention to the packaging. The items come in boxes, but neither the tabletop nor the shelves have any additional protection inside. There are no corner protectors or any extra padding to prevent damage during transportation. I was promised that the information would be forwarded to the delivery department and that they would improve the packaging. The second delivery arrived — and once again, all the items were damaged. I contacted them again and repeated my request to properly protect the products during shipping. They arranged a third replacement. For the third time, the same situation happened. Everything arrived damaged again. I absolutely do not recommend their delivery service. Save your time and nerves and buy from another store where you will receive better care and more respect as a customer.

Its a huuuuuuuge store, plan on 2 or 3 hours. Follow the arrows and they will lead you thru the entire store. The cafeteria has great Swedish Meatballs, get the meal its cheaper and enough for 2 or maybe 3 people. The chicken strips were good ss well. The ☕️ coffee is free!

From Seattle to Florida this is one of the best IKEA stores we have shopped. The displays are legend, beautifully crafted with incredible imagination. We found everything we were looking for, specifically phone cords, cookies, dish towel, Christmas decor and the cutes doxie entry rug! If you are not using the IKEA phone cords you are missing out. Firstly, the price is the best you will find, the quality is exceptional. The phone cords are rugged and consistent in performance! Well done IKEA!

I just came to IKEA at this location to make a large purchase. I pretty much did all of my own shopping on the sales floor and grabbing my own items. When it came to check out, I had about 10 carts of items, including very large pieces of furniture. There was a sales person assisting with check out by the name of Jessyka. They were extremely outstanding in their assistance to me. I was completely overwhelmed and anxious because of how much space I was taking up and how long the process was to scan and pay for everything. Jessyka was able to help me scan everything appropriately and kept moving my scanned items out of the way to make weight for my items that were not scanned. They also advised me on how to complete my purchase so that I didn’t have to lose track of what I was scanning and buying. Jessyka really made all of the difference in my IKEA shopping experience they were kind, courteous, helpful, down to earth. I would return to this IKEA at any time and I hope that you give Jessyka a pay raise!

IKEA is basically the ultimate adult playground. You can find everything from a complete kitchen to those little organizational bits you didn't know you needed. Plus, the 'hacks' are legendary. It's where you go to get creative and make your space your own, without breaking the bank. While you are there, try their meatballs.

This IKEA has been in Orlando for several years. PLENTY of parking. Once inside go upstairs for the home displays, and food hall. MEATBALLS! Lower level you can get your house wears, organization, lighting, and flat packs. It's neat they put the grocery section before the registers so you don't have to pay separately. If you self checkout you can preorder your hot food to pickup. Very efficient they way they are doing it now.

Absolute Nightmare: My $12,000 IKEA Kitchen Warranty is a Joke! I am beyond furious with IKEA at The Mall at Millenia. I bought a $12,000 kitchen from them, explicitly promised a 20-year warranty on everything. Fast forward a few years, and parts of my kitchen are peeling. Naturally, I tried to honor the warranty, but guess what? They wouldn't because I didn't have the receipt. I told them it was a $12,000 purchase and asked them to look up my record. After nearly 20 minutes, they finally found it and the receipt. The kitchen manager then told me not to open a warranty case (which was incredibly suspicious!) and instead, just go downstairs to returns and exchanges to get the peeling piece replaced. So I did, and waited another 30 minutes for the only person working there. This individual then told me there was a "mistake" on the receipt, and the piece that was clearly peeling off in my pictures and was part of my entire order wasn't listed on it! I explained that an IKEA design specialist did the order, not me, and they were responsible for what was entered. But for almost another hour, it was the same nonsense: "I see it in the picture, I see it's peeling, but on the receipt it's not called 'decorative toe kick' it's 'plastic toe kick.'" They offered no solution, no help, just repeated the same idiotic line. I was essentially forced to buy two replacement pieces under duress because I couldn't stand looking at my horrendous peeling island kitchen. Do NOT trust the warranty claims at IKEA, especially at this Mall at Millenia location in Orlando. They are clueless, and the few people working there act like zombies. They see the evidence, they see the order, but they'll repeat the same nonsensical answer until you give up and just buy the piece yourself. Save your money and your sanity--go somewhere else for your kitchen!

