What a find - love how they have lots of creative ideas for fillings or you can make your own - such a big selection of breads and ingredients. My go to is the San Martino - Stracciatella, chopped walnuts. roast beef, truffle cream, basil leaves. You do need to queue 1-2pm but service is fast, friendly and efficient. Loved sitting out in the piazza Cairoli.

Very nice place to try traditional panini. Guy in restaurant have good knowledge and gave us good tips what to try. Food itself is very good, i think meat is handcraft, and good, fresh quality ingredients you can meet here. Good recommendation from someone 1st time in Italy.

Il Crudo is an institution in Pisa and has been feeding students for decades. While it has changed over the years, what hasn’t is the great choice of ingredients and rustic character of the place. I’ve been going here since I was a student back in 2006 and will keep eating their great sandwiches every time I’m back in Pisa. Even if the star of the place is the hams, and other great Italian cold cuts, there are plenty of vegetarian options and also a few vegan ones. If you are in Pisa, you must have a Crudo sandwich.

A great place to sit and have some authentic Italian food, in a very classic area of Pisa. Staff are very helpful and would do their best to make sure you're satisfied. Strongly recommended!

The best panineria in Pisa with fresh and wonderful foccacia and amazing cold cuts like prosciutto and salami. The staff is always smiling and are very kind and helpful. Would definitely come back each time I visit Pisa. Thank you!

Hello Another stop for some red wine. The woman serving me, showed 4 different wines. She gave me samples of all wines to taste. Very nice place!

So this is potentially way better than a kebab or macky D's. Hear me out. Your regret level will be lower in the morning, and you will smell better afterwards and all the staff are nice to look at. Proscuitto, pesto (at least three ways) and the juiciest, sweetest tomatoes you have ever had. They have wine too so you can sit out on the square and enjoy your sandwich and do some hardcore people watching. Perfect for people who got hungry late and missed dining service at restaurants. Or didn't eat enough pasta and need a second dinner.
