If. you’re craving delicious ice cream, I definitely recommend this place! The marshmallow flavor is a must-try — highly recommended

We were staying at the palazzo and walked around the area and found this place. I was craving a breakfast sandwich and some coffee, which this place has. I want to start off that I know this is Vegas but holy moly this place was a bit pricey and it’s more of a “snack” place not a lunch/dinner place. To drink we got caramel iced coffee which was a 10/10 and the matcha latte which was 10/10 as well. The Avocado toast was yummy and the Croissant bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was delicious. Plus they have Cholula for your sandwiches which is a plus in my books. They charge for everything 78cents for using a credit card. But again it is Vegas. Check out the pictures of the food and receipt.

Google
This is an Italian gelato that is actually quite sweet and very delicious. But it's very spendy. I think it was $17 for two people for a tiny cup of gelato if I remember correctly. My husband had the black raspberry ice cream and I had cookie cookie or something close to that. We both preferred my ice cream over his ha ha. But his was tasty to😉.

Google
I stopped by to have a simple cup of cappuccino and it was a really nice smooth and flavorful cup of cappuccino with the milk done just right. Was forced to write a review when I saw the current ratings. The gelato looks visually appealing but have no idea what it is like. When you are entering a store called Illys, it’s the coffee that I am looking for, and the coffee here is as good as any. (Sorry the picture of the coffee shows an empty cup, but as I said I decided to write a review when I saw the current ratings)

Google
The coffee wasn’t as bad as I expected — actually pretty decent. They have a wide selection of gelato, and the interior is really cute.

Very bad experience, ordered a Croissant and a red velvet, croissant nor fresh, very old smelled very bad tasyed even worse, the cake was soo hard and cream tasted sour due to being old. I returned the croissant and xomplained about how it tasted and the staff just dismissed me. I dont recommand.

Google
great lil breakfast spot! i visited here twice last week while staying at the venetian hotel. i loved loved loved their hot chai with almond milk and vanilla! food wise, the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was pretty good. i wasn't impressed with their avocado toast.

Google
Food: Tried the chocolate pistachio brownie and cannoli. Both were excellent. The coffee was great as well. Ambiance: small place inside the palazzo tower and has a great vibe to get a quick bite or ice cream. Value for money: 4/5 Tip: pay in cash to avoid the 2% credit card fee. It is not disclosed by anyone while ordering.

Yelp
I had the coconut mocha and a crepe. Service was quick and food was fresh! The gelato was also great!

Yelp
The almond rose latte is so good! I would recommended that item! The gelato looks delicious :)

Yelp
My blended coffee was excellent....5 stars in fact. Then why the 1 star review? Yesterday, i charged the coffee to our room and was still charged a cc fee. Not cool, but whatever. After dinner, craved ice cream. Bummer they dont give tasting samples...perhaps costs another $.05? peanut butter was ok, but not outstanding. This morning, paid cash and still charged a cc fee. So this time, asked cashier whats up with that? Im not trippin over the $.12, its the principal. Cashier explained that the store is owned by an individual, not the casino. Despite complaints, his nickel and diming (literally) practice has been ongoing. Doing so multiplied by hundreds of customers / day likely adds up to a healthy sum that goes straight into his pocket. Anyhow, not surprised by this stingy policy. Hope he changes his greedy ways.i

Yelp
Went to the gelato area, waited a while (Monday at 9:30 PM, no other patrons were there). Then a guy came over and put gloves on, so I asked for a sample of one flavor. The response was a cold, "We don't do samples here." For a $9 single scoop with bad reviews on the taste, I think that is quite telling. TBH this looks like the exact same brand as Cocolini - even the font is the same for the flavors. That one also has terrible reviews where people purchased and threw it out. Tried a chai latte; it was very good flavor-wise, but wow, it was expensive. The gal barista was nice, glad I found her to order from. They charge here for every little thing! 22c for credit card? It's 2025! Yuck