Love coming here for inspiration to change or update any room in the house. Great prices too! They have a great variety from furniture, room Decor, and even kitchen utensils and bedsheets. Never had any issue with staff. Upstairs you find a quick service restaurant and had their popular Swedish meatballs and it was very good. Also tried a strawberry cake which was perfect and not overly sweet.

Plenty of parking and clean. Well stocked and organized with various household furniture and items for your home. Staff was friendly and helpful in guiding you to what you're looking for. Cafeteria offers cheap and affordable food options. Definitely get yourself a plate of their mashed potatoes and Swedish meatballs with lingonberry sauce before you walk through their fun maze. Who knew they had such great mashed potatoes. I had to get myself a second serving before I left.

I love going to Ikea. It's conveniently located near a big mall and there are plenty of restaurants too. The store is very inviting and they keep updating all the showrooms every few months. We came for the 40th anniversary celebration. The employees were friendly and demonstrated some origami, kitchen organization ideas, and there was a silent disco party too. The selection is endless and there is everything from bathroom to bedroom to home decor. Def recommend!

My wife and I love visiting this store. We've learned through the years not to go on the weekends as it is like a theme park only x10 because it's free to enter. The most recent visit was on a recent Monday in the morning and we felt as if we were in a private event. Almost no other patrons and a complete ease of walking and exploring all the areas. It was quite a great experience and we went in for a specific item; but, still took the chance to explore other areas due to the extremely light traffic. I'm not sure if Mondays are always this way, but this specific Monday was really nice..

Wow! This place has everything for the home. You could literally shop for days before you see everything the selection is so vast. And the prices are unbelievable. There are plenty of carts and wheelchairs available at the entrance, a play area for kids, and two separate places to eat. Workers are happy to help you with placing orders. This is a cool day trip for friends and family.

I needed a new pillow and so was my mother so I picked her up and we went to Ikea. It was a good handful of years since I've visited ikea for a reason. Before getting there, I asked Mami if she wanted to do the whole walk through the store or do a quick one. She decided to do the walk and was exhausted and sweating by the end because the AC seemed to set on low. I was not loving that for my Mami. She got her pillow, which was $20, plus a mat ($3) and some cinnamon buns ($8) to share with my father. Update: the two pillows were returned because the one I got was simply too hard for me to sleep in comfortably and the one I got for Mami was not enjoyable for her either. The return is easy, you sign up at kiosk, they call you and get the return going at the counter. Easy to do but it's all the way at the end of the building near the exit.

This review is long overdue. Eating at IKEA is one of my kids' favorites for a quick lunch when we're shopping. Their prices are reasonable, and even though their menu is always the same, my kids can't resist their famous Swedish meatballs plates with a desert. I'm a fan of their salmon, so it's a family win-win eating here. The staff are always nice as well. We will continue to enjoy shopping and eating at IKEA!

Love this IKEA! Super convenient family parking on the right side of the building, which makes getting in with kids so much easier. The store is clean, organized, and usually well-stocked. We also took advantage of their promo--free kids meals with an adult entrée (great deal if you're an IKEA Family member). A solid spot for furniture shopping and a quick bite with the family

Didn't come for awhile. Came with my son, it's a neat store. You can find all kind of things for your house, school etc.

After all these years and we still shop here probably at least a couple times a year if not more. Every time you want to change your decoration or add a little something, IKEA usually has several things that will fill that spot. I've dealt with them for pickup and delivery with good success. Any issue we've ever had with an item has always been taken care of. The employees are friendly and even though it's a big store it's not really that hard to get around in. They have a cafeteria on the second floor that has some really fabulous foods. They also have the takeout food area by the exit which has simpler fare like hot dogs and cinnamon rolls. Check out is usually a fairly easy and quick process. Returns can be slow at times but it always gets handled. A good place to shop for the family and especially for things like college dorms.

