Great atmosphere, 50% off Haddock & fries is great. One star for the food service because the white serving lady offer the white lady in front of me to wait for few minutes for the same dish because she knows it’s about time serving the fresh cooked haddock & fries, but when it comes to my turn, she did not give me the same offer and she just gave me the last pieces in the tray. The cashier and snack bar lady also doesn’t look so happy. Hmm… Btw, the strawberry yogurt ice cream is also great, especially in this super hot weather

The IKEA Restaurant in Vaughan is a great spot for a quick, affordable meal during your shopping trip. They offer a variety of options, including the classic Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam, as well as plant-based alternatives, salads, and desserts. The bistro near the exit also serves snacks like hot dogs and ice cream at very low prices. The cafeteria-style setup is clean and efficient, making it easy to grab a bite without much hassle. While the food isn’t gourmet, it’s tasty and satisfying, especially considering the price point. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a budget-friendly meal in a convenient location.

Is not about the restaurant ! The IKEA store generally ! The first thing which grabbed my attention was the parking lot on the exit side was almost full. I thought the store was open already. It was 9:40am But as we approach the entrance the door was still locked and another 4 person was wondering around. I went back and I realized all the employees are taking the front rows. No customers but employees !!! Second as I grabbed the shopping cart I realized all the 4 wheels are steering !!! I don't know science but pushing that cart with all the load is really difficult to maneuver between the people and the racks ! Maybe the furniture is well designed but invention on the four whell steering is stupid ! And the third negativ experience is the cashier. Self check out 15 people with carts. Right beside normal cashier 17 people with carts. No space not the third fourth or even six lanes over !!! Right beside the self check out. Big store with space but the two lineup side by side ! Thank God I'm in IKEA only once in the blue moon. Can't say nothing good about it.

I recently visited the IKEA restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to see their new addition – the pulled pork sandwich. It’s absolutely delicious! The meat is tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of smoky flavor. The bun is soft and fresh, and the portion size is generous. Definitely a great value for the price. It’s a must-try if you’re looking for something hearty and flavorful during your shopping trip. I hope they keep it on the menu permanently!

The IKEA restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with its diverse menu and affordable prices. The cozy atmosphere, coupled with friendly staff, creates a welcoming environment. The Swedish meatballs are a must-try, and the layout provides a unique and enjoyable dining adventure. It's a fantastic spot for both shopping breaks and casual meals.

Came to Ikea for their half price Swedish entree's on Thursdays. I believe they're running this promo until August 2024, but not fully sure. Got both the Swedish meatballs meal and the fish and chips meal. For the price amazing. Swedish meatballs honestly tasted really good, and with the mashed potatoes and jam/jelly, Unbelievable combo. Fish and Chips were basically like frozen fish and chips but for $4.50 I cannot complain. I would definitely come back on a Thursday again to get food. I will say, it is very busy, imitates a massive food hall, so beware of that.

Perhaps I did not eat at the restaurant per se, but the one at the exit. The restaurant did look inviting and inspired me to get a veggie dog before I left. The place was not perfectly clean, but still much cleaner compared with those in BC. I appreciated they offered chargers 🔌, even though I did not need it. It would be a great place for snacks or light dinners as we stayed at one of the hotel nearby.

Everything is relatively modest, offering only 3 or 2 menu options. Unfortunately, the salad and soup serving didn't quite meet my expectations, and the Swedish meatballs lacked flavour. On the bright side, the poutine was quite good. It was not a bad experience, but I don't think I will try again.
