I went there today and absolutely loved it! The coffee is really nice and as well as the specialty coffee ambience 😊 I tried an espresso and it was not too strong neither too weak - perfect balance! I also loved some of the coffee tools presented🙂 For example, there is a coffee device dated back to the 17th century coming from Japan! There is a roasting machine right inside. Today they weren’t roasting anything, but I bet it would be an interesting thing to witness! I definitely recommend it!

Lovely little coffee bar with delicious (cold brew) coffee, juices, beer, ice-cream and breakfast. They also make their own pastries which are excellent. As soon as you talk to the friendly owners you'll notice they're passionate about their craft. All in all, a good place to kick-start your morning.

This coffee shop has an amazing cold brewed coffee and a great Cafe con leche al tiempo. They serve good pastries and sell coffee beans that are roasted in the shop!

I used to love and recommend this place, but I can't any longer. I used to be able to get truly inspirational coffee from the older man who worked there. He obviously truly cared and would be happy to talk with you about the coffee. Now that fellow is gone and the last few times the coffee I was served wasn't good enough to drink, much less inspirational. Their beans also used to be a strong point. However, without the expert behind the counter to offer guidance, it seems like a gamble. I went in today and asked for a Colombian bean behind the counter with the portafilter on the bag (meaning it's a roast intended for espresso). I was told they're all the same and will work for espresso. I'm not an expert, just a happy amateur, but you're telling me that ALL of your roasts are espresso roasts? I'm guessing you just don't care enough. At home I ground those beans and I got a terrible shot. Worse than my usual grocery store brand. Also, if I believe the stamp the batch was roasted 3 weeks prior. So, rather than continue to make the long trip into Russafa to buy these beans I'm going to find somewhere else. It's too bad. The passion that this business had has waned.

After a bit of morning shopping, stumbled across this coffee shop, the staff are lovely and friendly. Had a yummy strong oat flat white. The tostados and the sandwiches were delicious would definitely recommend ikore kofi as a much need stop over when you're in Valencia.

Absolutely the best coffee I have ever had. If you like cold brew or special sorts of coffee, this is your place. Different sorts of coffee beans and grinds are available to purchase in the very shop. They roast the coffee there! The aroma is incredible! Is a must in Ruzafa.
