Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel

Fantastic location and friendly staff. My children loved the swings in reception. However, the rooms were dirty. We didn't quite realise how much until we searched behind the chair and under the beds just before leaving and found a dead cockroach, beer cans, pretzels, etc. The drilling at 7am on our floor (which only lasted 30 minutes) seemed unnecessary, too. I feel like dirtiness is a such a huge no-no when it comes to hotels that I wouldn't book this place again. It's a shame because the rooms are quite nice and it could be so much better if they just took care of it.

Everything good about a hotel is available here. They even have bathtub! The location is prime. And for couple, there's a lot of mirror in the room :p The hotel will warn you about club noise, but during my stay I hear no such noises. All the calm and good.

The hotel is nice. Location is awesome 🤌 Nearby you can find Gucci store, a lot of kebab places, Turkish food place with tasty baklava, street with clubs and bars, some souvenirs shops, olive young near with the metro station. I would recommend.👍

Good price comparing to other hotels in the region and considering the service you get. It's a bit old, it's true, needs some refreshments, but the room is spacious and bed and shower are good. Many nice restaurants around and delis like 7-Eleven, CU and Emart 24. We didn't try the hotel's breakfast as we thought it is a little expensive (13 euros/person). One of the best things is the airport shuttle stop just in front of it.

This hotel is perfectly located to itewon station, airport shuttle and other places of interest. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The bed is firm and room is spacious.

The coffee is so bad!! The location is good, staffs are kind, room is clean, not too small and has a good view. The lighting is inconvenient for two people to use. The bathroom wall is made of glass, so when one person is sleeping, the bathroom light is too bright and the automatic light in front of the door turns on automatically, which is very inconvenient when other person is sleeping.

Hotel room wasn't in the 10/10 shape but had all the necessities. It's 7 min walk to the nearest subway station. 7/11 is right by. They didn't tell me but the airport bus, you must wait outside for and for 1 person I had to pay 17 dollars. Do with that as you will. I will say staff is super sweet and you get room service every day unless you tell them otherwise.

The hotel itself is very nice and pretty. I wasn't a huge fan of the rooms. Bathrooms and rooms were combined together, with no privacy at all. Cleanliness wasn't that great either.
