Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel

The neighborhood seemed like a fun place for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel lobby, artwork, and furnishings are quirky and unusual, and I think all the black walls were meant to make the space seem very modern, but it wasn't my taste. Our room was fine. Quite small but comfortable with all the necessities.

Artistic .. great interior... amazing scupture. This is 3 i can say even enter this hotel. Located at main important area which is Itaewon. Super convenient sinces it located at the important area. Few Great restaurants offer verity of gourmet can easily become choices nearby the hotel. Next to high fashion Gucci store and 24 hrs eMart. Easy excess when you can easily get any taxi, Train and local bus nearby. I'm comeback on November with my group soon and hopefully they may have better choices for the breakfast especially for Speacial request such as Muslim meal and equevelent also hope the renovation art the front entrance run smoothly and finished by then . Worth stay for great location and the artistic value also super instagramable hotel i can reccomended.

Hotel room is fine. Location is close to the underground. It is located in the nightlife center. People entertain the whole night over the weekends till dusk. If you wanna go to the airport on a Sunday morning, May the God help you! No underground connection to the airport. The nearest bus is from Grand Hyatt Hotel (just a few km away from the hotel). City buses do not take cash (some do), taxis charge 4-5 times of the normal fare. Receptionist give contradictory info of going to the airport. One says "so easy," One says "sorry, no taxis at this of the day," and offer no further help. Breakfast is prepared while you are waiting and all others are eating in front of your eyes. No good.

everything was nice. Staff provided early check in as room was available. The only minus point is the drainage system on shower room, it flooded when i finish the shower. Hotel team please fix this to get higher rating. you can hear people talking on the corridor from your room, i think the wall is too thin and not sounded proof, so better have your ear plug when sleep just in case.

Fantastic experience at the Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful — so friendly, helpful, and professional. They really made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

Great hotel, the room was pretty good with a nice view of the city and hills. Location is awesome because Itaewon, so lots of things to do and see. Easy transportation links a couple of minutes away.

We stayed for 5 nights. It was a great base close to Itaewon station allowing access to all of Seoul. John at the reception went above and beyond to help us with our ongoing travels especially booking us a ferry to Jeju which wasn't straight forward and helping us get a sim. Thank you so much! Rooms are clean and smart.

A pleasant stay in a great location. Staff were friendly and courteous. The gym is small but good for weight training, no working cardio machines though.Also the bathroom in a shared room has all glass walls and mirrors. A little strange and not particularly private