Go to IKEA for your home, stay longer for the food. I always enjoy visiting this location because it's clean, organized and has a good layout. Service here is friendly and someone is always around to help out or answer any questions. There is a wide variety of items to choose from to decorate, upgrade or redesign your home. Sometimes it gets overwhelming with all the options to choose from! Also, the prices are great. You can find amazing deals on a lot of their items that are really worth the price. Some items though are not worth it but thankfully you have so many other options to choose from. Nestled on the second floor with an open layout next to the bathrooms you can find the food court. Because we were there before the lunch rush service was quick. There was a lot of good selections to choose from but of course the one item we had to get was the Swedish meatballs. They were really good and the mashed potatoes, peas and cranberry sauce were perfect accompaniments. We also got the smoked salmon which was fresh and delicious, the cinnamon roll was on the dryer side which was disappointing but the chocolate cake was soft and moist which made up for the other pastries. Will defiantly be back to this location to shop and eat some more!

So it is odd to not be able to find the same items in the same bin despite the store. I learned that all IKEAs are laid out differently and not all allow you to self pick. I normally shop at Jax but was in Orlando do. I went to try and find my items via the app but no bun was listed. I tried the computers for self help for products. No bun listed. As a result I went to the pick up counter near by and asked them what to do. I gave them a list of my items and then they created a order. I walked to SERVICES AND SPARE PARTS. But I forgot to stop and pay for it at the cashier. Well, I didn't really forget I didn't get that I had to pay for it first I thought I could pay for it at the service and parts area. Everyone was helpful and got a delicious frozen yogurt while waiting.

From someone that does not like shopping, the store is horrible. I had a $10 off coupon that I received for my birthday so I came to get a few small kitchen items. I was not familiar with the store so I went upstairs to the main area. i'm sure most people know this but it's like a huge maze, but you have to follow the line throughout the entire store in order to get out. I tried to loop around another open door, but ended up going in a circle. I asked a worker the fastest way to get out and they told me to just keep following the line. I eventually found a way to get downstairs where there were some inexpensive kitchen items. I grabbed a few things and headed to the checkout area. At that point, I realized if I had turned left on the ground floor, I would have gone right into this area instead of walking through the entire other part of the store. if I ever shop here again, that's what I'll do. Going through the entire upstairs made me so anxious. It would be good for people trying to create a registry or someone that moved to a new place. Most of their furniture and decor is modern and not my style but they do have really good deals on kitchen stuff. They even sell kitchen, cabinetry and countertops. If you like wandering around and taking your time shopping, then give the store a try. If you are trying to run in for a couple things, this is not a store for you.

IKEA is a great place to shop for your home and their prices are not pricey and its of good quality. The showrooms are really cute and gives you ideas for your own home. only thing is I bought a bed from there for my daughter and draws were separate the lady gave me the front of the draws but not the actual draw and i wasn't able to go back i was a sick pregnant women but other than that my experiences with IKEA at orlando has been great. i used to shop at the IKEA in NJ when i lived in NY. Wife wanted to come here for something household related. This was my 2nd trip to an IKEA. The showroom floor is upstairs as well as a cafeteria setup eatery. We walked the entire floor no short cuts took about 30 mins w no major stops. The concept of having diff size rooms setup w full living areas, space saving ideas for tiny apartments. All the designs are purchasable down to the spoons and trinkets. We found some 99cent plate& bowls in one showroom. Downstairs is the massive warehouse where you can find any large piece seen in showrooms, take the coinciding paper leaflet. A good store to be shown ideas and space saving options.

I've been to IKEA a lot over the years and I think their quality has gone downhill. We came to get two bookshelves. We wandered around the entire store and ate in the cafeteria. Stuff was disorganized and rummaged through. The cafeteria was out of several items. We took our bookshelves home and assembled one. It collapsed due to a pre-assembled part that was supposedly a glued dowel that wasn't actually glued. It was not a part we assembled. The return process was hell. The girl at the return desk was rude. She didn't even listen to what happened, she just told us they weren't responsible for customer assembly. We explained the broken piece was pre assembled and not one of the parts we put together. She called a manager and wouldn't respond to anything else we said except to tell us to wait. The manager showed up and like the other employee, told us they weren't responsible for user error when again, it was a pre made part that was bad. Next, they called the quality control guy. He started addressing us by saying "now I don't want you to get defensive..." when we had only been polite despite our bad experience. He eventually acknowledged that the part was supposed to be glued, but wasn't. He acknowledged it was a quality issue. It was just a shame we had to jump through so many hoops and advocate for ourselves just to return crappy furniture. I get it. I'm sure people break stuff and try to return it. But they really didn't need to be so abrasive. We ended up getting a refund and bought a nicer bookshelf at a lower price at another store. I used to love IKEA and I hope they can polish up a bit.