Yelp
I love to eat a ham and cheese crepe from here almost every day when I stay at the Venetian / Palazzo. It's just one of my favorites. I'm also a fan of illy coffee. What I don't like about this place ( and I've been here dozens of times throughout multiple years ) is the service isn't great. It's generally a line of a dozen people in front of you where you order at the counter. The folks behind the counter don't smile and prefer you know what you want so you can order quickly for them. Even when I know what I want , I feel like they're doing me a favor to take my order. Once you place your order, you get a number and try to find a seat in the small place or get it to go. They literally YELL out numbers every few min at a ridiculous volume level ... non stop. After waiting 20 min or so for your order ... you're just over it. Once I waited 30 min and when I checked on my order they told me 'sir we're very busy'. I waited another 10 min before I checked again ... my order was in fact lost. So why do I keep going back ... because I love that crepe ... it's that friggin' good. .... Also , the mixed berry crepe is very good. If you go with someone, get both the ham and egg and the mixed berry and share them

Yelp
Terrible customer service. I called them from the Wynn Hotel to see when they stopped making crepes. They told us 9pm. We arrived at 8:39pm and the guy at front was not friendly and told us they stopped making crepes. We told him we just called . All he could say was he stopped making crepes rudely. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers.

Yelp
Francesco Illy founded illycaffè in 1933, where he began to revolutionize coffee preperation, starting with invention of the illetta in 1935 which is considered the blueprint for modern espresso machines. In the 1940's, his innovative pressurized packaging method enabled illy's initial exports to Sweden and Holland. Yelp
I ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and it was really good. It was a good size and very filling. The coffee is also really good here. The service is fast here. They sometimes have lines, but the line moves fast. This is a good place to get a fast breakfast. The dining room is small but has enough seating to keep up with the crowd. I would recommend this spot for a delicious and fast breakfast.

Yelp
Located right in palazzo where we were staying line was long so we stopped for some coffee and a pastry. For the price wish I would have waited to go somewhere else but cute little coffee shop if you need a quick cup of coffee

Yelp
Service was quite lacking.. ordered a salad and it started going on 15 minutes without a salad.. checked in twice with front counter.. basically blew off... took the Manager noticing... then they did not have all the ingredients salad was supposed to come with.. didn't get what I really wanted, paid too much, took way way way too long with too much effort to just get a food order... lots of other options out there to try.. I like illy, just not this location.

Yelp
Thank goodness for illy caffe!!! I visited this location every night after dinner to give me the boost of energy to get through a long night in Las Vegas! My go to order is a Cappuccino Freddo Shakerato with vanilla. If you don't add any flavoring, it won't be sweet at all so just keep that in mind. It's my favorite because it's a good mix of that strong flavorful coffee taste while having sweetness to prevent it from being bitter. I wish I would've gotten the name of the employee who made my order. Out of the 4 nights I visited, he was there for 3 of them. He was the one who made my drink, and it was always incredible. The one night I went, and he wasn't there, it just wasn't as good. It's always been hard for me to find a good iced coffee in Vegas that's not from Starbucks, but I found that here! Definitely add it to your list of places to try if you're in this area.

Yelp
We stopped by illy for coffee and breakfast one morning on a recent trip to Vegas. The food was good, but the service wasn't. We were promised our coffees first, but received our crepes first. We asked for regular tap water, and we were told they didn't have any water , but we could get back in a very long line to buy a bottle. They did give us two plastic cups of ice, so we just chewed on the ice as we ate our crepes, determined NOT to buy a water there! The savory crepes were large and very good. We split the Turkey, Avocado, Bacon, and Prosciutto and Mozzarella crepes. Coffee was also very good, as are their gelatos, but don't forget to buy or bring water!

Yelp
We stopped by for some Gelato. I found it to be just so so. I've had much better elsewhere. The service is perfunctory. You pay at the register and then hand to the employee dishing out the Gelato proof of payment There is table seating inside, but we chose to eat ours seated near the Palazzo's Grateful Dead dancing bears display and the Love display. Lots of people watching to be had. Vegas crowds are like no other. I can't speak to their coffee or the various food items offered. I've come to learn Illy is a chain with locations all over the place.

