The food was decent but severely overpriced. I ordered the Fritto Misto (€24), and my boyfriend had the Tagliatelle with Truffle (€26). My dish came with a very basic side salad, completely undressed. While oil and balsamic vinegar were on the table, at this price point, I would expect the salad to be properly seasoned in the kitchen.
We were seated on the top level, where the tables were uncomfortably close together. We could clearly hear the staff discussing what each table needed, which really disrupted the atmosphere. Perhaps some ambient background music and quieter staff communication would help.
The service was underwhelming. The waitress never checked if we enjoyed our meals or needed more drinks, and for the most part, we were ignored. When we got up to leave, no one offered to retrieve our coats until we asked. Since the walk-in wardrobe was completely disorganized, they couldn’t find our coats, and we had to search for them ourselves.
Normally, I wouldn’t mind seasoning my own salad, minimal service, or grabbing my coat, but when you're paying nearly €80 for two dishes and two glasses of wine, good customer service should be a given.
Overall, a pretty disappointing experience, and we definitely won’t be returning.
