I am one to write a good review when one is needed & a negative one when I absolutely have a bad experience with a business. So I ordered 3 items from this location which I have done in the past. I approached the drive up window & was given my total, I paid & was a little surprised by the price as one wasn't provided to me when I ordered over the phone & I thought maybe some of the prices went up due to inflation (which is fine). So I proceeded to ask for a menu so that I could see the pricing, one of the female owners or family members proceeds to get snippy. "You ordered 3 things, they are $5" I replied back, Ok I don't care how many things I ordered, Ive ordered 3 things in the past & it wasn't this much, she then continues to get smart & then hands me my actual breakdown recipe which she didn't give me initially when I paid. I refuse to deal with terrible customer service, which I tend to get from these restaurants. These places need to get their act in order when dealing with the public, I refuse to support any business who has bad customer service, That will be my last time buying anything from them, they need to work on actually providing plasticware & learn how to clean their chicken properly before they go getting snippy with their customers.