Yelp
I want to start off my review with some positives because the coffee served here is actually good. This place is very coffee forward but almost too much if I can explain myself in this review. My party ordered three different drinks; a vanilla frappe, vanilla latte and blended cappuccino. Every drink was extremely strong and I would not recommend this spot to people who like their coffees sweet or watered down. The vanilla frappe tasted quite literally like black coffee, no vanilla or sweetness at all. The vanilla iced latte was actually quite good, nice and sweet but very strong as well. It was surprising to find out getting the drink iced was a $2 up charge. Lastly the blended cappuccino tasted like black coffee flavored foam with no sweetness or any other flavor at all. They do have a side bar with cream, milk and cream so after a bit of tinkering, our drinks were drastically improved. I still feel like this is a problem with the advertising of this cafe because even if their goal is to highlight the coffee quality and flavor, every drink should not just taste like black coffee. It did not help that the cashier was rude which added to our confusion with the menu. If the cashier was more helpful, we might have been able to buy drinks that we liked from the get go without having to dump handfuls of milk and sugar into. If you just want a strong black coffee this place is for you but that's probably it.

Yelp
Busy place as you may expect. People were nice, coffee was good. Food not so much, I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. It looked smashed, not freshly made, all the bacon was bunched up in the middle. Would I order it again? Most likely not. I'm sure other things are better, but I doubt if any sandwich is freshly made.

Yelp
They refused to provide the WiFi password after purchase, which is very unkind! Additionally, the internet connection was extremely weak during CES, so I needed WiFi to manage work emails.

Yelp
Friendly staff Delicious gelato Nice variety of items on menu Has pastries Savory crepes / Sweet crepes Breakfast sandwiches Pressed panini sandwiches for lunch Coffee drinks Has seating for you to enjoy your food or drinks The outside area is a nice large walkway for people coming from the Venetian and is great to take photos I think this place has operating hours from 6Am-11pm on Saturday

Yelp
Saw Illy on our wander through the casino. I always like their coffee, so we decided to visit for breakfast the next day. I'm so glad we did! Starbucks at the entrance to the guest room tower (Palazzo) was swamped at 9AM. The Illy, by contrast, was not. While it filled up closer to 9:30, at 9:00 there was only one other couple and NO LINE. Plus seating! We both ordered the sausage egg and cheese, one on onion bagel, one on croissant. FYI, the two meat ALSO has egg and cheese, even though that is not clear from the menu. Be aware these are BIG breakfast sandwiches, so while they are in the 10-12 dollar range, mine was adequate for me, the Colonel to have some, and take half back to the room #bariatric. They were pretty good quality, the croissant apparently "dissolved" according to the Colonel, but he didn't say it like it was a bad thing. The onion bagel was stiff and chewy, but not bad. Also, the onion bits were not burnt, the way they sometimes are. The fillings were straightforward commercial style folded egg and sausage patty, not entirely hot *probably zapped) but decent texture. If I had to vote solely on taste, I think SBUX SEC/BEC is better, even the Impossible/vegetarian versions, but these are twice, maybe three times the size. Plus, the coffee is simply better than SBUX burnt swill. We will probably make this our bfast destination during our stay.

Yelp
One of the main reasons I stay at the Venetian is to have the ability to wake up every morning and walk to get a fresh cup of Illy coffee. It's the best around. The menu has a bunch of different options (may have to Google half of them, but it's worth seeing the different types of coffees they can create). My go to coffees are always the good ol drip, the mocha and my new favorite after a very long night plus daylight savings time change was the red eye - drip coffee with a shot of expresso. The shot added a nice rich boost of flavor to the coffee.. Everything comes out really quickly. They have a little bar area where you can mix in different sugars and fresh milk or half and half. Also the price is right! Probably one of the few places we go to that actually costs less then 10-15 dollars. Be prepared though, vegas is expensive but worth it. I heart you Illy forever!

Yelp
Lovely flavors. The sprbettos are a sweet treat for those who do not eat dairy. The gelato was creamy and hit the spot.

