Ike's Bistro

I went for the octopus appetizer and LOVED IT. I also thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp ravioli appetizer and chocolate cake with hazelnut icecream. Stephanie was my server and we had a great time chatting. The chef, Elton, came to my table and was so charming. I brought bouillabaisse home to enjoy for lunch tomorrow and can’t wait! It’s a lovely quiet restaurant and i look forward to returning my next trip to Aruba. Thank you, Elton and Stephanie. See you!!

Our server, Stephanie, was amazing. They had great vegan options for me, I had the truffle risotto, so so good! My fish / meat eating friends were also delighted with their meal. Plus the drink menu is excellent.

Very chill restaurant. Small but good menu of mostly fish and some meat and pasta options. I really loved my shrimp scampi dish. We showed up without a reservation and were nice enough to find us a table right by the pool. Friendly host and waiters. It is next to the bar and most nights they have musicians playing which is nice. Prices on the higher side but overall it’s worth it.

What an amazing dinner and overall experience! We walked in after taking some sunset photos and were so glad we found this gem. Giyorn greeted us and was beyond welcoming! We were sat in the garden area and had Stephanie as our server. She was so fun and very attentive! The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable dining experience! -Food recs: Red Snapper, Shrimp linguine, polenta appetizer, and the coconut gelato and apple sorbet were out of this world!

We've dined at Ike’s Bistro twice during our vacations to Aruba, and the ambiance continues to impress. The setting is beautiful, with outdoor seating by the pool and a lovely view of the beach (especially stunning at sunset if you time it right). During our first visit, I remember thoroughly enjoying the food, but this time around, we found it a bit underwhelming. While the presentation was appealing and the service attentive and friendly, the dishes didn’t quite meet our expectations. It felt like we were paying more for the overall experience than for the quality of the food itself. That said, Ike’s is still a great spot for a romantic or relaxing evening out, especially if you're looking to soak in the atmosphere.

A vegan menu!!! The food was pretty good although my risotto was too salty. The soy fish was fantastic, the soup yummy, and the vegan ceviche was ridiculously good! I wasn’t crazy about the cauliflower buffalo wings sauce but everything was splendidly presented. The chocolate hazelnut mousse cake was the best! Beautiful restaurant, and tolerable music.

Truly loved this place! As someone who is severely lactose intolerant, I really appreciated the vegan menu and our sweet waitress Doreen for helping me make selections that were safe for me to eat down to bringing bread with vegan butter. We LOVED HER. The presentation and flavors were awesome.

Excellent meal. We started with the grilled octopus, shrimp and lobster bisque and watermelon salad. Then we had entrees of red snapper, bouillabaisse, and shrimp linguine. Finally had tiramisu and the crème brûlée. Food was great and our waitress had great energy. Would happily go back.
