The food was delicious. The seafood pasta was rich in flavour and generously topped with shrimp, scallops, and calamari. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. I also tried the grilled shrimp salad, which featured a wonderful mix of greens and citrus, making it light and refreshing—a perfect complement to the meal. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations. The atmosphere was warm, classy, and relaxing, which made it ideal for a nice dinner. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking great Italian food in Las Vegas!

Holy smokes the food and service was impeccable! First off it has been years since I have been back to this restaurant and of course there is a reason a came back and it did not disappoint this time again. Our server was prompt and friendly. I observed Eduardo our busser I believe to be a really hard worker and did it with such friendliness, I really would like his boss to acknowledge him and let him know of this review. I myself have worked in the restaurant business for many years and I know how good it feels to be acknowledged for something that seems like it is a thankless job at times. And to the chef’s, omg the food that we got was so delicious and everyone’s role at this restaurant will have me and my wife coming back again!!!!! Highly recommended restaurant!

Google
We came here to find a good vegetarian option, and the pesto gnocchi did not disappoint! Our server was very attentive as well. We did find out that the menu changes every 6 months, so keep that in mind if you see something in particular in the reviews that you like. Luckily they had a good veggie option for me still! The atmosphere was slightly chaotic since we were sat exposed to the casino, but we were still able to hear each other.

Google
Our party of 5 loved everything about this restaurant! 3 of us had gluten-free pasta and it was the best we’d ever had! My granddaughter always orders pasta Alfredo everywhere we go and I’ve never seen her eat almost the whole thing! Fabulous food and great service! Super highly recommend!

Google
Promptly seated next to the casino floor. It was loud, which wasn’t unexpected. The Waiter quickly came and took our beverage order. The white chocolate Martini was excellent. We had lasagna and Alfredo. The food wasn’t memorable, but it was pretty good. We had tiramisu for dessert. I was not impressed with that.

Google
We've walked past this restaurant on several occasions, but we were really pleased we went there. There was a varied choice on the menu. The food & service were excellent. The calamari, pizza & chicken parmigiana were delicious. Friendly waiting staff. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Google
The food is solid Italian. I had the Branzino which was good, but the mashed potatoes were slightly salty and the sauce wasn't what the waiter described. It was supposed to be a basil cream sauce so I ordered an appropriate wine, but it was actually a tomato based sauce similar to a Romesco without the almonds. The wine didn't quite match the dish. The cannoli were good but the filling didn't fill the entire shell. I'd still return.

“We ordered the appetizer sampler and calamari both were delicious and perfectly cooked. Everything paired really well with the two drinks we had. Great flavors and a solid experience overall.”

Yelp
Food was excellent as was the service . Drop one star only because I'm a big fan of chicken parmigiana and thought it was a little dry . Rest of food was excellent Shared a caprice and though it came without its oil and balsamic , the bread that I ordered had balsamic and the oil so I put it on . The mozzarella was so fresh as was the tomatoes Wife had meatballs and pasta . Great tasting meatballs Best of all was the dessert . Best ever was the tiramisu. Omg that was good Overall excellent and nice waiter

Yelp
Located within New York New York is Il Fornaio. I always love Italian restaurants, so this was at the top of our list of places to try. We were quickly seated without a reservation, but it did take some time for the server to come over to us to grab our drink order. Since it's within the casino, the ambiance is the typical noises which I would have preferred a more Italian atmosphere. As for the food, there was nothing special about the food and we left feeling the price point was a little high for the quality of food. Definitely not a bad meal, but nothing stellar to remember. Note: you can request balsamic for the Caprese that made the salad stand out a bit more in my opinion.

Yelp
The food was tasty, but it was overpriced for what I ordered. The pasta was so little for the pollo parmigiana. The server Silvia, was extremely rude & obnoxious. I finished my water, while eating the bread & cheep olive oil. Silvia came by multiple times and not refilled my water or asked if we would like a refill.... When I had asked her for water, she said hold on in a rude manner. The second pasta we ordered was the Casarecca Al pesto. We received the dish, & when the runner ask if we would like grated Parmesan cheese. We said please. As he was grating the Parmesan cheese, he dropped the block of Parmesan with a cheese cloth wrapped on the edge, on top of the pasta dish. He apologized then asked if we still would like to eat it. He waited for us to respond, until he asked if we would like to reorder the same dish. What a horrible experience of Las Vegas strip, Italian restaurant! Bad customer service and experience!!! The photo speaks volumes.

