Really great pizzeria we found here. The restaurant has only a few places to sit, but if you are lucky to find a place for you, that only adds to the experience, as it gives this familiar and cozy feeling. I also love it when you can see the people cooking and preparing your meal. All three pizzas were delicious, with a nice crispy and thin dough. For me, the anchovies pizza was the clear winner here, but this can be a little biased, as it was the pizza I ordered myself 😁

It will always be my favorite pizza the one from the little place around the corner, where the air smells like calm evenings and kind people. My thanks to the chef, for putting so much heart into everything he makes. And I can never leave without dessert that perfect tiramisu that reminds me happiness can be simple, and truly sweet.Nicole the neighbour 🥰

The staff are very polite, very upbeat and welcoming. The atmosphere I liked very much, it was very vibey and fit the theme of the restaurant. I enjoyed the pizza as well, although I have to admit I’ve had better, but it was still very very nice nonetheless, no actual complaints here, and I would go again.

Excellent service, great food; highly appreciative of the vegan options. All of the veggies were fresh and the dough is superb. Plenty of seating available with no reservations required.

Small pizza place. You order at the counter then pick up your food. They have some tables for dining indoors and outdoors. They do not have WiFi. Several of the cooks were eating food between preparing the food. I found it to be unhygienic.

One of the best pizza I’ve ever had!

The pizzas were delicious! The dough is really something special and the sauce is amazing. Tiramisu was nice, homemade. Didn't really like the design of the seating areas. The place itself is lovely and you can see your pizza being made which is also extra nice.

I can’t believe I’ve lived here so long and never been to this gem of a restaurant. The atmosphere is so cozy! The service was incredible. The owner was willing to accommodate our dietary needs. We ordered a second pie after inhaling the first. My eldest said “compliments to the chef”! If you are vegan, you should absolutely go here. A new family favorite.

Try their Terimisu (sp?)- yummm. Great fast service. I will miss being able to pickup pizza from them. I am heading home.

Relatively cheaply priced pizza in the heart of a major tourist area in the city? Actually delicious. I ate a salami pizza. It hit the spot. They also have mini cannoli and other stuff. Great people watching but best of all is the pizza. Sauce was salty and good, cheese and sauce melted together, extremely thin and crispy crust. Still thinking about it the next day.

The lady and I came here after yet another rainy day in Amsterdam. The place is really small, seating is a premium! We ordered a couple of pizza's and grabbed ourselves 2 slices of carrot cake. Pizzas: Really solid, I'd love to have spicy pepper flakes to make them taste much better, I enjoyed mine she enjoyed hers. The cheese was excellent and overall a solid pizza (4 of 5). Carrot Cake: This stole the show! An absolutely delicious carrot cake! After eating it, I actually paid for 2 more slices for when we got back to our room. This carrot cake is top-notch! Absolutely incredible! (5 of 5)! I would highly recommend this place! Really cheap as well!

I really don't have much to say about this place. Visit the shop and experience it for yourself. They serve the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy. If you like truffles, then Pizza Tartuffo is a must-have. If you still got some space in the little tummy of yours (I swear.... my stomach's capacity is bigger than anyone I know and probably most of you), try their tiramisu. Every Italian friends I've brought here seem to love this place. Ps. Don't bother to visit if you don't eat any carb. ;-)

Il Sogno is like an Italian concept store! So much fun. You can come here to shop,, take away some food or eat in. The shopping part is spread through the whole place. There are Italian bags and jewelry, but also books, wines, food and much more. There is even art on the walls which you can buy (not cheap though) so it is a bit of a gallery as well. A lot of people come here to have take-away pizza, because pizza is what Il Sogno does best! I went here to eat in. There are several tables spread through the place, upstairs and downstairs (downstairs its more like a bar where can also enjoy a quick coffee or drink). We sat upstairs where we could overlook everything. There is a huge oven for the pizza baking. I had the Pizza vegiatariana which was super yum. A healthy choice as well, since there is not that much cheese on it. The pizza have a very thin crust, which is so yummy! They are soooo good and have nice low prices. Il sogno also has Tiramisu and Ice-cream and much more Italian stuff. Don't expect a restaurant when you come here, since this is really a concept store. But do expect good food and a good place to chill. The chairs and tables are fine for dining in and there is plenty of space.

We ordered it via Uber Eats. Pizza was absolutely delicious. Very thin crust! My favorite. We got the Margarita Pizza.

I went to this Pizzeria in hope for a cheap place to eat some "ok" Pizza. My Expectations were blasted away. This isn't your snobby, average, italian pizzeria. This is a real italian Pizzeria with absolutely amazing personell. It's not set up like a normal Pizzeria because it's more of a Take-Away Restaurant. It's beautiful never the less. I'm gonna make this very clear: This Place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The Pizza is perfect, absolutely delicious and made with love. It's made freshly and tastes like no pizza I've ever tasted before. Besides that it isn't filled with tourists or is packed to the roof. Its quite empty actually because it's not so central. I wish only the best for this place as I for sure will come back every time I visit Amsterdam!!

This is a cute place. Wife sound this on yelp and had good reviews so we decided to try it. The pizza was some of the best pizza I have ever had. It still doesn't beat Italy but it is right behind it. I would have given it 5-stars if it wasn't for the Pana Cotta. The pana cotta was absolutely delicious. What I didn't like is the strawberry topping they used was straight out of a jelly bottle. Would have been better if it was actual strawberries. Regardless still good and a must visit.

First tried this place because of a groupon deal they had a few years ago. Thus, I didn't expect it to be good. Boy, was I proven wrong. I took the il sogno pizza, it was crispy, full of flavor with fabulous ingredients. It was so good that I finished the whole pizza even though the portion was huge. Since last year the place kinda took off and it became quite popular. Not surprised, this remains my favorite pizza place in ams. Great food & ambience.

Art of pizza starts here. NY can learn from this place! That's right, I said it! Crust is perfect Napolitan. U taste the fresh ingredients in every bite. Is it the crust?! The dough? Ingredients, the service, the music? It's all of the above. This place lifts u up and leaves you asking for more. Tried pizzas in NY's Lombardi's, San Diego's Bronx Pizza or Blue Ribbon or Dallas' Olivella's and Cane Rosso - this place is my final pizza destination as fast as I am concerned. Had the Puttanesca - taste was perfect. My other choices would have been Margherita, Parma or Geo but there is not one I would not try of their menu. All looks legit and can't go wrong with that incredible crust.

Funghi Pizza and Puttanesca Pizza have become a food group in our household. Neighbourhoody place on a quiet street. Eat in or take away. 21.50 for these two large pizzas...yummy!!

The first night we explored Amsterdam, we ate here and ordered the vegetarian pizza and almond cookies. It was great food, decor and close to the Metro. They don't take credit card so we paid with cash. This was our favorite pizza place in Amsterdam.

Delizioso! This stomach has not tasted a better lasagne before... Rocket, tomato and olives served with the lasagne were also fresh and delicious. And tiramisu was absolutely amazing, and it was a really big portion, too! We will definitely come back again...

Really nice lunches, (sandwiches and salads) great place to buy your Italian ingredients too, I look forward to trying a pizza here soon.

The pizza here is absolutely delicious and the people are very friendly. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for some great pizza! They also had a very cute cat :)

Cute, hidden gem tucked away from the crowd. Had the cotta pizza. The pizzas have super thin crusts. The gelato is tasty as well for all the dessert lovers. Must try!

Best (neapolitan) pizza close to new market! Service is nice and coffee is good, too!
