I had an absolutely delightful stay! The rooms were not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. Each morning, we were treated to an incredible view during breakfast, adding a special touch to the start of our day. The hospitality extended by Luca, the owner, was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist my guests, who came from various countries, ensuring everyone felt welcome and at ease. We were all thoroughly impressed by the warm reception and the effortless interactions with the B&B. A heartfelt thank you to Luca for making our experience memorable. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, good breakfast, easy to walk to city centre. U can park ur car nearby.

Such a great find! The location is perfect - just outside the old town meaning its a short stroll to all the sights but parking is easy. The room had everything we needed, including a lovely view across the Lecce rooftops. Breakfast was great, on the roof terrace with swifts circling overhead, and the staff could not have been more charming and helpful. Hope to return soon.

Loved this sweet little place just outside the center of Lecce. Spent 3 nights there in July with my daughter and her friend. Their room was beautiful as was mine. Love the simple muted, modern design and the simple, white linen flowy curtains. The beds were seriously comfortable and the facilities and rooms were very clean. It's run by a very sweet family. The breakfast was delicious. Although it is a ten-minute walk from the heart of Lecce, I think we were happy to stay there for the more quiet atmosphere and sleep at night. It was my first B&B experience and I do have to say I probably prefer, and feel safer where there are staff on-site at all times. But if you are independent and don't like a hotel vibe, then you'll love this place and its owners.

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights in July 2023. We got room 13 and could let us in by using a pin code on the entrance door. The room is large with a bedroom, a "living room" and a bathroom. This is an old palazzo and this means high vaulted ceilings. The bed was a bit hard and was making noises when turning around in bed. There was two wardrobes with a few hangers - and a small fridge that included some free water each day! I never got the small safe in the wardrobe to work. The bathroom was modern but a bit small but it worked fine for us. Parking was in the street outside and we did not have any problems finding parking. It was possible to walk to the city center in about 10 minutes so we found the location to be quite good. Wifi was a bit unstable and it seemed like one of the routers had some issues so we could all of a sudden not get wifi in the bedroom. We had breakfast on the top floor and it was great to be able to enjoy breakfast outside in the beautiful weather. I would not mind staying here if I visit Lecce again.

A great 4 days here in Lecce - we experienced a very helpful and friendly staff and owners - a very spacious 1 bdrm apartment - modern , great kitchen cupboard , good bed , and very functional bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfasts on the roof and met some lovely other travellers. The location is superb being just outside the old historic area so parking is easy and an easy "5 minute walk to the old centre. Great staff - esp Terri - thnks again

This new B&B / Hotel is excellent. Opened just 2 weeks ago. Rooms are very nice designed, very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Spacious room, we had the one on the topfloor with nice big balconny with sunbeds. Breakfast is very nice and fresh with fresh bread, Ham, cheese, yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, juice and very good cappucino. Also every morning fresh pastry things from the bakery. Breakfast lady very kind and helpfull. Owners of this B&B very kind and customerfriendly, Always with a smile. Parking in the Streets is free and always space for your (Rental)car. Walking distance (5 minutes) to old town. ||||This is by far the best hotel we had in Lecce last few years ! Big compliment ! Excellent!