Yelp
Ate here for the first time. I went near the enf of happy hour. The playing is like that of a fancy restaurant, nice presentation and super small portion size. The bread with oil and balsamic that is typically free cost $5. It also wasn't anything special. The calamari m, the squid needed to be cooked longer as it was kind of soft and chewy and just lacked flavor. The octopus in the calamari was better but they barely gave any pieces. The dinner I ordered which was the Knochi with the sausage was good but incredibly small. There is no kids menu and the small portion size left me still hungry. I should add that the average plate was $30. So between the price, portion size, no kids menu, and bread isn't included free, it just wasn't a good experience.

Yelp
We came here for happy hour before a hockey game and it was an awesome stop! They have great happy hour deals for drinks and appetizers. The arancini was so good and had a pistachio cream - I liked it a lot as it is usually a red sauce. The Brussel sprouts and pizza were also great. Definitely great prices during happy hour. The spot is located in New York New York, but when you're in the restaurant it feels like a true Italian restaurant. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Needed a table for 8 and they got us right in. Service was great. We never had an empty glass. Truly, they are on top of glasses and dirty dishes. The food was top notch. My Daughter had the Spaghetti Bolognese and there was an abundance of meat sauce. She loved it! My husband tried all of ours and said "there isn't a bad meal on this table, we have to come back here" Everyone loved their meal, not one complaint. The food also came quickly and the wine list is long. We happen to have another trip planned this very same week, we are talking about bringing all of our friends with us.

Yelp
The restaurant is located inside NYNY as an Italian restaurant. It was easy to make a reservation on the MGM app. There is bar seating, casino (outdoor) dining vibe, and inside dining. It was clean and very maintained. Our server was good and very attentive. The food was okay. The bolognese was fine. I have had much better versions else where but this was not bad. And the pizza was average. The cheese on the pizza and sauce was nothing special. The best was the linguini seafood pasta that we ordered. I am not sure I would eat here again, it was not bad but if you walk a little more to Park MGM and eat at the Italian restaurant in Eataly I think it's much better quality and price is not much different.
google avatar

Yelp
They make some good Long Island ice teas and the seafood pasta special I got was really good! The Margherita pizza didn't quite hit though. Some more basil or special mozzarella would do the trick but it felt like a regular cheese pizza

Yelp
Located inside NYNY Casino right off the main casino floor. This outlet of the large chain gives you what you'd expect food wise, though leaves a bit to be desired. There is a large indoor space with a decent sized "patio" that let you feel as you're part of the casino as people pass by and you hear the slot machines. One theme brought up by others is the charge for bread. $5 for a basket of bread is a bit out there, even for Vegas. I must say the fresh warm ciabatta bread was delicious with either butter or olive oil and vinegar. I could live with the charge for the portion size, though should be $2, or $3 max since almost every Italian restaurant provides the bread for free with your meal. Moving onto the food, none of the pasta dishes we ordered were outstanding and rather plain for the price point, even expecting Vegas pricing. Honestly, I'd prefer Olive Garden to this. If you're looking for an easy option and don't want to venture out of the hotel when you're already there, it's a decent option, though in a town full of amazing food options, why settle.

Yelp
Jorge was our amazing server. He sat his down very promptly. He's very kind and courteous. He even took a birthday picture for me and my husband's birthday. He showed us around the menu help us choose an amazing dish. We had the spicy Italian pizza with spicy sausage. It was beyond delicious melted in our mouth. For dessert, we had a cannoli Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience and we loved it. The ambience was so lively. It was a really nice place to sit down and have dinner. Jorge also surprised us with gelato for a treat

