I had my first visit today. I am more than happy to have taken the decision to come for a free consultation. I had an energy healing consultation session with Tamara first. Tamara is such a friendly and caring person. She was able to identify my energy imbalances and amazed me at how well she was able to read where my negative energy is located. Then, i had a life coaching session with Judy. She listened to me with care, was able to see on which aspects I needed to work in my life, and she explained how she is going to work to help me! Her way of thinking and applying the knowledge truly amazed me! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to help themselves achieve inner peace and reveal a better version of themselves! I would definitely come again for weekly sessions!!

I was surprised how the practitioners are working here, the way how they are approached me was amazing!! I took so much knowledge! I recently attended a three-hour Consciousness & Quantum Coaching Workshop at Illuminations Well‑Being Center, JLT on 20 December, and it was incredibly insightful. The session offered a powerful new perspective on consciousness and shared practical tools that I can integrate both personally and professionally with my clients. I’m also currently completing my Hypnotherapy training here — having finished Levels 1 and 2, and I’m starting Level 3 in January. The depth, structure, and integrity of the training have been excellent. Soniyaa Kiran Punjabi, the founder, is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a grounded, clear, and generous way of teaching. She shares concepts and tools in a way that feels both accessible and deeply transformative. I’m very grateful for the learning experience and would highly recommend Illuminations Well-Being Center to anyone interested in personal growth, consciousness work, or professional therapeutic training.

I was lucky enough to participate in two trainings here with Dr. Crimmins which were very educational! The space is small and be mindful that you will be asked to remove your shoes before entry (slippers are provided if needed). There is only one small washroom which sometimes has a queue on days where they are running concurrent trainings. Staff were lovely. Parking as available close to the building and just adjacent as well as underground.

I am currently doing the hypnotherapy course at Illuminations with Ms Soniyaa, and I am loving every minute of it. This course has been deeply transformative not only for me, but also for the people I am working with. It is truly amazing to witness how powerful hypnotherapy can be as a trauma releaser, in changing unhealthy habits and limiting beliefs, and in supporting the acquisition of new and empowering behaviors. Ms Soniyaa is a wonderful teacher. She is incredibly passionate about what she does and her teaching style is clear, practical, and easy to grasp. She is very supportive of our learning journey and always available to guide, help, and encourage us. Illuminations itself is a beautiful space, run by friendly, welcoming, and supportive people. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking personal transformation and professional growth.

I had a great experience at Illuminations. Everyone was very kind and professional, and the facilities are well-maintained and located in a very accessible area. My session with Janna Reddy was excellent. She is helping me discover the root causes of my pain with deep, compassionate, and professional guidance.
