Ikos Aria

We have just returned from the most magical week at Ikos Aria, hands down the best all inclusive I have ever stayed at. We had a lovely room in the main building overlooking the island and church in the bay, I travelled with my two sons and there was ample space for the three of us, extremely comfortable beds and spotless accommodation. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We sat at the beach most of the time which was uncrowded despite full occupancy and were very well looked after by Dimtrius and his wonderful beach team. All of the restaurants were excellent, a particular favourite was Ouzo overlooking the beach where we feasted on delicious Bbqs and Greek mezze washed down with the best French rose. Ouzo is managed expertly by the fabulous Anastasia and wonderful waitresses such as Maria. The boys made use of the free bikes to get around every day and really enjoyed all the football which was well organised by the excellent Olga and her sports team. Lots of time was spent on the pedalos , snorkelling off the little island. We went on the sunset cruise one evening which was magical and also included. The management team were on top of every part of our stay especially Diego Guardamino who went out of his way to check on us to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The concierge service was also extremely helpful and even arranged a surprise when my son got some good news from home. We could not fault a minute, do not hesitate to book,it's the most perfect place for a special family holiday and we can't wait to return.

We stayed at Ikos Aria in June this year. As Ikos veterans Aria is by far our favourite Ikos resort both for its beautiful beachfront position, spacious design and consistency of service and this was our 4th visit! We stayed in a gorgeous Delux beachfront room, the garden leading straight on to the beautiful sandy beach with a glorious view of Kastri island. The staff were fabulous especially our Delux Collection Manager Yulia. So attentive throughout our stay and she even took the time to personally come and chat to us numerous times, to check all was perfect, nothing was too much. Service was quick, friendly and efficient in all departments. The food was delicious, gardens were pristine and because of its size and design, aria never feels busy. We particularly love the Delux reception bar and seasons restaurant.

We enjoyed our time off at this lovely hotel!All the staff was excellent and very friendly. The beach is very long and clean and the view stunning.||The food was pretty good and the drinks also.||We went to the fitness programs every day, amazing instructors.Thank you Athina!||We took also bikes and went to the port where we had a nice time. The Sports team was very kind.Efcharisto Olga and Chris.||We don't like swimming in pools but we found the ice cream there very good and Alexandra very helpful. ||Some nights we spent in the terrace bar where the music was vibrant!||To sum up, very beautiful hotel with nice people and facilities. We had the most incredible stay at Ikos Aria, and while the resort itself is absolutely beautiful what really made the experience unforgettable was the amazing staff who went above and beyond for us.||A huge thank you to Ioannis the duty manager who was always there when we needed help, super professional, and genuinely kind. He made everything feel seamless, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.||Nina from Guest Relations was such a pleasure to speak with friendly, warm, and always happy to assist with anything we needed, from dinner bookings to thoughtful recommendations. She really made us feel welcome and looked after.||Ioanna at Reception was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Whether it was a quick question or a more detailed request, she handled everything calmly and efficiently, which made check-in and day-to-day interactions so smooth.||And we can’t forget Christos, the Assistant Bars Manager always around making sure everything ran perfectly. He brought such great energy to the place and made sure we had a great time at the bars, always with a friendly chat and great drink recommendations.||The staff truly made us feel special, and it’s clear they all care deeply about creating a great guest experience. We’ll definitely be back and we’re already missing it!

Ikos Aria is outstanding: Not only because of the place itself, but also because of the people. Everybody is so welcoming and lovely! We take the chance to state the most outstanding service to us: Deluxe Reception: Thomas(!!), he will read ever wish from your eyes! Deluxe Beach: Herkules, Mario, Peter, Emiliano, Robert, Faustin, Vasilis… all of them will work for you in the heat with a smile in their face and are so polite. We will miss you!!! Deluxe Pool: Malu and George, both are very lovely to talk to and much fun! Kos Restaurant: Sofia, smart and very thoughtful! Beach Dinner: Biku, so kind and nice with kids! SPA: Nicola, she is just the best! Wonderfin swim lessons: Christianna, she is a beauty inside and out and so wonderful and cheerful with the kids! We hope to see everyone again!

We visited July 2025, me, misses and 2 kids (12 & 10)||Truly fantastic stay on all counts.||Service - blown away by the attentive service from every member of staff. You are constantly being asked around the pool if you’d like any food or drinks. The kids probably ate their body’s weight in free ice cream (which was bloody delicious)||Food and drink - we ate at all 7 restaurants and every venue served outstanding food. All beers and spirits are premium (peroni beers / Bombay gin etc). The wine list is pretty decent and they don’t hold back offering you the next bottle! (Tip - the Ikos cellar range seem to be the best bet. ||Hotel - the grounds are spectacular and beautifully manicured. There are several pools although we stayed mainly around beach pool, which was excellent. ||Beach - all sandy, although few rocks to the left side - the further right you went the better the sand. Definitely wade/swim to the rock 200m offshore (take rock shoes) and explore the tiny church and a few great safe rock jumping spots for kids. ||Overall :||We’ve stayed at Ikos Oceania previously - this was far larger and far better ||We’ve also stayed a few times at Sani - and this ikos blows it away with the service levels. ||We had started in a deluxe suite - but it was very small, not enough cupboard space for 4 of us and had no space to put the suitcases away. We were kindly helped by the manager Loannis who informed us that they were 100% full at the time but offered us an upgrade for the last few nights to a 1 bedrooms suite- I would highly recommend this room for a family of 4. Loannis was hugely helpful and checked in on us several times to ensure we were happy. The level of service was exceptional.||So many friendly waiters and staff, we can’t name them all but the few that really made our stay special - shout out to south London David (fresco), Aristos the amazing morning omelette chef, Daniella (reception), spyros (beach pool and pretty much everywhere in the evening) so friendly and attentive a really lovely guy and Anastasia (ouzo) always so smiley and attentive. ||Thank you ikos and hats off to loannis and his whole team. ||We don’t usually return to a resort unless it’s exceptional - we will return to Ikos Kos.

If anyone wants to learn about customer service they should visit Ikos Aria!! Every single staff from top managers to housekeeping to waiters to life guards go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make you happy! Special mention to one of the managers Ioannis who made our stay even more exceptional. We have stayed in some great hotels but this stood out for us. The food, location, amenities and rooms were amazing. The only thing I would mention would be that they need to have more entertainment in the evening. We Will definitely use the Ikos chain again!

Our third holiday with Ikos and the first time at Aria - the best yet. Absolutely fabulous experience, started relaxing from the moment we arrived at reception. The team and facilities at Ikos are first class. Lovely people, high quality food. Excellent from start to finish.
