Unhelpful and Unprofessional Service Visited this store as a tourist from Japan to buy sanitary products. I picked up the wrong type and simply wanted to ask if a return was possible. On my first visit, I explained politely in English. The staff member did not respond in English and instead spoke loudly in Russian. I used a translation app to show my request, but he still walked away, even though the store was empty. Later that day, I returned with the request fully translated into Russian. This time, he immediately raised his voice again and left without answering. The store’s products are fine, but this level of customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. All I needed was a “yes” or “no,” but instead I left with a negative experience I will remember for all the wrong reasons.

Iki was my go-to supermarket during my stay in Vilnius. It’s clean, well-organized, and has everything you need for daily shopping. The selection is great – from fresh produce and baked goods to household items and drinks. What really stood out was how friendly the staff was. Even though I don’t speak Lithuanian, they were patient and helped me find what I needed. The self-checkout machines were easy to use and supported multiple payment methods, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommended for locals and travelers alike!

In this area, i found this is the largest IKI store. Good products at a great price! Well behaved gentle staff makes our shopping smooth. This IKI store has a great variety of wine collection. They also have plastic, cans and glass bottle collection points/ machine. So, be an environment lover, get your used bottles and submit here. And be a part of the future making responsible human.

One of the oldest IKI shops in Lithuania. Needs remodeling, but still clean and easy to find what you need. Parking lot is protected by gates and cameras which time how long you spend there. The parking area should only be used for shopping in IKI - don't leave your car here for other reasons, since you could be fined. The shop itself is convenient, prices are average to below-average for most goods.

The shop it self is quite ok... But parking system is broken. I mean it's way overpriced. And the machine doesn't even give the change back. Staff said they can't change me money for some reason. I asked only to change 5e note to coins. Even when I bought some gum, they couldn't give me 4 one euro coins, just because they "can't" and instead gave me 2 two coins and some cents. I call this bulls*it.

It's a bit small, so you can't always find everything you need. Good for fast shopping trips because it has the best automatic cashiers so there is almost no lines.

Very disappointing place without renovation for a long time and sometimes spoiled fruit.

The most convenient thing about this small shop is that they open at 7 in the morning and thus is a great 'quick & dirty' breakfast option. Keep in mind that there is no fridge for soft drinks.
