The hotel environment is unclean. The interior decoration, furniture is very old. The service is very poor. The location of the hotel is in a good place. People from different parts of the country gather there. As a result, the hotel owner on the one hand charges extra rent and on the other hand does not feel the need to change or fix the 12-year-old items. However, there is no anti-social activity in the hotel.

The walls of the room are terribly dirty. 4. At night, cockroaches buzz around the room. 5. Pillow covers, blankets, towels are heavily soiled and moldy. 7. Unclean washroom. 7. Telephone disconnected. I think they are cheaters. I book by looking at the room pictures online. After going to the reception, 4000 tk was demanded for that room. After the talk, the room was given for 3000 tk

The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The amenities, including the restaurant and fitness center, were top-notch. I was also pleased with the convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay."

Room rent was 1750Tk in daylong package. There was a huge noise. But I ignored them considering the price. Look at the photos, notice the condition of the room,Switch board, side cabinet, closet, washroom. Bed was not comfortable. The commode was worn out. They didn’t provide any handwash. They even not provided any towel. But thanks to them because at least the geyser was okay. Totally disappointed. With this kind of service room rent should be 1250tk. Don't go there with much hope.

we are really good. I recomand everyone. I deleted this test several time because I am a local Traveller. I really prefered to is stay this hotel.

Service is very poor. Mainly the reception manner is worst. They don't know at all how handle or talk to a customer. Basic important things which is provide to all room for customers, was not available. Restaurant facility was not good also.But room quality, placing was very good according to pricing. They should improve the behaving manner of staff's.

Rooms are good but not all are same. Room service is good.

The Room was okay. The Attached washroom should've been more clean. And The AC was acting weird and making noises all night long. The electric Socket was loose and had to go through hard time to fit my charger into it.