Yelp
Tasty chai latte and my wife had a cold brew that she enjoyed. We also shared a savory pesto chicken crepe that came with a bit of greens and tomato. Good size crepe and very satisfying as a heavy snack.
google avatar

Ayham D.

Yelp
The menu for milk alternatives only acknowledges soy, almond, and coconut milk but they also stock oat milk. It is $1.25 extra and made my cappuccino cost $7. The coffee is good and that is what I expect from Illy. I didn't come here for gelato and don't think I would. It doesn't look good to me. Seating and ambiance are good. I was able to sit here for an hour drinking my coffee undisturbed. Would come back!

Yelp
We walked from our hotel all the way to palazzo, excited to start our morning with a good cup of Illy coffee. I've always trusted and loved the Illy brand, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the coffee we received was burned and far from the quality I've come to expect. It was a letdown, and I hope the team can make the necessary improvements to restore the quality of their Illy coffee bags. That would make a world of difference. Thank you.

Yelp
We stop by illy caffe while going to our CES booth in the morning. It was super close to the Venetian expo center and the lines moved pretty quickly. The croissant was decent and the order came out within a few minutes. Nothing really special nor negative say. So yes, I would stop by here again, but that's mostly based on their location.
google avatar

Yelp
When arriving to Illy Cafe, I thought since they have their own big shop, the gelato wouldn't be bad, but boy was I wrong. First off, they do not offer free samples. The staff was very stern and intimidating, which made me feel unwelcomed. My family got two medium sizes, each costing around $8. Every flavor kind of tasted watery and the consistency was more icy than smooth. Overall, I wouldn't come back here and I am disappointed considering there are many Illy Cafés in the world. Tiramisu Gelato: Honestly didn't taste like much besides a bit of coffee flavor. Consistency was icy and kind of powdery. Cappuccino Gelato: Super icy and some parts in the scoop just tasted like water. Flavor of the gelato is equivalent to the Starbucks Frappe Mocha glass bottles. Coconut Gelato: This one actually tasted okay and there were a lot of coconut flakes in it. Pineapple Gelato: Tasted watery and the only flavor that I tasted came from the pineapple bits that was infused in the gelato.

Yelp
The gelato in the display case looked really attractive and suckered me in. I decided to stop and try a 2 scoop gelato and a Vanilla Caffè Latte. The latte was decent, nothing outstanding. The lady that took my order asked me what size I wanted. I asked for the 12oz. in a ceramic cup. They only had 2 sizes, extremely small like a espresso cup or large. I asked for the larger size cup. I asked her if they do latte art at this cafe and she said yes. I only asked because i have been to other illy Caffès where they did really good latte art. Later, when I received my latte, there was no latte art, or if there was, it wasn't very good. Watching her make the latte, I could tell there was no effort put into it. For the gelato, I ordered the mint chocolate and cappuccino flavors. The mint chocolate was pretty good, but the cappuccino flavor was light. The cappuccino flavor was okay, but a stronger coffee flavor would have been better. I didn't really care for the customer service from the ladies that took my order and made my latte. The gentleman that scooped my gelato was okay. The scoops were pretty small, but it was enough. This illy Caffè location is inside the Venetian or Palazzo. I'm not sure where one hotel ends and the other begins. It's near where the picturesque waterfall is. The 12oz. Vanilla Caffè Latte was $5.95 and the 2 scoop gelato was $7.84. They charge $.50 extra to put the latte in a ceramic cup. I'm not sure if I would come back, but if I did, I would probably just get the gelato and not the latte.

Yelp
Tip: this place does not open until 8 am!!! If you are a conference attending person.. its a big disappointment.. the line at Starbs is three miles long and takes 25 min to get through. If i was giving a rating only to their ice cream it would be a 1 star.. but their coffee is good and would be a 5 star.. so here is a three star The ice cream was a terrible let down and big disappointment. I had pistachio and coffee. I asked if i could sample the pistachio because it looked more green than normal and they said no samples. I rolled my eyes internally. Really? Anyway the pistachio was horrible - i could taste the fake flavors added - so not natural. For an Italian hotel and European coffee brand store i was so dissatisfied. The coffee was less fake tasting but not creamy. I ended up throwing it all away. Waste of money.