Yelp
I had a fantastic experience at Il Fornaio a few weeks ago when I was in town for a work conference, so I wanted to make sure that I came here to leave a review! My group and I had originally made a reservation for dinner, but upon arriving early, we discovered it was Happy Hour and instead decided to sit in the bar area to indulge in some appetizers and cocktails instead of a more formal sit down dinner. We absolutely enjoyed every item we ordered! They were each executed beautifully and with care. Tuscan Lemonade: I had three of these cocktails during the course of happy hour and for $9 per cocktail, it was such a smashing deal! The blackberry puree was absolutely delightful and refreshing. Pastacini: These were fried macaroni bites with cheese and had a marinara sauce at the base of the dish. They were crispy and fried to perfection! The marinara was delicious and made the perfect bite all together. Bruschetta Al Pomodoro: What I loved most about this dish was how fresh the heirloom tomatoes were. The baguette was toasted very well and complimented the freshness of the bruschetta topping perfectly. Insalata Cesarina: I originally was on the fence about wanting to even order a salad this evening, but was quickly influenced by what was coming out of the kitchen. Their Caesar salad was beautiful and topped with the largest shavings of Grana Padano that I have seen. You could taste the saltiness from anchovies in the dressing that was house made and I appreciate it incredibly when a Caesar dressing is made in-house. Tiramisu: At the end of the meal, our server delighted us with a complimentary tiramisu! It was an absolute surprise from him! Although I don't typically indulge in desserts often, this gesture was so nice and the tiramisu was so delicious. It was so light and balanced, while having the richness from the cocoa powder and espresso. Our server was Bryan and he was fantastic and personable the entire time. He checked in a lot throughout the meal to make sure everything was good and that we were being taken care of. We really enjoyed this meal and I will make note that Il Fornaio is a great place to go for a genuinely great dining experience in Las Vegas!

Yelp
I got the salmon and the greek salade to share. Names are confusing but description in the menu. The tomatoes in that salad tasted like they just came out of a garden. It had all different kind of olives not just black one. Yummy! Portion is small to share . Feta was ok. My salmon was good had a nice crust on it not dried. Service was a bit off. People served at different times. Server nowhere to be seen. We asked the host for bills. Paid and left

Yelp
We were walking the strip near New York New York and decided we wanted pasta. It was not too busy for a Sunday evening so we were sat promptly. We ordered two 9oz. Glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon. This was enough to last us the whole dinner. We ordered bread and they offer a side of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I ordered the pasta with vodka sauce which was recommended by our server and it was a great portion. I really enjoyed my meal. Our server was prompt and friendly. I realized it was closing time when they started moving the salt shakers lol

Yelp
Popped in for happy hour at the bar while waiting for my hotel room to be ready. A convenient and no wait option, however, three meatballs and a drink did run me almost $30 after tax and tip. Food (5/5): The polpettine(beef meatballs) were tasty and came out hot. I also had a tiki taormina (basically a mojito) which was refreshing. Glad that they had a sweeter cocktail option on the hh menu. Service (3/5): The waitress did not seem at all enthused to be taking my order, despite the fact that there was no one else at the bar. However, she did warn me not to touch the hot plate and refilled my water when the glass was empty. Towards the end, there was another waitress who was at the bar as well who made sure to ask if I was still doing alright or needed anything. Ambiance (5/5): Large interior with lots of seating. The bar is next to the casino, so you definitely get the smell of smoke. Large tvs at the bar to watch sports.

Yelp
Delicious! I really enjoyed my visit at Il Fornaio. Not only was the service prompt and the staff friendly, but I really enjoyed the food. Upon entering you're greeted with the open kitchen where you can see cooks whipping up your dinner. When seated, our orders were taken quickly and drinks were out in just a few minutes. We started our meal with the house made bread which is a delicious ciabatta. We had calamari as an appetizer as well. Light and crunchy and not chewy or overcooked. My entree was scallops on risotto. A great combo. Flavorful and not overcooked either. Our party ordered tons of food and drinks and no complaints were made. Also want to note that the sangria is a must. So good and refreshing!!

Yelp
Service is prompt and efficient. Seated at a table as soon as I arrived to the hostess stand however it may have been due the restaurant not even at half capacity. The sounds of the casino could be heard but that is expected as the restaurant is inside a casino. Food was pretty good. Calamari came out hot and crispy albeit a little salty for me but that is just my preference. The Linguine Mare Chiaro started off pretty good. Spice was on par and sauce delicious. The dish could have used a bit more seafood as they went by the portion of 3 for each: scallops, shrimp, mussels & clams. Unfortunately for this dish, the clams needed a bit more steaming before serving and the scallops were just a smidge below medium.

Yelp
The ambiance was great. It's pretty loud due to the location at the New York, but that's expected. We were greeted right away and shown to a table quickly. We ordered a bread basket, a cesars salad, butternut squash ravioli and a strawberry cheesecake. No complaints on the staff attention The food was great and really hit the pasta craving for me. My only advice for the kitchen staff would be to replace the canned strawberries on top of the cheesecake for fresh ones. Our waiter was super kind, attentive and I wish I remembered his name. We would return. Hi

Yelp
This restaurant is inside New York New York. We came in during happy hour and sat by the kitchen so got a view of the wood fired ovens. We got the cauliflower, bruschetta and pizza. Pizza was the best and the other two were just ok-nothing special but not bad.

