Imperial Glass and Mirror

Horrible customer service. We purchased sliding doors form Imperial Glass. One of the handles broke. Timothy said Raul at Imperial Glass was familiar with the issue. After weeks of waiting and several emails asking for help- there was NO response from Raul. Avoid this company.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I highly recommend working with Imperial Glass! Our new shower looks so beautiful. We made the call to Imperial Glass because we had a shower glass emergency where my original cheap framed glass shower had exploded. My old shower was installed by the home builder and it lasted less than 3 years. LUCKILY we found Imperial glass and they saved the day! They installed a brand new beautiful frameless glass shower. The new shower glass is thick and made with much better materials. Not only is it beautiful, but it’s safe and secure. My bathroom now looks sleek and modern. Such an elegant look. Imperial glass took their time and made sure it everything was perfect during and after install. It’s just gorgeous! Staff were friendly and kind from the first point of contact till the end.

Before hiring Imperial Glass and Mirror, I had called around to other companies and read everyone’s reviews. I set up appointments and met with three companies in total. I made the right decision and hired Imperial Glass and Mirror and I could not be happier with my choice. I was very impressed with the young man I met (Kiko), he insisted on meeting me at my condo to take measurements where he explained in detail exactly what they were going to do , how long it would take and how much it would cost. I am thrilled with the quality of the work that was done, it looks better than I could have imagined, to quote my neighbour, it’s stunning. The work was not only done in time, it was done on budget. I want to also mention Edgar, he was the main installer on my project, I came home from errands one day to find a $100 bill on my kitchen table, I knew it wasn’t mine, so I asked about it, apparently it was tucked between the bathtub and the wall. I have no idea how it managed to get there, I had never noticed it before as it was halfway stuck half way down but Edgar told me he found it there and “when you find something that’s not yours, you give it to it’s rightful owner” . All in all I would give this company 10 stars if I could, very professional, honest individuals who did a wonderful job. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and I would happily refer them to family and friends. Note: I just read the other reviews and I am shocked, my experience with this company was first class from beginning to end. I am truly happy that I hired them, and as previously stated, I would hire them again without hesitation.

Unprofessional - find another company. This company wasted my time and caused me to drive 2 hours to meet them for an appointment - and they never showed up. I called twice to confirm and the call just goes to voice mail saying they will call back in 24 hours. Huh? I went to their office to make the appointment and there were several ladies just sitting around. And how do the workers not have access to voice mail on their cell phones throughout the day. I told them when we made the appointment that I had to drive an hour each way, so it must be a firm appointment. Look elsewhere for a company that does not disrespect your time.

I just recently used this company to replace a broken window. They did a great job and even better accommodated my request to install the new window with a very short time frame. Highly recommend!!

BEWARE! The rating would be 0 stars, if possible. I paid in full to enable these guys to expedite the work. Sadly, work that was supposed to have been completed by November did not get finished until March... and was only done in that timeframe because I continually followed up and threatened legal action. I experienced deceitfulness of what was initially installed compared to what I paid for, even though I am the customer I was deeply exposed to numerous operational issues on their end (i.e. inability to procure the glass I purchased, scratches and etching on the glass, tempering issues, shoddy workmanship), they cracked the marble on my shower curb but did nothing to compensate me, and to make matters worse, I have video surveillance of one of the guys going through my personal belongings! WORST CUSTOMER & QUALITY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Great job! Installed 3 glass tops and 2 mirrors. Perfectly done and extremely fast. 2 day turn around!

We are new snowbirds from Ohio, not familiar with many businesses in Naples. We called Imperial, requested an estimate for a mirrored wall, 18' X 9', with 9 cutouts, in 4 sections. Raul Lago came, understood our needs, understood the limitations of condo elevator usage, measured, and gave us an est within 24 hours. We called the next day, agreed to the cost. His team was out immediately for precise figures using laser equipment. The mirrors went up perfectly. His team also hung a 5'X5' original oil and installing the lighting, exact to center. A teak root glass tabletop was also made. Masks and distancing were respected. We can't say enough of their courtesy and professionalism. We highly recommend them! Jim & Pat S

Imperial has done several jobs for us. Lastly, they removed our glass shower door and glass so that we could upgrade our counter tops. I called 2 months ago as the shower door sweep was the wrong height and does not sweep. I have called twice this week asking for Rauel who is the owner, but no return call. As I have paid for the job, he is obviously not interested in the small problems. I would not recommend this company.

I would only deal with this company for any glass or mirror work I need. Yari, in the office, has great customer service skills and is very friendly and efficient. The staff deliver promptly and and clean the glass beautifully before they leave. I ordered a 46" round table and ended up also ordering a 56" round glass table. It was ready in a very short amount of time and was beautiful. The whole experience with Imperial Glass and Mirror was great. The product was perfect and the price very reasonable, lower than a couple other estimates I had. I highly recommend the company.

Our experience started out ok, but then a panel of glass fell off the wall and hit the workman on the head and gashed our hardwood and existing mirror. He went to the emergency room as he should. They came back and finished. However, they didn't want to be bothered with fixing the damage mirror and said we didn't have to pay the balance of the proposal. We then had to hire someone else to come in and finished the job. We cannot understand why they wouldn't complete the he job. They did have someone fix the floor.

They put in a frameless shower door and side panel, plus a large mirror with a cut out for an outlet. Everything was beautifully done, good price and done within 8 days. Communication with office staff wasn't great. Said they would call back and never did. Other than that, job well done. Would recommend without hesitation.
