Paulo is an artist, he creates harmonies of taste and texture using all hand-picked and locally produced ingredients, bringing traditional meals into the modern era.

We live in Lucera part of the year, the USA part of the year. This restaurant is the best fine dining experience in the area. Its a very unique experience cooked by a real chef. He comes to your table and takes your order himself and explains the menu to you. Its also in a very historic building with outside courtyard when the weather is nice. A must go.
