Ike's Bistro

Very very tasty vegan food in Aruba. Highly recommend the Porcini Risotto. Cocktails are amazing. We had the Brazilian Blue, The Aloevera, and Cucumber Martini. Vegan grilled fish (tofu of course) was unbelievable. It tasted like a hunk of King Fish. Grilled vegetables were perfection. Highly recommend this to all vegans in Aruba. Mackayla is a FANTASTIC server and the vibes were unbelievable. Very happy with this place.

Very chill restaurant. Small but good menu of mostly fish and some meat and pasta options. I really loved my shrimp scampi dish. We showed up without a reservation and were nice enough to find us a table right by the pool. Friendly host and waiters. It is next to the bar and most nights they have musicians playing which is nice. Prices on the higher side but overall it’s worth it.

Our server, Stephanie, was amazing. They had great vegan options for me, I had the truffle risotto, so so good! My fish / meat eating friends were also delighted with their meal. Plus the drink menu is excellent.

We recently spent a week in Aruba and I found Ike’s while searching online for highly rated places to eat. The night we went there was also the night we all got dressed up to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from college. We arrived before the sunset and walked around the resort area and beach to take pictures. It turned out to be the perfect place for pictures, as well as the perfect dinner and our favorite of the whole week. The service was amazing, the food was amazing and atmosphere was amazing. The carrot soup was outstanding - never had anything better anywhere! Everyone in my family, tried it and loved it. It was truly a memorable evening, and I strongly recommend this restaurant.

I went for the octopus appetizer and LOVED IT. I also thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp ravioli appetizer and chocolate cake with hazelnut icecream. Stephanie was my server and we had a great time chatting. The chef, Elton, came to my table and was so charming. I brought bouillabaisse home to enjoy for lunch tomorrow and can’t wait! It’s a lovely quiet restaurant and i look forward to returning my next trip to Aruba. Thank you, Elton and Stephanie. See you!!

Good place. Many mistakes. Their reservation process a disaster. If you don't use open table they have a web form and an email address. Don't bother using those, they don't respond. And open table clearly not updated. We wanted a 7pm res. They offered us 630 or 8. We arrived at 7 without a reservation and there was nobody at restaurants. Put a very bad taste in our mouth Watermelon salad and octopus very good. Ceviche mediocre. I had triple tail special, NOT great at all. Boullibase very good. Service very good. Atmosphere very nice.

Ike’s Bistro quickly became one of our favorite dining spots in Aruba. The outdoor atmosphere is beautiful—you can sit by the pool surrounded by lush plants and nature, which makes the whole experience feel relaxing and special. What really impressed us is that they offer an entirely separate vegan menu, not just a few modified dishes. They also prepare the vegan food in a separate area, which gave us so much peace of mind. As vegans, we were told Aruba might be difficult, but with places like Ike’s, it was incredibly easy to eat well. The combination of great ambiance and a thoughtfully crafted vegan menu made dining here a highlight of our trip.

What an amazing dinner and overall experience! We walked in after taking some sunset photos and were so glad we found this gem. Giyorn greeted us and was beyond welcoming! We were sat in the garden area and had Stephanie as our server. She was so fun and very attentive! The food was delicious and we will definitely be back.
