Hands-down THE BEST Illesteva store I’ve been to so far! Just today I had difficulties finding parking and needed to get my sunglasses serviced. Well, ALI, one of their store reps, was KIND enough to come out of the store to pick up my glasses right from my car, replaced my nose pads while I waited outside, and come right back outside to hand them back to me—always with a smile! Ali, you are hands-down the nicest, kindest, and most welcoming rep I’ve stumbled across in YEARS! Thank you!!!

I knew this would be a great place for shade, but the surprise was the ease with which I ordered new prescriptions glasses (bifocals no less!). Melani had awesome customer service and ophthalmological know how, and even arranged for quick shipment to our home in Durham, NC. So dope!

I've been a repeate customer for about 5 years (normally visiting the Wynwood location on every trip I make to Miami). Late last year my favorite pair of Illesteva glasses were stolen. I was devastated when I went to your website and saw that they were no longer available. I called the store in New York and they were unable to locate them. Unwilling to give up, I called my favorite shop on New Years day, and Melani came to the rescue! I was honestly distraught and prepared to be further disappointed. Melani was extremely patient and went above and beyond to ensure she understood my request and then she did what I thought was impossible- she delivered! In addition to replacing the pair I lost, I also purchased an additional pair. She sent me photos of all color options and even found the color chart for tint/transition options to ensure I had the information needed to make an informed decision. She promptly followed up, and when I called to check in she ensured I had up to date information. Customers are normally quick to complain but I wanted to extend kudos, thanks Melani for keeping the customer at the center! I appreciate you and your efforts.

Helpful staff - very knowledgeable about their product. Helpful recommendations. Associate sanitized all glasses before and after and respected COVID protocols. Would highly recommend!

Own 3 pair of Illestevas...love them! Bought all... 3 years ago: Leonard's, Palm Beach (Tortoise & Amber) ... Customer service is excellent if shopping in Miami Beach or Brickell.

I went to their store in the Aventura mall 19501 Biscayne Blvd Space 1527 Aventura FL 33180, and I bought a pair of Mykonos Ace. They were fine at first, but in the next couple of days they caused irritation in my eyes, therefore I tried to return them to no avail, all I was offered is store credit, as their return policy does Not allow for a refund, something no one warned me about. I cant use the store credit, as All their sunglasses likely cause the same issue, and as this store revolves around sunglasses, it is Really irritating to be faced with no choice at all.
