This little village and the dispersed hotel rooms was warm and inviting. Everything from the room to the staff (special thanks to Marco) was excellent. ||The local restaurant for breakfast and dinner was sooo good. ||I will be returning!||Arrivederci till next time

My husband stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip across Italy. Our room was so comfortable and had a lovely view. Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. We loved walking up the street to the restaurant- every meal we had was delicious. The hotel is spread throughout the town and it was so nice to get to walk throughout the town and enjoy all it had to offer. You won't be disappointed here!

Fantastic stay with lovely room and very welcoming and helpful staff!! Would definitely stay again- fantastic restaurant as well with lovely breakfast and lots of options to suit everyone. Accommodation is also very central in old town and close to bars, shops and all the sights.

We stayed here during a portion of our Honeymoon trip across Italy and loved it! The room was so cozy and had an incredible view. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We loved that the entirety of the hotel was spread across the tiny town so you didn't feel stuck in a big building. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Such a lovely place to stay. We have stayed here before and we’re made to feel so welcome in this quant little town||The accommodation is ideally situated within this town and is immaculate and comfortable. ||An ideal place to stay as your base to explore the Val di Orcia one of the iconic areas of Italy. ||Welcoming staff and the restaurant belonging to the hotel serves amazing food. ||To get the true Tuscany experience this is the place to stay. ||||Ciao.

Tucked into the Main Street of San Quirico d’Orcia, this little b&b is wonderful. Lovely room with little garden terrace and ensuite. The breakfast is very nice. The setting in our room and the breakfast room was very romantic. No air conditioning or tissues but has heating if you need it. Our host, Cristina, was lovely, particularly given we didn’t understand Italian and she didn’t understand English but we worked it out. Our room was serviced every day. Cristina also gave advice about where to eat in the village and what to look at in the comune. Really enjoyed our stay in Tuscany thanks to this beautiful little village and Cristina’s b&b.

Communication with their staff ahead of arrival was fine, but I had to ask several questions twice.||Free parking is close enough, but a few flights of stairs and a stretch of cobblestones need to be conquered to get to the property from the closest parking.||Check in wasn't great. I was asked for an arrival time through WhatsApp (actually a good idea, very convenient) and I provided it, but when I arrived punctually nobody was there. Nobody answered the bell. After a few minutes, a page arrived, but spoke no English. After 20 minutes a reception staff arrived and showed me to my room. I understand that it's not always possible to staff all properties all over town, especially outside of high season, but when I provide a time and arrive punctually, someone should have been waiting for me.||WiFi didn't work, apparently a problem with the telecoms company.||The room itself was nice and well appointed. No AC, and the provided fan was unfortunately quite noisy, should be upgraded.||Good breakfast, their Indian staff is very friendly and helpful.||12-hour laundry service was great, if not exactly great value.||Arianna could have been a little friendlier at checkout, she seemed in a hurry.||Giardino Segreto was one of the most expensive places I staid at during my Tuscany tour, and the quality wasn't quite there. For €80-90 per night, it would be good value.

I found this nice looking hotel over the internet and was disappointed in many ways. ||The room is far away from the hotel and you are not using any amnenities (pool etc.) The shower was falling apart and the water drain was defect.||The price we paid was 100% higher than the price people were paying when we were there. We have complained with the hotel manager, but the answer was kind of bad luck - you should have booked smarter.||The flexibility of the stuff was very limited (places to sit at breakfast) and people were indifferent on ssues of the guests.||=> Never again !|
