Imo's Pizza

Used to love this pizza. Whatever has changed, undo it! Crust is more like a tough wafer than a cracker. Cheese and sauce are not at all what they used to be. Two of out three pizzas were so chewy you could barely bite through the crust. Kids at the counter and manager were nice. The manager did replace one pizza, didn't realize a second was bad before leaving to return the one. Not sure what has happened with his company. There are too many choices that are better and less pricey to have this kind of product.

We ordered boneless wings for lunch at work today, and both orders were burnt. Whoever made them knew they were bad and still sent. Neither order was edible, we opened one up and it was like cardboard from being overcooked.

Best pizza ever!! Also, the staff was fantastic and really nice. You have to get halfpepperoni, and half garlic sauce with bacon and extra cheese. Staff recommended. Excellent

Passing through St Louis & wanted to try an Imo's based upon a former local's recommendation. Server was friendly & food was ready super quick - less than 10 minutes. Had a small pizza & cheesy bread & pleasantly surprised, nice flavor & crisp crust.

I ain’t have a half salad look like this before. The manager gone say he can’t do nothing about it and making me buy another one. This salad does not look like this when I’m in Illinois. They pretty much gave me a side salad. I’ll never go here again

Been coming here for 20 years. It has really gone downhill. The dining room is filthy. No tables get wiped down, the floors look like they have t been swept or mopped in weeks, and do not get me started on the disgusting bathroom. The place is falling apart, the employees just stand around and chat between customers. The dirty trays, bowls, and baskets just sit on the trash receptacles forever. They have a tower fan to help circulate cool air, but it has so much dust and filth on it, it barely does anything. Smudge and grease marks on the glass. Not to mention the food quality is garbage. The salads have brown lettuce, and the pizza crusts are premade hard discs that taste stale. Get it together, Imos!

Yummy classic STL style pizza! Workers are never all that friendly, and every single table was so gross I had to wipe one down myself, but the taste makes up for it.

Rude staff - mediocre pizza This used to be my favorite back in the day, but recently there’s no quality control. I’d say avoid this location at all costs.
