We accidently stumbled upon this quaint restaurant after the one we were going to didn't pan out. After reading their menu and decided to give a chance. We were not disappointed. The was very tasty but the grilled fillet of veal with roasted baby potatotes and black cabage was a real treat. For desert we shared an almond cake and chocolate and a meringue with chocolate both of which are to die for. The bill was under 90eu which is quite reasonable. Cheers

The food at this restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend ! The staff is very professional and polite. The menu is in French and English as well. The portion are good.

Google
Nice small place, massive wine list. Only negative was the over the top €3pp cover charge, and the possibility of recycling the "bread in the bag". That looks suspicious.

Food tastes okay, but price for value is horrible. My ravioli cost 16€ and even a baby would not be full after eating it. + Coperto of 3,50€/ Person. Would not eat here again.

Google
Amazing food and very friendly service. Best meal we’ve had in Italy. Highly recommend the ravioli and the octopus.

Google
Exquisite dishes, lovely atmosphere and welcoming, friendly staff. Unpretentious fine dining at its best. I could quite happily eat the goat cheese and roasted pear every day for the rest of my life.

One of the best eating experiences in Stresa. A hidden gem with homade traditional food cooked and seved with lots of love. All dishes were served on time with the highest quality of ingredients. What made the whole experience memorable was the service and the positive attitude/vibes of the staff. Best value for money Micheln restaurant period. PS: the place is small; thus, reservation is definitely needed

Yelp
Great food, great atmosphere, great service. We've been in Italy for two weeks having been to Rome, Sorrento, Florence , Pisa,, Verona and Venice. This was our favorite meal. The presentation was beautiful. I was not in Yelp mode so I forgot to take a picture. We both had the fish of the day. Nice wine list They have received a Michelin fork every year for the last several years. We were the only non Italian speakers there.

Yelp
Once again an amazing Stresa restaurant with fresh fish, great service and a small but great ambiance.

Yelp
Excellent food and even more excellent service. We had the BUrrata, mortadella, pea ravioli and porcini tagliatelle first courses and then the fish and lamb chop second courses. All delicious.

Yelp
Very nice restaurant with reasonable prices. We were a group of 8 and they were very accommodating. For example they were happy to change a dish for me so it met my dietary restrictions. All the first courses were in the low teens and the mains didn't go above I believe 18€ so very good value for money. Dishes are nicely presented and tasty and we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine (Amarone)

Yelp
First make sure to make a reservation. A local Italian restaurant. Dishes were very tasty. Variety is little and dishes are a bit small. House wine was great. Service was very good.

Yelp
Make an advance reservation and go! Delicious, fresh, interesting food - and great service. We made a an early reservation and while there, watched the staff have to turn away 7 people plus decline at least 5 more over the phone.

Yelp
This restaurant was one that I found recommend by our hotel and Trip Advisor. Our hotel owner let us know that the owner of the restaurant is the cook, which means most likely it will be good. This restaurant is a white table cloth Italian fine dining experience. It is very small and well liked so definitely be sure to make reservations in advance, we saw people coming in and making reservations for the next day. There are a couple of tables that you can reserve outside as well. They have a nice wine selection and the food was fantastic. Our favorite dish was the pesto risotto (for min of 2 people). The best dessert was the home made peach cake. I am not a cake person and usually avoid cake, but everyone in the restaurant was getting this, and the waitress said it was her favorite. I was hesitant, but ordered it, and was so happy I did. It is the best cake I have ever had. The restaurant is dog friendly and the staff are super friendly. They even brought a bowl of water out for my dog.

Yelp
Soooo happy we went here! It was tough to find a nice restaurant in Stresa (the surrounding areas have some lovely gems, but we were on foot so limited in location). The food was well done and the wine list wonderful. Loved the understated (yet lovely) atmosphere. There are probably 15 tables in the entire restaurant...we walked in on a Sunday night but reservations are a better bet!

Yelp
Loved this cozy restaurant enough to dine there twice during our short stay in Stresa. Service was impeccable, food was delicious. You must make reservations.

Yelp
Highly recommend this restaurant. It is not touristy, the menu is small but the dishes are all great, especially the pastas. We ate there twice on our recent trip to Stresa. The wine list is nice and very reasonable.

Yelp
Simple high quality food. Great wine selection. Both food and wine were well priced. Best restaurant in stresa. Hard to get in so a reservation is a must.