Yelp
Stopped in for dinner before seeing Mad Apple show. Hostess was friendly, waiter was friendly and a great guy. Food was very good and came out at a good amount time. I had the Short Rib Special, it was very good. Restaurant is comfortable and nicely decorated. Check it out.

Yelp
Place is clean and appealing when walking by. Not too many people yet so we were seated right away. Service was amazing. Food is good. Not what I expected for a casino Italian restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. We always visit the other locations and this one will be a repeat visit in our books.

Yelp
We stopped by on our way to see Mariah Carey at Dolby Live. The bar area had plenty of seating around 4:30pm on a Wednesday. Service was prompt. HH is only in the bar area which also included a few tables. The como spritz ($9) was light and refreshing. Pizza fradiavola was amazing and perfect portion for two people to share as a light bite. The Milano mule ($9) and espresso martini ($16) were both excellent drinks. Highly recommend for great happy hour on the strip!

Yelp
Lovely experience inside New York New York. My friend and I ordered the fixed price menu which consisted of in salads/soup, main, dessert and wine or beer. $35. Not too fucking bad after my friend and I ended up spending $600 for 4 to eat at the Buffett in Cesars Palace. OMG INSANITY!! We loved the desserts too much and ordered extra chocolate Vulcano. YUM YUM Very shocked at how yummy. Our waitress Sandra deserves a SHOUT OUT for being amazing and wonderful! Give that gal a raise we sayyall have fun and good food everywhere you go Demand it.

Yelp
The vodka pasta tastes way too strongly of bacon it is extremely overwhelming. Seriously I really don't know why they make it taste like that. Less bacon, please. -- Dr. McGee, PhD of Food Science
google avatar

Leah Anh N.

Yelp
We went here this afternoon. We ordered Calamari and pizza fradiavola. For food, we ordered the Roman sunset drink and Milano mule. Both the calamari and pizza tasted good. The Milano mule is lighter on the alcohol taste wise and the Roman sunset seems to have more alcohol to me. The waitress was attentive and came by often to check in on us. Our bill was decent price due to us coming here during their advertise happy hours from 2-6 pm today. If you come for happy hours, make sure you sit at or at the tables around the bar.

Yelp
Inside the New York New York Casino in Las Vegas Waiter was very attentive and polite.

Yelp
Great food We tried the lasagna and the pizza I would give them 10/10 for food and service was great too.
google avatar

Yelp
I was able to get a bar seat no wait. I had grape/ pear blue cheese salad. Delicious. Scallops were good. The sauce amazing. One scallop had some crunch of shell or sand where it wasn't cleaned as well as it should be but just the one. The rice was different but pleasant. It's not risotto. I'm not a rice fan so I'm not rating it. I'm not a huge eater. Once a day so I skipped rice. Tiramisu Omgosh was delicious. The really soaked those lady fingers in espresso. So good. It's pricy but it's Vegas. I had a comp so easier to enjoy lol.

Yelp
Just got home from our Vegas trip and I have to admit we came here 3 days in a row for happy hour. We often end up at the NYNY for the atmosphere and piano bar, and this is an added bonus. It's just that good! 2 visits were just for drinks and the other time we had the margarita pizza and meatballs with ricotta. It's hard to find a good deal on the strip. We had premium cocktails for the price of a beer and a whole pizza for the price of a slice elsewhere. Bonus, it was really good and the service was great.
google avatar

Jennifer D.

Yelp
Located inside New York New York, we walked past daily and were intrigued by their happy hour specials! We finally popped in for lunch on a Saturday and disappointed to find out they weren't offering specials that day. We stayed and were seated on the edge of the casino which ended up being very smoky. I ordered the minestrone because gluten free options were limited, they offered a "reduced gluten flatbread"? Um, not sure what the point of that is! People either have gluten issues or they don't, there's usually no "in between"! Anyway, the soup was excellent, my guests ordered the margarita pizza with added pepperoni and received a pepperoni pizza instead, odd. But overall service was great, the cocktails were delicious and food was decent.
google avatar

Laura J.