Came to pick up an order, only detracting a star because locating the pickup area was confusing. We went inside and there was a floor sign that said to drive around the side of the building, would have been helpful if there was signage on the outside of the building. I did the app check in, but it was about 5 minutes after the check in did they text me instructions of where to pick up. The worker was very fast to bring out our product when we arrived. We were the only people using the service at the time, but it was convenient.

IKEA is so fun! It's really a full day outing! You start upstairs by exploring the showroom which is a whole days activity in itself. It's a one way "maze" that you walk through to get to the other side. Halfway through before you go downstairs be sure to stop at the cafe for food! All of their food is really good, but I recently tried the veggie meatballs which were outstanding, and they're famous for Swedish meatballs. They give you reusable bags to shop with as well as rolling baskets or shopping carts. Go and explore, a great activity for a rainy day!

By design, if you've been to 1 IKEA, you've been to them all. But I do love the design, not just for seeing all of their stock built and in action, but also seeing how people design spaces with a vision in mind. My strength is not in tying a room together innately, so seeing inspiration for potential home projects is a huge benefit. For instance, I've been acquiring Billy bookshelves since college, but I saw them used in a new way in a showroom when I visited so I'm working on transforming my home office to match that vision. You can tell that they are still feeling a bit of the squeeze from lingering supply chain issues, but it didn't stop me from getting started.

We don't have an IKEA in Hawaii, so wherever I go that has one, I must stop to see what they have. Then, trip out on how cheap some of the items are. Talk myself out of buying a ton of things that could fill a whole suitcase. I love IKEA. Perhaps it is best that there isn't one where I live or I would go often and end up with a lot of things I probably didn't need. Lol. This location is clean and well organized. Easily found the items I came for. The only thing I didn't like was that. When we decided to stop in their dine in section, we had to go through the whole back half of the store to get back out again, which I get is a strategy to get you to walk through and see stuff you will potentially buy on your way out but we had already been through the whole store once when we decided to try the food as all the other times we have been to an IKEA, they either ran out of meatballs or we had meal plans elsewhere so we weren't able to try them. It was a bit of an annoyance to need to walk through a big portion of the store to exit again. There was a door next to the kids center that could have led us straight to the exit, but the woman told us we couldn't use it and must go through the store again to get out. $23.99 for a family platter of meatballs, mash potatoes, and green peas with gravy and lingonberry jam is a pretty good deal. Kids didn't care for the jam. I thought it was ok. The meatballs.. yum! With that gravy.. yesss. I loved the peas. Mash was meh.. slightly improved with gravy worh it. Will be having this again the next IKEA I go to. We will need to time it for like an early afternoon snack time so we don't ruin our appetites for dinner. I always have fun when shopping at IKEA. ^-^

Very organized store. Entertaining for home lovers. I personally stopped in not looking for anything in particular and ended up with some planters, chopsticks and a bag holder for the cabinet. You can truly find anything. The furniture however is pricey for the quality, personally would not buy furniture here. Overall nice store.

This was our first time visiting an IKEA, and wow, we were amazed.! It is an understatement to say that this place is HUGE! If you see an item you like, you better pick it up the first time around otherwise you will have to walk what seems like forever to find it again. The upper floor houses a variety of room floor plans for customers to explore, such as bedrooms, living rooms, home office, kid's rooms, dining, home office, kitchen, appliance, and outdoor layouts. All Items have a QR code attached to them, so if you want to buy something, be sure to take a picture of the QR code which helps you or the staff track down and purchase the item in the warehouse (first floor). IKEA does a great job building the rooms out in a way that sparks ideas in how the furniture can be best utilized in a space. Regardless, there is still so much to see here, that picking something out the first time around can be daunting. We were not planning on purchasing anything big so we spent the majority of our time here on the first floor searching for cooking utensils and Pyrex storage containers along with a few other odds and ends. The best purchase I made was for two pairing knives we use every day. One of the other areas of interest for me was the lighting. IKEA has a decent selection of decorative lighting, lamps, fixtures, and variety of unique bulbs to choose from. I heard great things about the food here from other Yelpers; however, our experience was lacking. The coffee ($1.00) was hot, then cold, then hot again. I don't know if the staff were playing musical carafes or what, the temperature sure had a mind of its own. We split the chicken tenders, steamed vegetables, and French Fries entrée ($6.99). The tenders were good but nothing spectacular, the vegetables were frozen and the fries, mediocre at best. Most Yelpers say the meatballs are good; however, today, they had a sad dried-up look going on. Unfortunately, the chicken tender meal ruined my appetite the rest of the day. Not sure if it was the tenders or the fries, regardless it made for an interesting evening. All-in-all, I will return to IKEA again in the future. If you have never been to IKEA I recommend stopping in, just know that it might take two or more hours to soak it all in.

