We've dined at Ike’s Bistro twice during our vacations to Aruba, and the ambiance continues to impress. The setting is beautiful, with outdoor seating by the pool and a lovely view of the beach (especially stunning at sunset if you time it right).
During our first visit, I remember thoroughly enjoying the food, but this time around, we found it a bit underwhelming. While the presentation was appealing and the service attentive and friendly, the dishes didn’t quite meet our expectations. It felt like we were paying more for the overall experience than for the quality of the food itself.
That said, Ike’s is still a great spot for a romantic or relaxing evening out, especially if you're looking to soak in the atmosphere.