Yelp
This place is pretty good! My vodka pasta was realllyyyy yummy. The margarita pizza was good but nothing super special. The bread wasn't my favourite. But the pasta was GOOD! I would come again to grab a quick bite if I was in NY NY but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. Overall a pretty good Italian place with nice servers. The food came out quick too!
google avatar

Genevieve M.

Yelp
Some of the best fettuccine chicken Alfredo I've had! The freshly made noodles were savory on their own coupled with the chicken that appeared to have been cooked with butter. The sauce was not too saucy- it was light and brought out the flavors of the dish. The ricotta affumicata (cherry wood smoked fresh ricotta) is a must have. Located in New York NY Hotel & Casino but it is a chain restaurant mostly in CA and one location in Las Vegas. Service was wonderful- attentive and friendly and quick.

Yelp
Cocktails! Sit at that the bar with Jason! He was born to make drinks. His deft hand and eye makes you the perfect drink. Sylvia is a great bartender, too! She is friendly and her drinks are precision made. Come for the happy hour. It is the best thing at New York New York. I love this place!

Yelp
Our family had dinner before a show with a table for 6. We ordered the bruschetta, meatballs, and bread for appetizers. All were good. Our entrees were all delicious. The star was the mushroom short rib ravioli. It was very well balanced. Not too salty. Not too sweet. Just as it should be, delicious. We loved it. Would not mind stopping back sometime.

Yelp
Absolutely Delicious Pasta , As Usual By Il Fornaio . My First Night In Las Vegas Is A Success ! Had The Linguine With Cream Sauce...I Also Enjoyed The Tiramisu And Porto For Dessert...

Yelp
The food was excellent and the service was great. Ambiance, well, it's inside the New York, New York hotel on the strip, so it's open with a view to the casino.

Yelp
This Italian restaurant inside the New York, New York on the Las Vegas strip is a great option for Italian cuisine! We live in Las Vegas now and still try to get to the strip just to eat here at least once a month! The service is great. The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection! And they have great cocktails, and they also have happy hour at the bar! The happy hour at the bar is Monday through Sunday 3 PM to 6 PM! You can't beat that on the Las Vegas strip, we have come across a lot of places on the Las Vegas strip that don't have a happy hour. or happy hour is only Mon-Thursday. Theirs is Monday through Sunday! If you're looking for good Italian cuisine on the strip, and you're anywhere near the New York New York, I highly recommend this restaurant you won't be disappointed! I do recommend reservations just in case ;)

Yelp
Great Italian restaurant at NYNY! My seafood entree was delicious as well as my husband pasta entree. Their Sangria was great too! Service was excellent, we had a table out by the casino, which was good for people watching. Nice atmosphere to enjoy dinner.

Yelp
Service was impeccable got us a table right away even though it was slammed. Salmon delectable and drinks on point.

Yelp
The food was delicious. I had a pasta with seafood that met my expectations. Francisco, our waiter was friendly and helpful with the menu selection. The place has a relaxing atmosphere. And the wine selection was perfect!

Yelp
We visited Il Fornaio on my 40th birthday trip to Las Vegas. We made a reservation, and were seated promptly. Our server was very warm; greeted us in Italian, and made us feel very welcome. You don't automatically get bread, like any other Italian restaurant, you have to pay extra. My husband and I split a bottle of Malbec. He had the salmon, which he said was just okay. I had the Pesto chicken pasta, which I enjoyed, but felt as if it was a little too al dente. There was great people watching during our meal, because the restaurant faces the floor of New York New York casino.

Yelp
We decided to eat dinner our last night in Vegas at our hotel. Italian sounded amazing so we stopped in. In wasn't busy at all, and we were seated immediately. Low lighting, and fairly quiet for being inside the casino. Our waiter was very attentive and took our orders. Although having a full bar, we were told that we could not order the drink we wanted (a Paloma), which was kind of a bummer. For food we went with some bruschetta, brussel sprouts and an order of pasta. The bruschetta was delicious, but the bread was cold by the time it got out to us. The brussel sprouts were not as crispy as I would like, but again, were tasty. The pasta was delicious and the burrata that came on top was a nice touch. The place was a nice dinner, convenient, and tasty enough. Price was probably about right, especially in Vegas, but I still feel like it was a little much for the product we got. Overall, not terrible. 7/10

Yelp
We enjoyed a relaxing meal here on a recent stay in Las Vegas. The restaurant is located in the NYNY casino. Although the restaurant is right off the casino, it has a relaxing vibe to it. We were immediately greeted Upon entering without reservation and given a cozy booth. Our server walked through the menu with us. Before ordering, we could see from looking at others tables that the entrees were hearty. I ordered the lasagna. It came out piping hot. I loved this dish and the bechamel sauce really added to the taste. My guest ordered the chicken parmigiana which was served with spaghetti. Y guest loved this hearty portion and said the chicken was perfectly crispy and the tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned. We found it off they didn't accept our MGM gift card at this restaurant, when others accepted it. That was a very minor annoyance, and didn't impact our visit. Both service and food were great. Come hungry!

