An excellent hotel in a superb location, offering beautiful views of Lake Garda right from the room. The staff at the reception and by the pool spoke excellent English and were extremely welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near lakeside restaurants and a bike rental shop just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with quick and attentive service. Very spacious and well-maintained. Very clean. This is my fourth stay around Lake Garda, and it’s definitely among the top two hotels I’ve visited. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with how the hotel handled our booking. My husband provided a valid credit card — twice — and the payment was supposed to be on arrival. Yet they cancelled our reservation without any notice, and the response from the owner was not only unprofessional but openly insulting. We also have proof that the card was active and funded. There was no valid reason for the cancellation, just poor communication and unacceptable behavior from the management. This is not how hospitality works. We’re frequent travelers, and this is the first time we’ve been treated with such disrespect. If you care about your vacation and basic decency, avoid this place.

The lady at the reception was extremely rude. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of its excellent location, nothing more. I also read the owner’s response to another woman’s review, and it was unprofessional and disappointing. I sincerely hope the hotel reconsiders its choice of staff.

Hotel is living from good location. Room was small and equiped with old forniture however clean. The lady on reception should not represent hotel and not at all to speak to customers as she was realy rude and arrogant. Breakfest was delicious.

Terrible customer service. I updated my payment details on time, my card was active and funded, yet the hotel canceled my reservation without reason. No proper communication, no attempt to resolve the issue — just canceled and moved on. Completely unprofessional. I won’t consider booking here again.

Very expensive rooms and for the price they could refill the 25 cent coffee pods every day. Not to mention that the reception told us if we wanted fresh towels before 3 days we'd have to pay for them- say again?????

Super spacious rooms and a really big complex! Big bonus was locked, secure parking on site. |Really reasonably priced considering the area and we found the room very comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely touches of complimentary Brut in the room. Perfect for a stopover on our trip!||One note is the walls are rather thin so you do hear neighbour’s conversations or people in the corridor!

I’m only giving it a 2 for the location,I’ve never meet a ruddier person than the women working in the reception she talks to people like we’re dumb????? but in reality she’s the one dumb and so rude, I really hope the hotel change her cause I can’t stand her and will not be coming back cause of her.