Yelp
Terrible service. A Gelato place that doesn't offer a taste? What is that? They don't trust their product? If I taste I will never want it??? Never saw that before. I'm not risking placing an order to find out that it is too sweet or that it tastes like soap.
google avatar

Jordan S.

Yelp
A great convenient in/out stop for when you are in a hurry. The quality of the food is not sacrificed for convenience. I had the bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. It was made fresh to order and brought out promptly despite them being very busy with many customers ordering at the same time. They have a small seating area, but are primarily a counter service restaurant. I was there for breakfast so I did not have any, but their gelato certainly looked tasty, I'll definitely return if ever in the area again.
google avatar

Matt H.

Yelp
Had a nice breakfast while staying at the Venetian. Double machiatto made correctly, espresso and a little foam. If you eat here, they even serve it in a proper cup. I also had a bagel with lox, which came with a surprising amount of lox (and not enough cream cheese) on a sub-par bagel. Still, overall a positive lite bite for ~ $20, not outrageously overpriced considering the location.
google avatar

Prerana S.

Yelp
After waiting for about 10mins in line, the rude lady said icecream to be ordered from outside, then she started taking orders for icecream from the people behind us, we waited outside for 15 mins because the kid wanted it and when we called her again, she said wait if you want or go outside very rudely.
google avatar

Nevena K.

Yelp
The first thing to note is that they don't let you sample the gelato. The second thing to note is that the gelato tastes like it is freezer-burned or like ice cream that has melted and been refrozen. We threw out $20 worth of gelato in the trash after taking one bite, it was just gross. We knew not to expect the quality of gelato we have had in Europe, but this was just awful.
google avatar

Joyce W.

Yelp
Espresso Fact: The caffè macchiato has the highest ratio of espresso to milk of any drink made with those two ingredients. The intent is that the milk moderates, rather than overwhelms, the taste of the coffee while adding a slight touch of sweetness. Rolled out of bed upstairs in the Palazzo tower and zombie-walked to illy Caffè. I chugged down a steamy hot caffè macchiato before I ordered two cafe au laits for my friends staying at Venetian tower. Now this is the only way to start a Saturday in Vegas. I didn't get a chance to try the gelato or the paninis but both looked amazing. All in all, come here for your morning cuppa!
google avatar

Justin G.

Yelp
When walking through the Venetian on 3/7/24, I decided to have an iced cold brew coffee and a gelato. I thought the coffee was delicious, tasting far better than Starbucks. The vanilla gelato was extremely tasty as well. It was quite creamy with a strong vanilla flavor to it. I enjoy the taste of vanilla quite a bit, so high quality vanilla ice cream is delicious. I got my two items very fast, making the service good. The cafe was a little shop within the large mall of the Venetian Hotel. However, I did pay an expensive price of $15 for the iced coffee and gelato.
google avatar

Francine L.

Yelp
Every time I'm in Vegas we stop by this store to get some gelato. I love almost all the flavors and I think it has the right amount of sweetness in it! It's not overly sweet and it's just right! We always take a few friends to enjoy it with and I love to get it with a cone. The cone tastes fresh and is not stale. Also, kids love this spot they have unique flavors such as birthday cake, and fruit flavors like guava, pineapple, pistachio, and salted caramel! I love eating mint chocolate, pistachio, and salted caramel. While my friends usually get guava it's nice and refreshing. But come here with anyone of any age and they will love it too!!

Jing X.

Yelp
Bad attitude! Poor service. I don't recommend this place at all. Both cashiers and the staffs are unfriendly. It's an impact on the illy's brand name.

Yelp
Free parking inside the Venetian / palazzo hotel Connection Between the venetian hotel casino & in front of the palazzo water fall . sandwiches, Italian ice cream , salads , wraps, Drinks & coffee, desserts. Dining inside with table / chairs available or sit along the bench across the way at the water fall area . After dinner we walked off our food for some Italian ice cream. I had the pineapple ice cream , hubby had rocky road . Ice cream is light not creamy more like a gelato ice cream to me .
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious tasting coffee. They even have a gelato ice cream area for you to choose your dessert. I ordered theri double macchiato with a bit of foam and it was quite strong and good. Didn't get their gelato as the prices for 1 scoop was ridiculous and high. Service was good but slow. Located in Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes.
google avatar

Stefany V.