Yelp
We've been here twice. Once for a dinner that was really awful and once for Happy Hour/late lunch that was just OK. I don't think we'll try again. The service and food at our dinner was so bad we stayed away for over a year. But since that was during Covid, we decided to give it another shot for a quick drink/late lunch during their 2-6 PM Happy Hour. Happy Hour is the way to go here but stick to the wines/beers and the pizzas, which are surprisingly large and not bad. I had the Tiki Taormina cocktail ($9 during HH) and it was nice the first few sips, then turned cloying and just hard to finish. Beer is $7 and wine $8 and this is what you should order. From the Happy Hour food options, we started with the Bruschette Assortite ($10), which wasn't bad - you can cut up the bread to share. The Fiori di Zucca ($12) is the fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with cheese. These are good but definitely share them because they are really one note and get boring quickly (and oddly served with tartar sauce). My SO had the Pizza Fradiavola ($13). We expected a mini pizza but this is a large size definitely large enough for two or three people. It wasn't nearly as good as the pizza joint just steps away in New York New York, but with a glass of cold wine, it would make a decent late lunch or snack. They also offer a Margherita pizza option for $13 during HH.

Steve N.

Yelp
Great food and we picked a fine wine that paired very well with. Wine was Montipulciano and went well with the olives, fresh baked bread, and seafood dishes. Fransisco provided excellent service and the food all arrived quickly.

Peter F.

Yelp
Try to learn gow to pronounce the food you are serving. Bruschetta, arancini, funghi. Its not good. My pollo ai funghi was served on mashed potatoes? Where in italy do mashed potatoes come from? Try serving on risotto or linguine. And no bread for the table? Rip off. Also, your funghi on your bruschetta has no flavor. They should have a small kick from pepperoncini or something mildly hot. Your polpette is passable for only using one meat, the best use three meats, like sinatra's.

Yelp
Food was quite good. But when we walked in the host literally walked past us four times and refused to make eye contact. finally we walked into the bar area and asked if we could order here. The guy said Yes of course. He didn't seem to understand that no one is welcoming guests at this restaurant. Pizza was good. Fried calamari was good. Dining room met expectations.

Yelp
This review is based on two visits. Before my detailed experiences, I do want to say the food is excellent. It's the only saving grace that kept me from giving 1 star and bumping it up to 2 stars. First review - back in March, I dined at this restaurant solo. I put the charge on my room and thought everything was perfect. When I got my ledger a day after departing, I saw the restaurant charged me two times, but the tip amounts were different for the two charges. Some shady employee charged me twice and took an extra tip for what I actually thought was mediocre service, but I wasn't going to say anything about it. New York New York put an inquiry in which was ignored. About a week later, I couldn't get anyone to answer my phone call at the restaurant. It took three week for me to threaten to get authorities involved for fraud that the erroneous charge was dropped by the hotel. They just ate the charge and the restaurant got a free pass. Second review - this past weekend we went there for a party of 12. Manager bad wait staff seemed to have some attitudes. My sister-in-law cancelled a margarita before it was brought out, but manager seemed really bothered by it. Sister-in-law wanted red wine and when I asked for white wine for my order, but waitress brought out two red wines and didn't seem happy about having to take one back. Took forever to order our food. Took forever to bring out our drinks. And this was lunch. We were pretty much one of about 6 or 7 parties in the place. Icing on the cake was when they brought my refill for the only soda of the whole party, waitress came back and said, "here's your diet." I never order diet soda because I hate how it tastes. I just kept it and drank about half. I still have them a 20% tip, but despite the food being excellent the 9 times I have been there the last three years, I think these back-to-back experiences are enough for my to find a new Italian place to dine when in Vegas. I won't lie - their food is really good though. Just put them in check and pay cash if you can.