Im extremely disappointed with this place. I just moved to Orlando August 1st from New York with no furniture. I will add that I am disabled and walk with a cane so getting an in home delivery was extremely important. I spoke to the office at my complex and they made it clear that I have to get everything inside right away and that they could actually get fined if the entrance was even somewhat blocked. They also said the fine would be passed to me. I actually took an uber to the store to clarify the different types of deliveries. I also wanted to check out the beds. I came home and put the order in online. My delivery day was Saturday the 16th. I was originally given a delivery window of 8am to 8pm but on Friday i got a text saying 4pm to 8pm. I went to the gym in the morning and was home by noon. I got a text at around 330 saying " your delivery is completed". I went outside and everything was on the porch leaning against the building. So I called and waited on hold about 20 minutes and got a general customer service rep, I thought i was on hold for the shipping department. First thing I was told was my delivery charge would be refunded (thanks but thats not the reason I called). The woman I spoke to tried to call and then emailed the store. I was on the phone for a while and they finally emailed back and told her " the customer was having a party and asked for everything to be left outside. Thats a lie, I just moved here and don't know anyone. After being put on hold for the third time a guy from the complex knocked on the door and told me I need to get everything inside. I told the woman I needed to go and she could call back if she got anywhere. I walked over by the pool to see if I could get some help. I asked some kids and they wanted 200$ thanks to the guy from the complex coming over to tell it needs to be done right now as I was negotiating. So 200 dollars later I get a call from the lead guy from the delivery. He told me he had to bring his wife to the hospital. So his wife needed to go to the hospital and he stayed at work to kinda finish his day? Suspect in my opinion, but whatever. It is Tuesday morning and I haven't gotten any kind of phone call or feedback from this place (crickets). It was way to hard to even contact them about the problem. By the time I spoke to someone the crew was probably already on their way home. Total failure by this place.

The wonderful world of IKEA. You never know what you will get if it's in stock. Went in to get some items and as always out of stock in store. The whole trip was saved due to going to the restaurant on the second floor. If you go check online they have your items and stop at the restaurant for an amazing meal.

Second time to this location but I've been to the one in New Jersey it was definitely busy on a Saturday afternoon. We went only to buy a few home items so we didn't go to the whole store. However IKEA doesn't disappoint with their quantity of products.

Always overwhelming. Always fun. Pricing is really good (in my personal opinion). I think the majority of customers are in the same situation as me . . . you see almost non-stop items that you definitely don't 'Need' but that you totally 'Want'. Ikea is that proverbial Candy Store of retail items for the home. Easy to recommend to others. Very easy!!

This IKEA is amazing! It is probably one of the cleanest I have ever been to. I wonder if it has to do with the fact this is one of the least busy locations I have ever visited. Don't get me wrong. Traffic around it can be an absolute nightmare. My best advice would be to visit mid week and avoid the typical 9-5 traffic. The restaurant always has fresh food and the service is great. Their selection of items always appears well stocked and well organized. We love getting lost in their showrooms and maze of walkways. Pro tip - use their map to take shortcuts to save time. Do you really need to browse every single space? Maybe. But it will take you hours to complete the entire location at a regular walking pace.

