Iluka Retreat - Glamping & Group Accommodation

We LOVED our stay at Iluka! The property is beautifully maintained and our tent overlooked the lake and wetland. We were surprised at how spacious and comfortable the tents were with lovely bed linen and furnishings. After settling in we strolled around the lake checking out the bird life and had sunset drinks. The camp kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms and showers were spotless. Iluka is a great base for touring the peninsula and a peaceful place to relax. We even had a swim in the lake one morning.

Beautiful! As soon as I drove down the drive I relaxed! The tent was pretty, luxurious and thoughtfully put together. The gum trees, the lake and the wildlife were stunning. I wish I had booked two nights so I could have enjoyed more time exploring the area. Thank you Iluka I will definitely be back!

My partner and I had an amazing glamping experience at Iluka! The tent was divine, very luxurious and cosy, with a comfy bed and beautiful styling. We had a view straight on to the lake, (see photos!) which was stunning, and all we heard through the night were the night calls of birds and frogs, absolutely gorgeous! The lake is so beautiful, lots of waterbirds, and so lovely to wander around - plus good for swimming, so pack your bathers! It's so peaceful and quiet, and very spacious, a great place to recharge, and a lovely romantic getaway too. We thought it was a perfect blend of camping and luxury, you feel really close to nature but with all the comforts you need.

Wow! Just what I needed after a big week at work. Beautifully tranquil experience in nature while the small touches and considerations to make me feel like every potential need was taken care of added to my time there. Slept the best I've slept in a while and a morning swim in the lake topped off the whole experience. Left feeling I'd been away much longer than the overnight stay. I will be back! Anyone from overseas wanting an Australian nature experience should head here!

My son and I had the best mini break! So much playing water games in the lake and the tent were super clean and cozy. I loved the shared facilities as well, lots of weather protected zones to eat, read and relax. The bathrooms were decorated so it felt like home too. We will be back! Thanks, Ali & Liam

Oh my goodness!! What an amazing getaway experience! This spot has everything you could want for a fancy camping experience! The tents themselves are cosy, spacious, comfy and clean!. My partner is well equated with camping however I am not and this place was perfect for us both, the shared bathroom was clean and inviting enough for me to do a whole skincare routine and the communal kitchen had everything you needed. The spot itself is gorgeous being surrounded by a beautiful wet land with a lake housing the cutest ducks you’ve ever seen! The lantern provided great light and even had a red light setting for later in the evening, this truely was a beautiful couples holiday but also perfect for family’s!!

What an idyllic location to immerse yourself in nature and at the same time enjoy luxury style glamping! The bird life was amazing and we even enjoyed a beautiful swim in the lake - what a way to wake up! Check in and check out was seemless and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend if you want to explore the Mornington Peninsula and have a relaxing place to come home to and put your feet up.

WOW. What a weekend. This place has it all. There was space for our whole group to take part in activities, great cooking facilities, the rooms were cozy and they bathrooms were super clean. If you’re looking for a restful retreat with friends, book this place!
