Yesterday, we had the chance to eat at this amazing place. We first came for lunch and ordered some pasta and steak — everything was absolutely delicious. All the staff members were very helpful and extremely friendly. They gave us great food and drink recommendations. In the evening, we decided to come back again. A very kind lady at the reception, who already remembered us, welcomed us and took us to our table. She once again gave us honest and helpful food recommendations. That was the best steak and gnocchi I’ve ever had. I’m very picky with steaks, but this one… I honestly can’t explain how good it was. We had such a great time, and we’ll definitely come back to eat here on our next trip to Verona. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the lady with ginger hair — but girl, you are amazing. Thank you so much!☺️

Came after a business meeting and asked for a table for one. The hostess judged me and tried to seat me uncomfortably close to a couple. She said there was AC upstairs, but it wasn’t working. The ceiling was so low I hit my head badly — they eventually brought me ice, but only after a long time. They charge for cover, bread, and warm tap water, but never brought ice for the water. Food was overpriced and nothing special, and service was poor. For the same price, you can get better food and service elsewhere, plus a view of the arena. Don’t waste your time

We had a very pleasant lunch at Il Punto Rosa. The room has been beautifully decorated and has a great old-school osteria vibe, the staff were pleasant and the meal we ordered was great. The only thing detracting from all this was that they use a tablet menu and ordering system. It is overly complicated and has terrible photos that don't show off the food at all well. More importantly it means the staff seem to spend a lot of time behind the bar, leaning and looking at phones instead of being on the floor, interacting with customers and providing the attentive, friendly service that you will find in the very best osterias. It's a shame!

First of all, I made a reservation for the place by e-mail. Since it was Easter, the place was completely full. The interior ambiance and decorations were magnificent. The service quality was really good. The eggplant lasagna is a must-try. I forgot to take a photo for dessert, but we tried a dessert in a cup with red fruits and mascarpone cream. It was like a dream. You should definitely go with a reservation.

Big big disappointment. First of all the technical problems I had - there is a tablet menu and if I would know it I wouldn’t choose this restaurant in the first place. And the waitress trying to explain it to us like we are stupid. Second within 3 days I got 7 or more messages from this place, just too much, I feel like it’s almost a harassment. And one the moment we got to our table already asking for the review. The receptionist was friendly, but the rest of the staff was chaotic and a bit rude. Talking about the food - both of our pasta were plain, my lobster was rubbery, and the tomato sauce was just a pulp, no spices, nothing. Secondi piatti were fine - we got octopus and pork, and the wine was also okay. My first visit was for sure also the last one there and I won’t visit any other places they are partnered with.

The greeter kindly accommodated us on a busy evening without prior booking. The server was warm and friendly who kindly helped with ordering our meal. It was our last night in Verona and I just wanted a simple meal, so I ordered the lasagne with ragù. It was served very hot in a terracotta dish which retained the heat (from UK, we prefer hot everthing) and tasted perfect. The quantity was just right and correctly seasoned. I ordered ripasso wine (delicious pairing with the lasagne). My husband ordered the brochette with patate al forno. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender. He liked the weisz beer which was slightly sweet rather than bitter. Overall, a great meal in a cosy, atmospheric restaurant with pleasant staff.

Wow, wow, wow! Came here on Valentines night and had a wonderful dining experience. The service was quick and attentive, each table has their own tablet which you can use to place orders, with an option for English. We were also given a complementary starter for Valentines day, which was simple and a great way to start a meal and the tables were decorated with hearts and other lovey-dovey knick-knacks. The food and drink was astounding, well seasoned and fantastic quality. We got the cold meat platter, a lemon cocktail, pumpkin ravioli, horse steak, and the Nutella cheesecake to finish. If you are a tourist in Verona you can be assured to have a good time at this establishment!

We loved the food and the ambience. We were 4 persons and ordering on a tablet was uncomfortable for us. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Yelp
I liked but the pasta wasn't well cooked, I told them 2 times and still not well. Staff is nice, but they just forget that u are there. Could be a much better place.

Yelp
The food was great and even please my Italian Grandmother! The ambiance was cozy and felt like a friend's wine cellar. Also loved the iPad ordering as it was a smaller place and the servers came by occasionally to bring food and it didn't feel crowded. Definitely make a reservation!

Yelp
Best meal we had in Veneto area (Venice, Verona, Padua). The pasta dishes were phenomenal (mushroom with cream and sausage with tomatoes) as was the pork filet with mushrooms. The Valpolicello house red was so tasty. Will be back next time we are in Verona

Yelp
Please don't waste your time here. You order on iPads, meaning the service is nonexistent and impersonal. Zero charm and mediocre food. Super disappointed.

Yelp
Food was incredible. If you get the "Triumph of Bigoli Pasta served with seafood" they will literally give you every type with quality pasta underneath. Try to get there earlier in the evening or make reservations, because you will have to wait at least 20 minutes. Do not try to use Spanish words, especially with the older waiter, who speaks English well. Otherwise he will pretentiously answer tell you not to confuse Spanish and Italian languages.
