Very disappointed with how the hotel handled our booking.
My husband provided a valid credit card — twice — and the payment was supposed to be on arrival. Yet they cancelled our reservation without any notice, and the response from the owner was not only unprofessional but openly insulting.
We also have proof that the card was active and funded. There was no valid reason for the cancellation, just poor communication and unacceptable behavior from the management.
This is not how hospitality works. We’re frequent travelers, and this is the first time we’ve been treated with such disrespect.
If you care about your vacation and basic decency, avoid this place.
