il forno Parque Lleras | Medellín

Tonight I enjoyed my dinner at IL Forno Parque Lleras. I ordered the Pasta in Castella Chicken Stew as it was at the top of the menu in the recommended section. Was delicious 😋 More restaurants need a recommended section to make the servers lives easier 🤣 I skipped getting a salad because I wanted to save room for dessert and had just enough room as the food was filling 💪 😎 For dessert I ordered the Mocata Pistaccio Gelato Cup. My waiter kindly poured creamy chocolate sauce all over my Sunday 😋 He left a little chocolate in the shot glass that I saved to the end and it was super sweet! I enjoyed the little crunchy round wafer with it. I would highly recommend coming here and I'll be back! We came for a very early lunch. The service staff was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious as always. There's a lot of construction going on around so the atmosphere was a little difficult to enjoy with the noise and dust, but that's not the restaurant's fault lol.

We were looking for an Italian restaurant in the area so decided to try this place. The bruschetta was different, but tasty. And the pizza was ok, but just too soft for my liking. The pork cutlet was alright, but the pasta and salad were terrible. Service, well I definitely give them credit for trying, however, they try a little too hard, which ends up feeling too aggressive. For less money, there are much better options.

Husband and I both had excellent food and drink at this restaurant last night. Fresh salads & bruschetta, excellent steak cooked to perfection, tasty pasta, and the fresh cookie dessert was to die for. Also great friendly service, and very fair prices. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the food,very tasty. I was really surprised by the pizza it was awesome. The risotto was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Walked in at opening time for a quick lunch. Service was super fast and friendly. My waiter made a suggestion and it was great. Menu is very large.

This Italian restaurant has good quality ingredients, but if you are going there hungry, I suggest to eat elsewhere as it took us 45 minutes for lasagna and pasta. The food was very good, the service on the other hand, left a lot to be desired.
