The food is decent but overpriced for the quality. The restaurant is an amazing old palazzo but it can do with some more decoration. The service can be better for the level it portrays to be. Example: The white wine we ordered was warm and the ice bucket came quite after. Anyhow, worth to try.

Amazing restaurant with amazing food! The palazzo is simply amazing. The food to die for! Ambiance amazing and the staff super nice and always there to serve you. I surely recommend Il Padrone Fish House at Cosmana Navarra. You will never be disappointed for sure! Below are some pics of the food we had.

The staff here were exceptionally great and attentive. They gave us several recommendations and made sure the night went well. The food is very reasonably priced and is just as delicious considering they use home made pasta. They have a few special available, and I’d definitely recommend trying one. The interior of the restaurant is also beautiful.

Yesterday, I've had the pleasure to go and fine at il Padrone fish House. I am really happy with the service and the food was simply mouthwatering. Keep up the good job. You'll definitely see me again.

Very nice restaurant, staff were friendly and polite. Seemed like a family restaurant. Salmon was really nice, very large portion (you can see size next to my hand) pasta was also really nice, especially the courgette (zucchini) and prawn spirulina pasta. Would go again.

All that which one restaurant of high quality should possess, this restaurant possesses. From the ambient, to service, food which they offer, as well as prices adjusted to the quality. This restaurant has provided me with a tremendous experience of how well the restaurant is being managed. Attentive staff that recommended us the right choice of wine I was describing. The food was the most tasteful one that we've tried all around the island. Price was totally fair as the amount of sea food included on my plate was ridiculously high. A must restaurant to visit if you are around the Mdina/Rabat area, and I'd venture to say even worth the trip just to eat here.
