Food is really a 3.5, some tasty bites but the real problem is they didn’t have almost anything on their menu, so we spent 15 minutes guessing through the entire drink and food menu.
We eventually determined they had the standard rolls, miso soup, ceviche, oysters and beef teppanyaki (but not 14 other dishes we asked for first). The drinks were entirely unavailable outside of Casa beer, a few basic wines and sodas.
If you have a handful of drinks and dishes available out of an extensive menu, you need to either update your menu or have you servers give the short list of what is available. Making people guess like that is a disappointing experience.
Not a bad restaurant by an means but not special either . Cannot understand how it was critically regarded in the recent past.