Yelp
This coffee and gelato shop is located near the giant LOVE sign in the Palazzo/Venetian property - easy to find and conveniently open both early and late. I've been in a handful of times, always for coffee, usually when dragging before or after an event on property. The line moves fairly fast and prices are average for the Strip location. The Illy coffee is good quality and they have a few different alternative milks available - oddly, they didn't have nonfat as an option on my last visit, but the Rose Latte with oat milk perked me up before my next meeting. While I've only been here for the coffee, they recently remodeled and have expanded their menu to include some breakfast and lunch dishes, like crepes, sandwiches and salads. Seating is limited so plan to grab to go or scout for a seat while you're in line.

Yelp
Tried illy Caffe for a quick breakfast one day, and it was very underwhelming. There was a long wait for coffee; the food actually came out about 10 minutes before the drinks. Coffee was decent, but the Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Wheat Bagel was just disappointing. It looked like the sandwich was smashed in a panini press to a point where the bagel looked more like a flatbread. Overpriced for what it was - the sandwich was $12 alone!
google avatar

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - Always consistent, good. Our go-to gelato place. Today I got the Pomegranate & Italian Cookie flavor. I recommend the Italian cookie, but it is not a usual ice cream flavor, but I always try the best seller when I get a chance. It is another good place to take a break; maybe even people-watch. They are better known for their coffee. See pictures for all the other menu options. Atmosphere - Small format. Quick and organized. Some seating after you pay, but better to take your food "outside" and eat while watching people. Service - Good. Price - Approximately $20 for two double scoops; I honestly lost my receipt while enjoying my gelato. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 1933 and still staying private with 3 generations. They are now in 140 countries.

Simrat S.

Yelp
They are really working fast towards ruining the brand and quality that Illy offers in Europe. Not even slightly close to the flavor and taste of Illy coffee. Pasteries are frozen and dry seemingly sitting in the display from several days. The founder Francesco Illy is probably rolling in his grave with each cup this store in Vegas is brewing. Tables snd counter seating was dirty from previous patrons. Store staff didn't bother to clean up. In short, nothing special, just another cup of joe.

Yelp
Food was ok with party of 4 everyone getting something different appearance was ok taste was ok ... register customer service not so good she must have been having a bad day idk ... over crowded not enough seating they should place some seats outside .

Yelp
Well known Illy Caffe serves a nice strong brew of espresso. Located in the Planet Hollywood area, their prices are pretty reasonable given you are on the strip. Order: Iced Espresso 12oz. Approx. $5.50- a quality is in the name & brew, I would definitely order again. For a great cup of espresso, stop by Illy's!

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
The boss of it is a racist. We seat there and eat the ice cream. He came to ask us if we paid or not. Which let me feel offense. The younger waiter is a good boy. When I said the Guava is too sour, he add another favor for us and said it's free.

Deja S.

Yelp
I got the banana and Nutella crepe and it was hard. Customer service was rude . From getting ice cream to ordering a crepe just ride all around. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here.
google avatar

Jay M.

Yelp
Coffee was decent and food was so-so. It's a cafe so limited menu and the guy working the register was not really up on customer service. Messed up our order and then we had to pay for his mistake. They could definitely do a little better

Yelp
Great spot for a quick icream break or nice expresso. It's located in a mall like area and can become busy at times.

Yelp
Was in Vegas for CES. In the Venetian, it's next to impossible to find a place to have lunch. I was going to pass on Illy Caffe because it was filled with people and about 6 people in line. I was pleasantly surprised the the restaurant staff worked very efficiently. Got through the order line and found a seat. Even though there weren't a lot of seats, they turned over quickly. I got my latte quickly and my crepe took about 20 minutes (I thought was reasonable). Got the Savory chicken crepe. It was delicious and for $12, I found reasonable.
