Imm Hotel Tha Phae

1 star for a good carpark and another star for the great location. The room that we stayed was awful. Its right at the breakfast area on the ground floor so its very noisy from early morning and also at night when people walk by, cause the room has no soundproof at all. We tried to ask the staff to swap to upstairs but he/she seems to not bother about our issue. Its the worst layout that we have ever seen. We didn't sleep much so please avoid if you can't sleep in a noisy environment. The bathroom door also awful! As its a cheap textured glass door that's mean you can see nearly everything of what your roommate does especially toilet actually. Unlucky, we didn't believe the reviews/rates and gave them a chance. Will never ever stay here again!!!

The rooms are new equipped with nice soap and shampoo. There was no bell hopper to help you to get to the room. The location is great. Their breakfast buffet was good. I would come again.

To be honest it was a great stay for 3 days in Imm hotel everyday they provided new bottled water, towels, tissues etc. I also loved about their breakfast buffet it's a well balanced meal with sausages, eggs, steamed rice, 1 veggie, 1 meat, with variaties of yummy fruits, cereals, breads, many more. The staff are all accomodating and well mannered in such a way that I needed a iron also they provided it to our room. Around the hotel you will find different Thai Massage, restaurants, fast food chains, ice cream house, many more.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mentioned to Mana, one of the staff members who made my stay even better. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. His professionalism and warm hospitality left a great impression, and I truly appreciated his dedication to making guests feel comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great comfort, and a memorable stay. I will definitely return.

We stayed here for two nights and seriously contemplated switching to a different hotel the second night. The noise is so bad in this hotel, everything echoes throughout from the reception and dining area, people stay up there talking, laughing and drinking which is fine however the tile and concrete walls make everything echo and then the kitchen staff are up setting up for breakfast at 5:30am. We were on the third floor and still were woken up both nights. It is setup like it was an old multi-level mall. The rooms were questionable in cleanliness. I would definitely not stay there again.

The location is more than special. No need to worry for car parking. Please look the map that you can drive to car parking here. There are vending machine also. Mac Donald and Coffee shop Pum Thai is very nice. There is one more noodle shop that is open 24 hours is also special.

The only benefit of this hotel is the location is just in front of the Phae Gate. But that’s a lot of disappointment as the room is really so NOT SOUND PROOF, as midnight u can heard that’s people walking and talking loud around the corridor. Toilet was small. The bed is really hard like u sleeping on the wood. My room doesn’t have umbrella so I request from reception. Front desk guy is not friendly at all upon my check out. Check in the Girl was not bad trying very hard to settle my issues. I would not recommend overall for my experience.

Visit Chiangmai . We will stay at IMM HOTEL tha Phae from 13-24feb2026. The location is outside East Gate. Convenient for walking . All the major 49th flower Festival Parade & activities are passing through ThA Phae gate. /road. We have choose the room included breakfast. Convenient.
