10/10. Really good location in Palermo. Rates are very reasonable for the excellent facilities. Rooms are large and modern, and well equipped with soaps, water, etc. stand out point is that the reception team are incredible. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and time in Buenos Aires - making dinner recommendations and sight seeing suggestions for us. We’ll 100% stay here next time we are in town.

This hotel is comfortable and well-located, with many nearby restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The beds are very comfortable. Except for Saturday night it was very quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Internet was fast. Breakfast was among the best we had in Argentina. Would stay again in a heartbeat. ||Only issue was that our reservation said our three rooms all had balconies, and in the end only one did. It didn't matter.

The Ilum Experience Home was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was exceptional. Everyone there (the front desk, housekeeping, the food service team) really cared about making our stay a great experience. The concierge service from Gonzalo and his colleagues was outstanding as they worked to meet all of our many requests, from booking shows and tours to making recommendations about things to do and see in the city. The room was amazing and included two private balconies, one with a jacuzzi. The neighborhood had many good food and drink places within walking distance, and it was a short ride to the popular attractions in the city. They truly did make us feel at home there.

Great boutique hotel. Wonderful location. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They helped with dining choices and reservations, directions around the city and daily logistics. Breakfast was wholesome and fresh. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well. We were able to take showers and rest for a bit and the area also seemed good. |Rating it as a 4 since we faced flight cancellations and could not use all the facilities like breakfast or stay overnight. After a bit of negotiation we were able to reduce the cancellation penalty, would have liked a bit more empathy from the hotel considering we had a rough time on our way over. Check in and check out took a bit of time and explanation likely because of our situation.

I wish I could rate it 4.5 but google's system does not allow it ,hence the five stars . Class apart service, lots of very good restaurants within short 10 min walking distance, a few very good restaurants within 3-4 min walk, the breakfast is excellent with a very good variety of fresh food . Decent lobby , very clean ,nice ,modern comfortable rooms and bathrooms ( stayed twice on two different occasions during 10 day trip), the only issue- rooms that face the road are decent sized but the ones facing the pool area small. The ones that face the road let a lot of road noise filter through and if you are a light sleeper you shouldn't stay in those rooms. Highly recommended with above caveats.

What a jewel in the city. We really loved our stays at Hotel Ilum. Both for a night and then 4 nights. Staff and service excellent. Nice little outdoor pool and gym. Breakfast super. So well located. Walk to many restaurants at night and to the market on weekends. We were really impressed by the whole experience and enjoyed using it as our base to explore Buenos Aires.

Best place ever. 4+ star hotel. Deluxe room is very large, 2 full bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, huge, very private patio and hot tub. Great staff, concierge and included breakfast. Wonderful, safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend and definitely would stay there again.