I came here for ideas - I like change and I figured if I spent a few hours walking through the winding paths of IKEA one of two things would happen, my mind would just explode or I'd have plenty of data to process before I sit down at my drawing board while trying to create a magical environment in a space I am planning to renovate. I'm in the middle of the road about most things here - what is the Swedish agenda here, there's more here than meatballs. I started the journey on floor one I took a hard right upon entering the space avoiding the escalator and the elevator, arriving at the very moment the doors open really gives you a perspective and staying clear of the rude line cutters should be one of your objectives. As I walked through the first air lock I was inundated with kitchen gadgetry- they have it all and it's obvious the Swedish engineers have been hard at it in their over-seas laboratories creating items that can fill a few containers ships a month, baiting us with plastics, rubber and metals and of course wood. I stopped short to ponder if the Swedish people have IKEAs to shop in or do they just buy from Walmart and Costco. The layout is genius, they have created a capture audience event, please do not walk against the directional paths you must window shop I swear I saw people who haven't been able to find an exit for days and as I feared the restrooms are after the registers or maybe before the escalator upon entry I'm recommending you not enter the venue until you've figured this out. I am sure the shopping cart tunnels are off limits to people but amazingly efficient and I think you have to purchase the bag you grabbed upon entry to carry the few nic-nacs you came here to buy. Although I didn't interact with a single IKEA employee they too seemed friendly in a robotic kinda way as they moved the inventory around, I felt like I was in an early Dire Straits MTV video "that ain't working that's the way you do it" anyway everything here is designed around efficiency I guess unless you're returning something according to some. Well after an hour or so I found the way to floor two, it's actually laid out to be viewed floor two first trust me on this - once on top you can take the elevator or stairs to floor one and you'll repeat the walk if you started on floor one now I know why I passed the same people a number of times and I thought they were the ones lost. I spent $12.80 here not a bad entertainment value, I didn't need a cart or a shopping bag I got four pot holders, two dish towels and a sanitary cutting board and lots of exercise and I also achieved my objective I got lots of idea so now I can go home and order what I need online...

Today, thanks to IKEA Orlando, I had the opportunity to live the most bizarre, humiliating and despicable experience of my life as a resident in the USA. And all because the person in charge of returns and replacements at the IKEA store in Orlando, Mr. Bryan, sentenced that 3 Latinos (2 Venezuelans and a Puerto Rican), and a Trinidadian-born Indian, do not have enough merit as customers to face his arbitrariness. Today, we opened a box of an office table purchased at IKEA Orlando, to install our booth at VISION EXPO 2025 in Orlando, realizing that it was not the furniture we needed. We packed the table carefully to include all the items. The box was closed using transparent packing tape. We went to IKEA to make the exchange, and at the time of concluding the transaction, the person in charge of the area, Bryan, informed us that they would receive our products as a return but we were banned from making new purchases at IKEA, since we would be carrying out a kind of fraud against IKEA; according to him, the box returned by us did not contain the product we had bought, but a different one, where pieces were missing. Bryan claims to have produced this version by watching the videos from the returns area, videos that he refused to show us. Faced with our emphatic refusal to accept his version of events, Bryan entered the returned items area and brought a DIFFERENT box from the one we had returned, with a table model of different size, design and color. To our explanations that this was not the product we returned, Bryan replied that he had nothing more to discuss with us. However, coincidentally, through one of the windows that allows to to watch inside the offices, we could see the box we returned, with the packing tape still stuck to the cardboard of the box. Bryan categorically refused, over and over and over again, to bring us precisely that box with the packing tape, denying us the slightest right to prove to him that we are not the scoundrels he prejudiced thinks we are. We have been purchasing IKEAs furnitures, in Miami and NY, since 2016. We use the products to install our booths at VISION EXPO, as well as various office furniture and appliances. In the face of several thousand dollars in purchases in all these years, I want to tell Bryan, his boss, and his boss's boss, that $130 or $140 of the value of this table have revealed the blunder, the lack of seriousness and the inability of IKEA in its recruitment policies. People charged of serving customer should be filtered to exclude arbitrary, derogatory and discriminatory personality. My personal opinion is that Bryan may probably fit well for working with pigs, chickens or ducks in a farm, but not for dealings with customers.

