We had a great time at Ilum Experience! The deluxe suite with hot tub was more spacious than expected and the room was very nicely equipped. We had requested extra beds for our kids and everything was set up perfectly for us upon arrival. We enjoyed the large private balcony and hot tub in the evenings and the outdoor pool was great for midday relaxing. |Service was excellent all around (although drinks do take a bit of time from the small bar) and the front desk staff were very helpful with local suggestions. I thought the breakfast was just ok and wish specialty coffee drinks were not an extra charge. ||The location was great and very convenient to many shops and restaurants. We would happily return!

Excellent option in the Palermo Hollywood area. Our room was well-appointed and spacious, and came with a small kitchenette. Nice and quiet lobby and reception area with a zen-like vibe. Bright and airy restaurant with a high-quality (although not extensive) selection of items for breakfast. ||Most of all, great staff and service. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Buenos Aires.

Excellent choice at this price point. The rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Plenty of good restuarants and cafes nearby. The street noise was a bit loud at times, but I'm not sure if that can be helped.

This is a nice enough hotel but it’s not boutique, it’s more old hotel had a cheap glow up. You can’t just stick a couple of Buddha pictures up and scatter a few pebbles and suddenly you’re a boutique hotel. Location is great but lacked the details. Shower is over the bath, towels are cheap, air on and tv didn’t work in our room. Fixtures eg taps wonky and cheap. Waist height make up mirror?! Cheap toiletries. Lumpiest mattress I’ve ever suffered insomnia on. Very noisy due to traffic. Largely pleasant staff except for young guy without glasses who is quite rude.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both were spacious. The furniture is a little basic but very comfortable and very clean. Would be great if they provided dressing gowns and slippers. |The breakfast was good. They charge extra for specially made coffee but it’s not expensive. |Would like to single out Gonzalo, Victor, Denise, Melanie, Melody and Abril for wonderful customer service. |Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great. It had all that we wanted: great breakfast, great rooms, great neighborhood, gym, 15 minutes to the metro. We could not check the pool because we were too busy exploring the town;) |But the best feature of this hotel was the staff (Denise, Gonzalo and Matias from the front desk and Melani and Melody from the breakfast team). All of them went the extra mile to serve us in the best way possible. |We could not be any happier and will stay with this hotel once we come back to Buenos Aires.

We stayed for a week at Ilum, and it was wonderful. The staff was incredible, both for their work at the hotel and their help with arranging transport, giving recommendations, and so on. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and we had no trouble sleeping well. I do recommend a noise machine (or using your phone as one), as BA is a noisy city.

Solid choice. Friendly and helpful concierge.
Good breakfast. Large comfy rooms.
The pool is on the first floor and doesn’t get evening sun, and the gym is a joke, but so are most hotel gyms.
Don’t bother with the rooms that have a “kitchen”. Yes it technically has one, but there’s not even salt available and the fridge is super loud, making sleep tough.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, so despite my critique, 5 stars.
