Perfect lunch spot!! Very cozy atmosphere, nice service. They also have delicious deserts to try. Everything homemade, organic, I loved it. Lastly, a nice shop and clothes section in the back. Would return again.

We spent a week in Madrid eating at Michelin Star restaurants and the like, but this was probably the best food in the whole trip! On our last morning in Madrid we wanted something a little lighter on the stomach and pallet... I searched "Desayuno" on google maps and this small little place came up (next to like 20 more in the area)... The difference was that it had the highest google maps rating of them all! A mixture between cafe/restaurant, antique store and nick-nack seller it is a soft lighted, comfortable and homestyle place that welcomes you in and begs you to sit down and order something. We ordered they avocado toast (with pureed tomatoes) with scrambled eggs... SUBLIME! Toast was sourdough so it was exactly what we were looking for... Truly good. Incredible that the woman that was there was the only one there yet she was capable of making coffee and breakfast for the 10-12 people there and she did not miss a beat. Before or after your meal you can walk all the way to the back of the store and enjoy the various items they have for sale. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get something wholesome to eat and relax a bit from this very busy city.

We came here looking for something on the lighter side as my stomach was a bit upset from travel. The whole restaurant has such a nice vibe, the server we had was friendly and knew English, and the food did taste fresh and light. Specifically the pumpkin ginger soup was a highlight for us. I did wish the seasoning was a bit more consistent on the baked chicken dish and that the onions were just a touch more cooked. Other than that it was a very nice organic meal!

Google
Very cozy place with a laid back service. It’s a place to go for a brunch, a coffee and cake or lunch. Loved the ambient. You can buy the furniture and it all looks quite art deco and quirky. The menu is small and simple. The food was nice. We were happy with it all but I would say it’s not the place to go when you are on a schedule. Think cozy and relaxed environment with friendly staff.

Google
Super cute place! We stopped over for brunch and it was such a good break from the heat. Lovely plates, super friendly service… take it slow and enjoy. Cakes are great too!

Stumbled upon this gem a late afternoon for lunch. Had the curry rice with chicken and a glass of wine. Saw another table order the cakes and we did as well. The food was fantastic very flavorful. Service was great and good energy!! Highly recommend!!!

This stunning, cosy café is perfect for a brunch solo or with friends. The staff are so kind, and my food and coffee were delicious and affordable. It was such a warm and calming respite from a cold winter day. I recommend the pan con tomate y aguacate and a simple cortado.

Yelp
We stopped in here for lunch, the waitress was so kind and helpful with English. She went through all of the dish options for the day. I ordered the quiche and my husband ordered the pasta, both were so fresh and delicious.

Yelp
Perhaps there was a time when service was unfriendly, but we had the exact opposite experience. I tried my best in Spanish and our server spoke fluent English. The cappuccinos came in beautiful mugs and the pumpkin bread was delicious. When our server realized we were trying to read our guidebook, she came over and turned on an overhead light. Truly friendly.

Yelp
This place was cute and quaint. Perfect place for a lite breakfast. Their menu changes daily, but we tried the apple tart and a cinnamon nut bread with some coffees. Everything was delicious! Plus there is a really cool antique store in the back - wish we weren't traveling, otherwise I would have picked up some porcelain china from the early 1900's.

Yelp
What a delight! They specialize in all-organic dishes where the menu changes daily. Hubby and I ordered the corn quiche and a goat cheese salad to split - Wonderfully delicious and just the right size for 2. We left feeling pleasantly satisfied instead of the usual over-stuffed. The ambiance is just spot-on for a relaxing, yet refreshing afternoon bite - The service was fantastic and the back room serves as an antique store. Highly, highly recommend!

Yelp
Love this super cute rustic styled breakfast and coffee store. They didn't have a menu and I didn't speak any Spanish but the owner was so patient in explaining to me everything they offer. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Make sure you spend some time exploring the back of the store as well.

Yelp
This place DOES NOT LIKE AMERICANS! My wife and I stopped in for lunch, and proceeded to successfully order drinks in Spanish. When the server brought them, he asked if we wanted food. I asked for a menu (still speaking 100% in Spanish) and our server blew up at us about how we just need to learn Spanish (which we were speaking the whole time). After listing off their food offerings (they don't have a menu, the servers just list what they have, which is fine) in English, we continue to order, in Spanish (although we did talk amongst ourselves in English). The server was nice and cordial to every other table, but basically ignored us and was quite a dick when he did have to talk to us. We've been all over Spain and this is the only time we've run into someone being such as ass like this, especially when we were speaking Spanish to him the entire time.

Yelp
The coffee was good, but not great. However, the place is unique, with lots of antiques and comfortable/cosy places to seat. The owner was very nice.

Yelp
The restaurant is charming inside and the food was good. However, it was much more expensive than comparable fare elsewhere. For that reason, I can't recommend it.

Yelp
Avoid for breakfast or brunch. This isn't really a place to come for a meal for breakfast or lunch. They are more of a coffee place that has some breads and tiny overpriced and limited quiches. Based on the 5 star review and classification as a breakfast and brunch establishment I brought a group of 5 here for brunch. Big mistake.

Yelp
so beautiful, like a fairytale-place! very friendly service, delicious coffee and bakery, but no eggs and no ham, no cava

Yelp
Great little cafe and bakery for breakfast...with an antiques shop in the back of the place as well. Very friendly staff and a nice little oasis from the bustle of the city.