What can I say about IKEA? If you need DALFRED, TILLREDA, and BEKANT, you just can't stroll down to the local Walmart for those. These are just a few of the items you can find while strolling around the half maze, half museum, half store (that's 3 halves) picking out things you like in the upstairs section. Most of what you get is build-it-yourself furniture with sometimes annoying instructions, but overall, decent quality for the money. Then venture downstairs to the additional maze of items you can fill your cart with. Think inexpensive kitchen items, lamps, pillows, and other things for your home. They really do have some good deals on glassware, cutlery, sheets. They also have some expensive stuff too. As far as Safety, IKEA actually disabled their hand dryers in the restrooms and makes you use paper towels. Thanks IKEA for taking the first step in getting rid of these things. I hope it's forever as they are loud, take forever, and are LESS sanitary because peoples' hands aren't dry and they're touching the handles to open the doors. And they have a Restaurant upstairs with some pretty decent options. Not only they, they have a food counter near the checkout area where you can get other snacks. And you'll need them because it's so easy to get lost in there. Well, not lost but if you follow their path, you can be in there a while! If you're looking for anything for your home, it's worth it to stop at IKEA and take a look. They have lots of IDEAs at IKEA.

Over an hour drive. Way less crowded than the one in Avon Mass. So, Ikea has to be evaluated for what it is. Is it a place for quality heirloom furniture ? No. Is is a place for excellent optics with women in yoga pants ? Yes. So 90 percent of the furniture here is made of Fall A Particle Board, and is junk. We bought two dressers, both made of solid wood. Pine is soft but if one is conscious of it one will be ok. The lawyer driven sign out on tall dressers is not going well. I hate lawyers. They are responsible for all the old amusement parks closing, and me being in line 20 minutes to sign that my 30 year old child will not topple a dresser upon himself. Frikin bottom feeders.

I wished there was another IKEA close by than only one in Katy. I hate that stuff is always out of stock.

While on a trip to Orlando I was headed to Nordstrom Rack when I saw the big IKEA sign. It was 11 am and Swedish Meatballs sounded good. So before shopping I decided to fuel up and headed straight for the restaurant on the second floor of IKEA. It's a casual cafeteria style eatery featuring food from Sweden. The food line starts with dessert which I think is awesome! The Swedish sodas are also self serve. The prices are all very reasonable. My favorite is the Swedish Meatballs. They are so yummy! I had a hard time selecting a dessert because they all looked so good. I chose the vanilla layer cake with buttercream and berry filling. They had several fruit flavors of soda and I chose raspberry. Everything tasted great! After lunch I walked around IKEA. I love looking at everything and always manage to get a few things to bring home. On this trip I found tiny IKEA bag keychains! They were so adorable I couldn't resist getting a few! I wish IKEA would open a store in Hawaii!

Too confusing for me. I felt like a rat in a cage having to follow their path to get to a specific department. I don't want to look at everything in the store that you are wanting to sell me.

I'm an ikea butch. I don't understand the ikea haters. It's a right of passage to curse in frustration while trying to put together a bookshelf you can't pronounce. Now the prices have gone up quite a bit lately but there are still deals to be had at this Scandinavian retailer. And there's soooooo much to choose from. Lots and lots of basics for your place. But honestly, the real gem is the cafeteria. If you are looking for a cheap meal, if you have kids and you want to go out, come here. You can eat here and eat well for under $10. Don't sleep on Ikea.

Twelve customers in line to checkout, one register open. They literally have eight checkout lanes available. It shouldn't take fifteen minutes to checkout one a weekday morning at 10:30 AM.

Not much to say. How can you not love Ikea? Huge store, nice prices for cool furniture, cheap food...

Absolutely terrifying if you have issues with being trapped in places. These locations force you to follow a maze, with that being the only way out, unless you go out an emergency exit. The door locks you in as you enter. What is this, a giant, Walmart-sized escape room? Don't go here. Any location.

If pure utility and efficiency is your benchmark then you will like IKEA. But really who has not heard of IKEA? This location is always slammed with tourists and as such usually long check out lines. Bravo IKEA for having plenty of staff two days after Christmas. A quick stop for a set of shelves. In and out in thirty minutes. Could have Please enforce face masks like the signs on the door say. Other than that it was most likely the best IKEA experience I have had in the last couple visits. Thank you for keeping to your formula.

