Great service, beautiful view, extensive wine list, mediocre at best food. When we walked in, the smell of commercial urinal pads hit us. That should have been our que to leave. We walked up the stairs and were sat in a lovely dining room overlooking the valley. The staff was attentive and kind. The Tuna Tartare was balanced and good. The Octopus was bland and unimaginative. For entrees, the Squid Ink Pasta was one dimensional and bland. How can squid ink not have flavor? The Calamari shaped pasta was super bland (who puts potatoes with pasta?) and the Sea Bass was ok- but artichoke side described as "crunchy" was anything but. I'm laying in bed at 2am still smelling urinal pads in my nostrils. What a bummer and waste of 175 euros. I really do not take pleasure in writing bad reviews.

One of the upscale places in Agrigento and vamous for the views here. Plus! The unique food and fresh pasta. I would definitely recommend a reservation to sit outside and enjoy the solid view of the Valley of Temples

Tasty food, great service, and a beautiful view of the Valley of the Temples. We arrived without a reservation and were still able to get a table. A very pleasant and enjoyable experience overall!

Google
Lovely restaurant with great food and amazing views of the Greek temples. I chose this restaurant because it was close to my hotel, and I was incredibly pleased with both the quality of the food and the stunning views they offer. Whether you’re seated inside or outside, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. The meal began with a complimentary appetizer of panelle (super good!) and a tasting of their own extra virgin olive oil served with homemade bread (awesome). I then tried the zucchini and ricotta tortino, which was super tasty yet delicate. You could really appreciate the freshness of the ricotta and the subtle flavor of the zucchini. It also features primo sale (a type of cheese) fondue and red shrimp . For the main course, I had the calamarata—a type of pasta shaped like calamari rings, though not made from seafood—prepared with potatoes, veggies, and clams. It was amazing! Truly recommend trying this out!

The food was super tasty and made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the nice view upstairs and the cozy atmosphere. The beef starter was so fresh and unique, definitely a highlight! To top it off, our dessert was amazing and really completed the experience. Highly recommend!

Google
Good restaurant near Valle del Templi. We had some good pasta with ricci and meat accompanied with a wine. Short menu with quality good and professional staff

Google
Beautiful location overlooking the temples in Agrigento. Definitely get a spot on the patio to see the view. A sophisticated menu focused on fish and shellfish, with a detailed wine list with many Sicilian wines. We really enjoyed our primo and secondo, all fish dishes, the wine was a beautiful Sicilian white. We finished with wonderful dolce and espresso. Definitely worth a visit but make reservations as the place was packed.

Yelp
If you're visiting the Valley of the Temples, go here for dinner for two reasons: First, the view of the Temples lit up at night is spectacular from this restaurant, especially as we were seated upstairs by the window! We even got there early and drove and parked at the Temples (the gates are closed) to take photos of them lit up, as this restaurant is a 1 minute drive away. Secondly, the food is fabulous! In fact, this restaurant was one of our favorites while touring Sicily! The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, but it wasn't pretentious and we didn't feel like we needed to dress up. All of the dishes are also gorgeous and huge and super delicious. We actually could not finish everything we finished. The wine list is extensive, too and the prices were excellent for the quality of the food. We would definitely go back!

Yelp
This restaurant, although casual, has the appearance of being rather upscale given the ambiance and impeccable service. It has a great view of the Valley of the temples and although pricey the portions are rather large, but I think they lose some points when it comes to the actual food. It's not so much that the quality wasn't up to par, it's just the flavor combination of the dishes fell short. We started off with the marinated beef which was pretty good, probably the better of the three we got. The two pastas we had, one with colatura di amici and the other with octopus ragout, both were just meh. The pasta with colatura had a creamy sauce, I expected it to be more like aglio e olio, and the fish eggs added crunch but I think dried up the sauce too much. The pasta with the octopus ragout was just bland.

Yelp
We had the most amazing meal here after a late afternoon touring the Temple Valley. We made reservations for 7:30 (just as they open) and were rewarded with the absolute best table in the center of the open air patio overlooking the lit Greek temples. The service, flavor and quality of the food made the evening special and was a pleasant reminder of how it can be such a joy to dine in a fine restaurant. We are two couples traveling after a two year hiatus so we tried a number of items on the menu and shared them. The kitchen was even kind enough to doing the sharing for us playing two half entries on plates for us. Everything was superb but the standouts were the burrata with fresh tomato coulis (starter), crab ravioli (primo) and red shrimp in bread crumbs (secondi) and both of the chocolate desserts, especially the one with orange (they called them "cake" but really mousse tartlets). They have a tremendous wine list and I particularly enjoyed a Fruiliono (grape varietal) that was refreshing on a warm summer-like evening. There's a small parking lot with attendant so you leave your keys. A truly one of a kind dining experience that's not to be missed. I made online reservations via theFork (website) a couple weeks in advance.

Yelp
I was fortunate to get a recommendation from a local to try this restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. We entered an intimate, well-designed interior with perfect service. The wine was incredibly affordable and just wonderful, and each dish we ordered was impeccable. The starter of grilled octopus was the highlight for me. The pasta dish of pacchero with shrimp, pistachios, and burrata was outostanding. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing, and took the time to walk us through some wine selections that would go best with our meal. This was a great experience, and reasonably priced for the quality and quantity.

Yelp
Fantastic experience. Great view of the Temples (if you sit on the balcony). The delicious dishes are stylishly presented. Parking can be tight, so opt for an earlier dinner.

Yelp
Very nice experience in this rather upscale restaurant. Excellent choice of pasta and fishes: I recommend strongly!

Yelp
Really nice restaurant with a wonderful view on Temples Valley. We were warmly welcomed from the competent staff and they offered us as well a glass of prosecco free of charge as aperitif. The menu contains typical Sicilian food. We all had starters and main course. A good highlight is the starter Tipicità del re: for only 9 EUR you will get a huge starter plate with a lot of tasteful food. The main course was nicely presented and as well tasteful. The wine list presents only Sicilian wines, which are usually with a high level of alcohol. With our dessert we got as well a complimentary glass of Passito di Pantelleria. I can highly recommend this restaurant overall for their professionalism, the tasteful food and the wonderful view.

Yelp
The food was nothing special. The appetizers did not really shine out and watch out not to order too much. The waiters are very friendly but they also seem to just sell. However what really caused us to give a bad rating was that we ordered a huge steak which we could not eat after all the food they up sold us. We asked for the steak to be packed for us. They cut a fraction of what was left of the steak and made it in to tiny sandwiches. We are not sure what happened to the rest but simply find this unacceptable!!! The terrace is very loud with the constant cars passing. Not sure how they got Michelin guide but not worth a visit!

Yelp
Excellent restaurant, typical Sicilian food, quality and great customer service. Thank you!

Yelp
Really lovely place - interesting combos, flavorful fresh food and wonderful service. Sit upstairs and enjoy the view of the ruins and the water