IKEA stands for Inspired Knowledge for Everyday Ambiance. Very very very nice. Best furniture store ever.

Someplace to put his socks and undies and shorts and T-shirts, and yes I used a headboard as a shelf to lie his uniform on when he gets home. Always be sure to check the returned items section to see what you may need at a much cheaper price.

Early on in the pandemic, I asked my girlfriend where she would want to go put to eat once things open up again, and she said "IKEA's cafeteria..." And I was thinking the same thing. And here we are... We had to leave the state to go to one! A slightly different layout than Conshohocken (PA.) I got the traditional Swedish meatball platter. Kelly got a sampler plate (braised pork shank, Swedish meatballs, potatoes & Mac & cheese (she didn't like the vegetable choices.) And we each got a slice of sticky chocolate cake. We walked around a bit... They had a special on stuffed animals in December 2020 when we visited. Included in the normal Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus Rex, they had a Ankylosaurus... You never see Ankylosaurus stuffed animals, so my girlfriend bought one. :P Layout-wise and product-wise, it's very similar to every other IKEA (which is to be expected.)

I love this place. I love spending hours here. The food is so good in the upstairs cafeteria. Who can resist the Swedish meatballs? There are vegetarian meatballs too. Everything is just so cute here with the names, unique items and the organization items. Also don't miss out on the snack bar on your way out. The cheap soft serve yogurt is amazing.

I love IKEA but have avoided it due to crowds. This review is for the restaurant. Going to the restaurant is the only way I can get out of there with $$ in my pocket. Actually last year we went to the Orlando IKEA's annual Swedish Julbord buffet in December. This is not like the Swedish chef from Sesame Street but a real buffet of international flavor treats. Only snafu is that you have to buy your tickets at the restaurant in advance. This one day event sells out and they will not let you in without a ticket. If you have an IKEA family account it is like $10 or $11 including the drink. On the way out you have to walk through the store and find items you never knew you needed. Avoid the markdown rack at the bottom of the stairs! But back to the restaurant review. For a Sunday afternoon dinner we decided on Ikea. This restaurant is upstairs and says "Smorgsbord" which is a cafeteria line where you grab a tray, select cold and hot items and pay the cashier after you have filled your tray. They have cool little carts for the trays to prevent drops and spills. We got the Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes and green beans. After we said "meatballs" our plate was completed for us so if you want something different - - speak up. We also got the pork shank with green beans and mashed potatoes. Both entrees were excellent. Well cooked and seasoned and plentiful From the cold section we got the salmon which was served cold to put on crackers and the blueberry mousse for dessert. The crackers were sold separately for like 15 cents. I really did not need the salmon and crackers but it was my favorite. This almost could have been a meal for me but I put it on the tray before we got to the hot items. The blueberry mousse was ok. It had a nice texture but a subtle flavor. Bonus points for flavored water and ligonberry juice drink. No high sugar sodas. This is a nice meal at a great price any time but I think the December Julbord buffet is so fun and a great experience. Remember to buy tickets in advance as they will be sold out on the day of the event. We found an open table near the front windows where you can see the flags and the children's play area. I liked that the toys are interactive displays and most of the kids seemed to really have fun. Unfortunately on this day after browsing on the way out, we also stopped at the cafe near the checkouts and got ice cream and killer cinnamon rolls.

I've been wanting to try the famous Swedish meatballs for years after hearing about them from almost everyone I know. I'm glad they did not disappoint. Swedish Meatballs- The meatballs, gravy, mashed potatoes, and lingonberry sauce were scrumptious. The string beans were okay. Overall the meal was very satisfying and an amazing deal for the quality and quantity. ($5.99) Chocolate Conspiracy Cake- Very rich and delicious. ($2.99) I wish there was an Ikea closer to me, I would probably go all the time.

Amazing priced furniture, friendly staff, and awesome food selection. This location tends to be extremely busy and parking can be a bit of a hassle. I love that you can get decorations at a decent price point. The store is well organized. I don't love that they won't sell the floor models of smaller decor such as rugs and lamps. For something that's small, I think that should be allowed. I like that they offer a curbside pickup off. Overall happy with our experience at this location.
